No ice machine on my floor--they had removed and not replaced it. The room had a funny odor but it didnt take long to get used to it. The king size bed/mattress was hard and not very comfortable. The bathroom vanity had a very tiny space around the sink, not enough room to put your stuff. Other than that it was great.

Terrible experience. Loud throughout the night. No pool towels...was told pool opened at 6. Got there at 830 and was asked to come back in hour cause it needed to be cleaned and balanced. Also charged more than stay was quoted.

If you enjoy a comfortable bed, DO NOT STAY HERE. The bed was ancient - the entire room needed an update! You can smell the chlorine from the pool even in the farthest corner of the first floor. We had people yelling at each other outside our first floor room at 1:20am…just a bad stay all around

The location was very good for where we needed to be. Close to restaurants like 5 minute drive with traffic. It had a pool and hot tub, the bad pool was not very clean. Hot tub was good thou. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had dirt on floor other then that it was a good pick.

Convenience was the key element. Clean hotel. Bed was so firm I couldn’t get comfortable but that’s just my preference. Marriott has always been our hotel of choice. In fact even when it’s priced higher than others we stay at a Marriott because we trust their integrity. Lately however we are finding their properties to be extremely minimal in amenities and staff. No longer do you feel like conveniences of home are at your fingertips. No microwave, coffee bar in the room rarely has more than one cup available. We didn’t even have body soap or conditioner in our room. There were four of us and we only got three towels and one tiny bar of soap for the sink. We asked for the missing items along with another blanket and it never came. The absolute worst part was the room listed a double pull out bed. My girls are 10 and 14 so we thought it would work. The double was a horseshoe style bed/sofa. My poor girls had to squeeze into that tiny thing and basically got very little sleep. Rough night for sure. We finally went to bed and made due. It’s just not what we are used to with Marriott. Hard to imagine it getting better but I’m hopeful it will.

Booked a King suite and was changed to a Queen suite without my knowledge or a heads up until I walked into the room. Front desk says there would be a discount but I have not seen anything. Front desk was very friendly.

Front desk was unhelpful. I received better service after speaking with cleaning staff. Front desk was fine with fine with following company policy but unwilling to go above and beyond although it was an easy courtesy of borrowing a charging cable for 30 minutes.

IT TOOK ALMOST 2 HRS TO CHECK IN, THEN THE KEY PAD WOULD NOT WORK IT TOOK ANOTHER FEW HRS TO FIX, I CAME BACK TO THE HOTEL TO BE TOLD THAT THE STAFF WILL HAVE TO BUZZ ME IN EVERY TIME GOOD BYE PRIVACY, BUT THAT NEVER HAPPED ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS FIXED IT KEYPAD. OVERALL UNDER STAFFED AND NOT PLEASANT EXPERIENCE FOR THE COST

Check in we hectic as there was only 1 person at the desk and a lady who clearly had a long drawn out complaint. A manager finally came out and assisted me. She provided me a key. I left to do dinner with friends. I go to the room to find my keys don't work. I call the desk bc i have a lot of stuff and don't want to carry it all back down. The guy comes up with new keys but they didn't work either. He used his master to find out the mgr booked me for someone else's room. I still ended up having to go back down where it was about 15 minutes to find a new room with a packed lobby. My room had spoiled milk in the fridge. And stuff behind the desk area. When i checked out, the guy told me to take it up with expedia because they can't do anything since i booked thru a 3rd party and not the chain directly. The stay otherwise was decent. App is not allowing me to add the pics of the milk.

No coffee in lobby. Had to buy Starbucks and I don’t like Starbucks. Bed hard as a rock. Hotel manager very rude Saturday night. No free breakfast. I paid a lot for the room and got no coffee or breakfast not even an orange. Won’t stay again.

Front desk representative were not friendly. Waited for a while to get checked in with luggage. No one acknowledged until I asked for someone to get us checked in. One half roll of toilet paper only in 1 room. When we opened the shower there was black/ dark brown water for the first few minutes. Restaurant got our breakfast order wrong twice.

To be honest it was an ok stay but what I was disappointed about there was no breakfast included with our stay all surrounding property’s offered this feature also no complimentary coffee only an over priced Starbucks and high priced breakfast option for a family of 5 to have to pay we went off property to have breakfast at a much lower cost I will not select this property in the future. Because of this very reason sorry!

Overall stay was acceptable. Disappointed with coffee maker in room - not Keurig and horrible coffee pods, no choice only dark roasts ( horrible taste). Shower had bottles dispensed for soap but label was green and writing was green ( pretty smart marketing) so in a dark shower you can’t read what you need. Shower curtain had slight musty smell, pressure was great. Bistro downstairs seemed over priced.

This property was ok. The hotel did not provide adequate dining options. The breakfast was a high priced egg sandwich with a coffee will cost you almost 20 bucks. No lunch or dinner options. There is nothing close to hotel if you don’t have a car.
