I can highly recommend both the location in Cebu and the host. Roland (host) was very helpful from picking us up at the airport to providing a lot of information on what's available for a visitor. The flat while not large was very comfortable for 5 adults and had a great view, and next door is a lovely hotel for breakfast & dinner. When we return to Cebu we shall certainly contact Roland (host) again.

Excellent communication, clean apartment, lovely and cool air con. Easy to locate for grab cats/tour operators. 10 mins from all the five star hotels and a fraction of the cost. Thanks.
