Pool was closed and still paid almost $200 a night for this run down crappy motel!! One of our two beds where dirty linens! Broken door handles, the outside of the building had siding coming off, beds are hard and uncomfortable!!! Do not recommend!! They also charged us twice and now having to deal with that!! This place should be shut down!! So mad we wasted our money staying here!

The pool wasn't open either day when we were there, the room was dark, as one light bulb was burned out, and there were only 2 bath towels given for 3 people for 2 days. But the beds were comfortable and my husband enjoyed the TV. Also there was coffee in the morning, but nothing else. I would not recommend the place, except that it was close to the road we were on.

Had hopes, but very disappointed. Room dirty and so much smoke on my bedclothes that I needed to put them in plastic bags to travel in the car with them due to the smell. The siding was falling off the walls on second level. Pool closed, looks like permanently.

From dealing with a virtual online individual who you can't understand, to dirty and stained carpets, to a domestic in progress where cops showed up, to a crappy dirty swiming pool, to the siding coming off the building. Need I say more? Jusy spend the extra money and have a nice location for you and your family.

We didnt like the check in and didnt like having to walk acriss the street to get to the pool which was much smaller than expected and there was no hot tub. It was disappointing compared to other Rodeway Inns we have stayed at.

Most rooms were occupied by long term residents. Pool only opened 10am - 10pm, with check out at 11. Would be only able to use for 1 hour or less on the day of departure. Toilet needed to be replaced. No ice machine.

The room wasn't even clean and the beds didn't even get changed like how the should be every stay. The bath tub was not even cleaned out or the toilet wasn't cleaned. Nothing was whipped downn It was the most grosses hotel room I have ever seen.

Rooms are filthy. The toilets have not been cleaned, theres literally poop stains in the bowl. I stayed there a while back and found blood smeared on the sheets. When i brought it to the managers attention he said he had an issue with his house keeper. Well a year later she still works there. The last 3 times i stayed. i had to have my room changed due to the smell of body oder blood on the sheets and the tvs not working properly. The bed spreads are old and stained. This place needs to be updated and thoroughly cleaned. You should expect some level of standard even from a hole in the wall motel. Theres plenty of options in the area chose one of them instead

By far… the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. Was looking for something cheap and convenient, just in town for a few hour evening event. Spend the extra money to get a cleaner stay. It is so obvious they haven’t even swept or mopped the floors in a very long time. A drop of water gets on the floor and it turns to mud. The counters have dirt and crap all over them, we had to lay towels down to set stuff on the counter.

Only really col or really hot shower water, mixing valve broken. Hundreds of dead insects on window sill and in corner of carpet. Butter and dirty inside fridge. Ice bucket slimy. Grab bar in shower ripped off. Particle board shelf disintegrating. Only a half roll of toilet paper and couldn't get a hold of any staff. Red carpet filthy. That's just the tip of the iceberg so to speak.

Dirty hair covered sheets. They didn’t tell me the pool was not in service. Garbage under bed in room. Garbage in refrigerator. Vending machines not working. Gave only 2 towels for a 4 person stay. They lost my reservation for my 2nd days stay and I had to leave or move to a more expensive room. Charged me for second day anyway. This place is awful.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned. There was an old towel, hair accessories and used shampoo and soup in the shower/bathroom from previous guests. There was not a battery in the smoke detector. The carpet with stained and gross. It seemed that the hotel was being remodeled and some rooms were not in the same state that ours were. When we mentioned these things to the staff at check out, they did not apologize. They just said "thank you for letting us know." I will never stay at a Rodeway Inn again. I possibly won't use hotels.com again. The pictures of the room and hotel did not match AT ALL the reality of the hotel and room we were given.

This is the second worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The building was in terrible shape. The room was filthy. The shower curtain was filthy! The shower had hair in it. The TV was terribly small. First hotel I have ever stayed in that I checked for bed bugs before touching or bringing anything into the room.

After checking in, I went to the assigned room. On opening the door it was full of beer cans and unmade beds. When I went back to the office 4 minutes later, the clerk leaned over the registration desk, and yelled in my face that I had made the mess. Absolutely insane. Also, the Internet does not work except at a slow crawl if at all. The rooms are fairly large. The room they eventually gave me also had not been thoroughly cleaned.

Room needed so much maintenance. One bedframe had nearly fallen apart, the microwave was missing parts, lots of water damage in bathroom. Expedia says they have breakfast; they don’t. Worst were the cheap mattresses and pillows combined with curtains that didn’t block the building lights well at all. Haven’t slept so badly for a long time.

Very nice. Only complaint would be that the internet was not very good, it would go in and out. Nice comfortable beds, good size fridge, and a nice desk with a chair, as well as a microwave. No bath, but the washroom was big and the room was spacious as well. Tv was ancient, but no one really cared and we didn’t bother trying to make it work when it just came on blank. Pro tip; close the bathroom door at night and you won’t be disturbed by the sounds of water.

Bed frame was cloth material and badly stained, the sheets & bed cover had burn holes throughout, the key failed twice before being corrected. The building is in poor condition, and the room had a musty smell to it.

Overall I was not expecting much for the price of this hotel, and I was correct. The building was very run down, outdated, dirty and falling apart. The side of the building was missing half of the boards, that were just hanging there. The holes in the walls were stuffed with toilet paper and the door was missing most of its paint. There was dried vomit on the door into the bathroom. There was no extra toilet paper, nobody cleaned our room. The room smelled terribly of cigarettes, despite it saying it was non-smoking. There was no coffee maker in the room, but there was a mini fridge and microwave. The beds were not terrible but very squeaky. You could see light coming through the door, which made me feel like it just blow open any time. The front desk clerk was very friendly, but thats about the only positive thing I can honesty say about this place.

The building siding is falling off. No coffeemaker provided in the room. No hair dryer. No hangers to hang clothing. No mini fridge. Seal around door was allowing light to come in. Pictures on website are pretty deceiving. It was a place to lay our heads for the night, but would not recommend it.

The AC was amazing. The room was freezing, just how I like it. My only complaint was not having more than 2 towels for 4 guests. I requested towels and never got them to the room. I waited for a while and then had to go about my day and there were no additional towels upon return. The room was clean and check in / check out was very easy. The virtual staff agent was pleasant upon check in.

There was a problem with the tv & remote so we had to switch rooms after we wasted about an hour of our time. Otherwise it’s clean the pool is clean & it provides you with the basics for an affordable price. Housekeeping is nice!

They didn’t give us enough towels for the first day and refused to give us more. Then on the second day housekeeping took our old towels, without replacing them—leaving us with no towels. They also didn’t clean the room. They just came in and stole the limited towels we had. When I went to the front desk, there was no front desk person, except a virtual front desk person who couldn’t help us. He said someone would come and bring us towels and clean the room at 7pm. No one showed up. I had Expedia try to get us help and they couldn’t help us, either. I asked for a refund and the hotel refused and Expedia refused. Besides all that, there were drunk people outside our room in the parking lot, screaming all night and people up all night in the room above us—screaming and stomping. There were sirens all the time like it was the bad side of town. It felt unsafe. I’ll never stay there again or trust another Expedia reservation.

In our 3 day stay, room service came by our room once and didn’t clean our room. In fact, they just took our soap and towels and didn’t replace them. We asked for towels and toilet paper multiple times at the “front desk” (just a virtual kiosk of someone not on site), but we never got any. Had to end up buying toilet paper ourselves. On top of that, the toilet was wobbly and constantly trickled. Only ever saw a real member of staff a single time while there, and it was when checking out

No front desk staff when checking in (had to be done through a kiosk and took almost 15 minutes of waiting to get an electronic agent.) Had two rooms reserved. Neither had been cleaned. (Bedding hadn’t been changed and dirty towels were still in the tub.) One of the rooms had prescription medications left in it. No towels in one of the rooms, bathroom sink didn’t drain, carpet filthy/stained and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in quite some time. Not sure they if they are incredibly short staffed or if this is just the way it is.

Wonderful location lots of restaurants and shopping nearby close to Silverwood super friendly staff was very quiet and clean. Not really a complaint but property exterior needs some work obviously but happy to pay the lower rates in the meantime. Bed and pillows were super comfortable too.

Lots of sketchy people hanging around property. Checking in with a kiosk sucked. Baseboards were missing in some areas, no batteries in the remote. Glad we one were there to sleep. Won’t go back.

Its quiet. It is near dining which is nice. On the other hand our stove was dirty, the tub was cracked, stained and definitely mold growing in the bathroom. You dont ever deal with an actual person. You work off a kiosk to check in and it took us over 20 minutes just for it to boot up and be ready.

Not impressed. Unit had a kitchen with no pots pans or dining utensils etc. Floors were terribly dirty. Bedspread was stained. Bathtub plug did not work and drain needed to be unclogged. We were placed next to long term tenants on the weekend and then had to call to ask for the noise to be turned down. Remote check in no live attendant. Outside of the building is falling apart. Sheets and towels were clean.

Found a cockroach in the bathroom was very disgusting. Couldn’t lock the connecting door, had to put chair under knob. Stove had broken bottom, no coffee pot so we had to co purchase one. No continental. Breakfast and a robot to check in. Plus the outside vinyl coming off building…

Check in was a video check in which was weird. The beds were comfortable but the bathroom wasnt clean. It had a refrigerator and microwave but no coffeepot. No food included in the stay but that was OK because it was inexpensive and I was trying to save money. I wont do that again. Overall just a cheap sleazy motel. You get what you pay for.

The room was very clean and the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. Check in kiosk was very difficult. Could not understand the person talking to me on the screen at all. Eventually got through it by guessing what he was trying to say. The siding of both buildings is coming off and the building looks derelict from the outside. Rooms were spartan. No closet or rod or hangers for hanging clothes. Shampoo supplied but no conditioner or lotion. No hair dryer. The kitchen has no pots/pans, dishes, utensils at all. Had to go to a store and buy microwavable bowl to use microwave. There was a drawer missing in the kitchen. Not worth the extra money to get a room with a kitchen. No breakfast served, no coffee maker, Bed was OK but not the most comfortable one I have ever slept on. Internet access OK. Will never stay here again.
