Room was average, pool and spa area could be cleaner. Spa ended up being out of service even though I called ahead to make sure facilities were working. Pool was shut down for a couple hours. Bathroom in room was dirty. Public bathroom near the lobby was very clean. Staff were great at check in. Staff person at night came off rude and unfriendly. Overall it was a decent hotel for the price. I like that the pool is 24 hours. Will probably book another room in the future.

It’s an older hotel. Rooms were clean. Toilet and shower a bit tight. The pool and hot tub were lovely and so were the grounds. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast good. We’d stay here again.

It was a nice place to stay short term but the dining room for breakfast was small. It did have good breakfast options and the staff were nice and the facilities were clean..the only downside was there was no elevator so u had to pack stuff upstairs or downstairs if u weren’t on the main floor. Pool was open 24/7 for adults and until 10pm I believe for kiddos. I would stay here again for sure but if u have a hard time getting up and down stairs the no elevator may be a deal breaker.

Staff was friendly. Room smelled moldy and musty, it was stuffy and the bathroom vent did not vent after a shower so it was muggy all night and my allergies acted up just being in the room. Breakfast eggs were soupy, oj and coffee were not great.

When I first arrived at check in they had me sign that I wouldn’t smoke in the room and that there would be a charge if so. (I’m a non smoker so was a non issue). The moment we walked into our room it smelled like an ashtray. So I asked to be switched rooms as my allergies would have made it hard to sleep in that room. Next room was better but, still a bit musty. Staff promptly switched rooms. But we had two other families in our group that decided to leave and go to another hotel as they were dissatisfied with rooms. They are not proper “suites”

Enjoyed our stay overall. The staff were very nice. The facility was good. The beds were comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed. Only complaint was the bathroom in our room. It lacked a deep clean that was very noticeable from the bathroom door on in. That needs to be more of a serious onsight consideration, as there are other reviews noting the same complaint. And that was indeed accurate in our experience as well.

Comfy bed. Clean room and bathroom. New AC unit. Fridge was good. The property is a little older but well maintained. Furniture was a little dated but it was priced just right for what you get. The free hot breakfast buffet was a win. Front desk staff was polite and responsive. Overall good stay.

We were apparently unaware of their room cleaning policy. This was a 5 night stay. We kept the "do not disturb" sign on the door the first 2 days because we didnt need new towels or bedding every day. Third day we took off the sign, hoping for a freshening. Got back that evening and no clean towels. We told the front desk, he entered in the computer to have it cleaned, next day, still no cleaning. So perhaps the policy is they don't clean for extended stays unless you request it. Even then, they might not.

Wonderful stay. Checked in on a Thursday and out on Sunday. Our room did NOT get serviced once. We left Friday, told the Person in house keeping to service our room, we were leaving for the day, she said, “okay.” Came back late that night, and room did not get serviced. Called the front desk and talked to them, we had to go and get fresh towels and coffee. Saturday, I called the front desk when we were leaving for the day and specifically asked them to service the room because it wasn’t done the day before, she said, “okay.” Came back late that night and room was not serviced again. Called down stairs and we had to go down and get fresh towels and coffee again.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire stay. We got adjoining rooms with a crib, per our special request. They even went a step further and provided a nightlight, which came in handy. Honestly, probably one of the best hotel experiences I've had.

There are no elevators, we requested lower floor and was easy access. Rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was ok, there’s a great restaurant across hotel. Good location, close to downtown and freeway access. Will stay here again.

Check in was super simple and quick! The gentleman at the counter was polite and friendly towards my kiddo and me! Our room was upgraded for whatever reason, which meant my kiddo had his own bed&tv, and I also had my own bed&tv. The free breakfast options were great! Pool area was very clean! My time there succeeded my expectations. 5 stars, highly recommend!

The bath tub was dirty. The bathroom sink was plugged. There was hair stuck on the hair dryer. They told us fresh baked cookies would be available at 7pm but when we went down to the front desk they said the cookies weren't delivered. We went down to breakfast at 615 and the waffle mix was all gone. No one around to ask for more either.

I was very disappointed that they were going to make me pay $30 for an early check-in. And when I went down for breakfast at 7:30 there was hardly anything there and the front desk person was nowhere to be found. I waited for over 30 minutes. And even then the only thing they refilled was the orange juice and the coffee the eggs were gone and the pastries were gone.

Rooms and hotel are definitely dated and well used. Carpet is showing wear and a few tears in the threads. One issue I’ve had with places I visit is when the check-in clerk does not stand to acknowledge you and sits the during the whole process of checking in. Be polite and stand to great your customers, you will be better to hear and show respect for those coming in. Check out clerk did stand to acknowledge my leaving and was so much nicer than the night clerk during check in
