The room was cleaned but the shower drain was open and we had to put it back on the drain. One of the towels didn't look clean and had something crusty on it. Parking was difficult; there are way less spaces than there are hotel units.

I have stayed at this property before, also for a medical family emergency. It is 6 minutes from Kootenai Medical Hospital. But it offers free parking, free laundry with plenty of machines and it is surrounded by restaurants, a cinema and other shopping. It is set back from main traffic and is quiet. The beds are still firm and the kitchen has a full size refrigerator. It makes a great oasis from the grinds of being in a hospital environment.

This hotel was fantastic! We enjoyed almost everything about it throughout our stay. The rooms themselves are superb, couldn’t have asked for a better room layout and the size was perfect for our family of 4. Breakfast was well above average each morning and the location is excellent with many dining options within walking distance. The only 2 things that held us back from giving a 5 star rating were that the hotel advertises and shows 2 available electric vehicle charging spots but does nothing to ensure these spots are saved for those who need them or plan on 7 using them. There are no signs saying EV only or anything blocking regular gas cars from parking there. And exactly that happened, 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed, the spots were blocked by gas cars and we were unable to charge. Lastly, the pool is quite small compared to most hotels but that’s much harder to resolve/change compared to our bigger complaint of simply saving the advertised EV spots for EV owners. Other than that, we have nothing to complain about and will likely plan on staying here again in the future!

Staff was excellent and property had great amenities. Breakfast wad good and they did not rush to put it away. Staff accommodated all of our requests. Cleanliness could be better. Their process of having guests storing trash in the hallway was unsightly to walk near everyday. They do forget to clean the room daily even if you request it.

Cleanliness could use some improvement. 1st room upon check in smelled like urine. Went back down to front desk and changed to a 2nd room. This rooms fridge still had other people’s food in it. Too tired to change rooms as everything else seemed satisfactory. Will potentially evaluate other options in the future. Front desk agent was very kind and prompt.

Pizza box and trash left in refrigerator when checking in to room. Used toothpick floss by toilet. Asked for toilet paper as 1 half used toilet paper was the only thing we got and it was never sent up to out room. Cleanliness issue, and poor customer service.

The suites were more spacious than the ones at the Coeur d'Alene resort, at a lower price and this had a kitchenette. This property would be comfortable for an extended stay, and the soundproofing between the walls and between the floors was great. I ordered two rooms, and board games were being played in one room and people in the other room couldn't hear the laughter. The hot tub and pool area were nice, the food and shopping around the hotel is nice and within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was nice, but I didn't partake since I could walk to breakfast from the hotel. The staff was friendly as well. I would definitely stay here again.

We didn’t even have the chance to stay here because they were oversold and transferred us to a much cheaper hotel with one room instead of two. I will never stay at a Staybridge IHG Hotel again!!! And thanks a lot Expedia for not letting us know or insisting on an equivalent. We’ve had this reservation for several weeks!

Our check in was not pleasant. After traveling for 8 hours, there was no one at the front desk. I waited for over twenty minutes before the hospitality agent showed up! Another employee actually went to find him! Checking in seemed to be a chore gor the young man. There was no welcoming feeling snd as soon as we received our room key the young man left the desk again. The next morning breakfast was a disaster. Food items and dishes/silverware had run out. I complained to the management. It was explained that the breakfast peron had quit the dsy before and the person covering breakfast was a housekeeper. Our room was fine but the hospitality was missing from the hotel.

Great hotel! Check-in staff was unpleasant atleast towards me. While checking others they were very accomodating as 2 others checked in prior to me. My room style wasn’t ready @ 3pm when I checked in, but I do know that check-in is at 4pm. We had to wair for almost an hour til the room was “available” but what was crazy was the gentleman who ended up giving me the room keys stated the room had been available for check-in for awhile. Conflicting information. The lady who I checked in with told me to swipe my card, etc & come to find out it was for nothing because before receiving the keys to my room I had to re-do the swipe etc. I really liked the way the gentleman handled my check-in and the other guests prior to me. He was very accomadating.

My daughter and I were in town for the big gymnastics meet and we were so impressed by this hotel. Our room was nicer than we expected and pretty much everything else was too. Not only that but it was in a very convenient location with restaurants, walking trails, parks, shops and movie theaters right within walking distance. It definitely put Staybridge Suites on our radar for the future.

Our week stay at Staybridge was great. Beds were comfortable, pillow option outstanding. Breakfast options were good, from waffles, yogurt, bagels, fresh fruit, sausage and eggs plus biscuits and gravy on Friday. These are just a few of their option. Was pleasantly surprised with Social hours Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 5:30 - 7:00. Wine, Beer and appetizers.

The Mon-Wed Social Hour with drinks was pretty weak. The "food" was lol and the drinks ran out quickly. Breakfast was great though. The hotel should either ramp up the Social Hour or just get rid of it. Everything else about the hotel (the important bits) were great.

The Social hour was great. I cannot say much for their breakfast.Same fare as other hotels. There’s had dry potatoes and not a lot of variety. Asked to have my room cleaned after 4 days and they said we will see if we can get you on the schedule. My husband had to pick up towels at the front desk. They did not clean my room after I asked.

Great location, clean, modern and comfortable. We did have a hiccup with getting any help regarding bedding for the pull out bed. We were promised some that morning, but didn’t get any until we asked again in the evening. We had to pick up versus it being delivered, which was a little frustrating. The breakfast was also great. Very fresh with a huge selection of healthy options.

I do not usually leave reviews even though I rely on them when booking a hotel. I want to say that this stay was honestly one of the best stays we have had in a very long time. We travel a lot around the US and so have stayed in a lot of different hotels. This hotel had a comfortable bed, CLEAN sheets! CLEAN ROOM! Fantastic breakfast! The staff (I spoke to 4 different people) were all happy, kind, and polite! If I could take this experience with me to every hotel I would always be happy! Thank you to the entire staff and team for a wonderful stay.
