Wonderful hotel with friendly staff, nice amenities, delicious breakfast choices, and spacious rooms. The only negative was the pool was closed when we visited due to repairs and the kids were disappointed but other than that it was a nice stay.

Stayed in a suite with 3 small children. The space in the room was perfect. Pool is heated and the kids had a blast. This hotel is amazing and well worth the price. Would stay there again

We stayed in a double queen suite which also had a sofa to sleep on with a trundle bed. The room was spacious, and my kids were thrilled that they could each have their own bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with several options, and items were continually restocked. The indoor pool was nice for the kids. There were a few areas where housekeeping could improve, but overall it was clean. We felt safe and comfortable and would definitely stay again.

It is a beautiful hotel and had a wonderful breakfast but this hotel is clearly understaffed. They ran out of towels at the pool, the pool wasn't the cleanest, they ran out of food 30 minutes before breakfast was up and the floors in the hallways weren't clean. Overall, everyone was friendly, and it is a nice hotel.

We chose this hotel because its marriott (ive always had a great experience at Marriott) and it had a pool. However, We were unable to use the pool. It was super cloudy both days we were there with stuff floating on top. The maintenance guy said it was safe to swim in but the sign on the wall stated that if you couldnt see the vacuum vents in the pool then you shouldnt swim. We couldnt see the vacuum vents. So even though everything else was nice, our weekend was a bust and $$ fushed down the tubes. Saturday night from 1030pm to 1230 am we had a traveling ball team out in the hallway right outside our door rough housing and playing baseball as well.

Convenient location for traveling to local hiking. Comfortable bed & well-appointed room. Unimpressive breakfast, BUT the restaurant next door was excellent! We returned for dinner after our adventures! An added bonus was the EV charger on-site. Though it was slow & pricing above market, it was still convenient to be able to charge overnight. Other travelers had parked in the space provided for charging, but we made it work.

The pool was absolutely disgusting. Not only did it smell, you could not see the bottom and it had clothing in the bottom of it. It was absolutely the grossest pool I have ever been in. I had to get out and it took a long time to get the smell out of my hair. Outside was a seating area and the cushions were torn and ripped and dirty. Was really nasty place. The staff very nice, but the place needs a good cleaning.

The food was the only redeeming part. The elevator was indicative of the housekeeping.The same brown sticky puddle remained on the elevator the whole time we were there. Our bathroom floor was sticky and I found a hair stuck in the wash cloth(gross)! The surfaces in the room were not completely cleaned.

The carpet had some gross, disgusting, sticky spots. The bedsheet had a big stain on it. We checked in late and the next morning realized there was no handsoap in the room.

Room was dirty. Carpet had stains in it. Pool was cold and had hair on floor along with other dirt. Breakfast was ok. Had variety but waffle makers were not working at the time we ate. Staff was friendly. Looked like a newer hotel but wasn't very clean.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Part of the automatic blind was off but did not affect the overall stay. The tv was off center of the bed which made it difficult to enjoy watching tv. They could have done without the frosted glass barn door which didn’t latch for privacy and could also see into the restroom. The bed was comfortable but the bed closest to the ac got really cold even turned down rooms with queen beds could definitely use some rearranging.

The suite was large. Nice bathroom and there was a walk in closet. Walls were thin and we could hear the people next door, but kind of to be expected in a hotel. The restaurant right next door is fantastic and there’s a gas station around the corner. It’s clean, friendly staff and close to the highway. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice property right outside Chattanooga. Great breakfast with all the extras . Room was plenty big. With an actual walk in closet. Layout of bathroom was in middle of the room. With a frosted glass door, as a family with college kids not ideal. nice hotel

Love this hotel as it sits right off 75 and is amazingly quiet inside the rooms. My only complaint is the AC - it is a floor unit that blows right on the bed - so it's blasting cold air at whomever sleeps closest to the AC unit. There needs to be a cover or a way to deflect the air so it doesn't freeze out the person closest to it.

Our flight home took off at 6am which meant that we would miss the morning breakfast. The staff knew this and made sure that milk, cereal and yogurt was available for our trip. This is truly five star service!

Air conditioner did not regulate temperature properly and kept us up all night. Took almost an hour to check in and the poor woman working was alone without help. We weren’t given a WiFi password or any info about checkout or breakfast hours. Could hear neighbors through the walls.

My family and I definitely enjoyed our stay ,specially the breakfast area,rooms are nice,we stayed for 2 nights, at the time of our check in the guy at the front desk was very nice and gave us information about restaurants near the area,im giving a poor review on the staff because we wanted housekeeping service and the girl that was supposed to clean our room never came ,we asked the front desk 2 times and no one cleaned our room ,we got back to our room close to 6pm and nothing was straighten up,our trash cans were full and we needed clean towels,pool area was kind of green and there was no pool towels.

The hotel was very clean and was relaxing. It was in a safe, quiet area with easy access to the highway. Danielle was very kind and did her best to accommodate our needs for multiple rooms close together. It was very busy and she did everything with a smile on her face and kindness in her tone. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area and needed a place. My only complaint is that the light in the pool area was on a sensor so it kept shutting off in my kids while they were swimming. It freaked them out the first couple times but it wasn’t dark enough that you could not see at all. My kids are older so for littler kids it may be a different scenario.

I thought the value for the beautiful and clean room was fantastic! When the desk clerk was able to check me in, she was wonderful and apologetic about the wait as she was the only one on staff that night and had been running around taking care of things. But she was great! I wish I could remember her name. Breakfast options were not great, nor the quality of them. Didn't have time to go elsewhere for breakfast, so we made do. Rooms, staff and property were great! Breakfast, just meh.

Hotel is right off the highway so it’s perfect if you’re just needing a place to crash for the night and although it is close to the highway it is quiet. Continental breakfast is nice, but there’s a restaurant that you can walk to called farm to fork that has great breakfast to dinner. They have a bar too as a bonus. Room was clean and had everything we needed.

We very much enjoyed our overnight stay at this property. The property is beautifully maintained, and we were quite comfortable. There is a great restaurant within walking distance. The room is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only negative is that the bathroom light shines through the door into the room. The breakfast is also incredible. So many options! They have included yummy things and healthy things. They even have great options for our gluten free kids & dairy free kids. We will definitely watch for these hotels when we travel!

The staff was amazing especially Carmen and the older guy that was working Friday and Saturday customer service was top tier. Breakfast was good wish it last later 6:30-9:30 was early for me lol. The only complaint was the pull out bed had trash and a used bandage in it so I don’t think it was properly cleaned. Everything else was good. I would definitely stay again!! Thank you
