The property is very near I-15 so it can be noisy but it was not bad in reality. The water pressure after supper was poor as was the availability of hot water. The fresh baked cookies available at the front desk at 6 pm is a nice touch and set the facility apart from others. Lastly, the nightly price is too high considering the facility is ‘well worn’.

The property is old and they have done some renovations over the years. The rooms provide lots of lamps for good lighting. We have stayed here many times. The only issue is there is no elevator.

Loved the indoor pool, water was perfect temp. Check-in was faultless and staff very pleasant. I thought it may be a noisy room because it faced the highway, but surprisingly quiet. Room was great. Nice touch is the soup and cookies at 6 PM! We will definately stay here again!

Hot tub was advertised but hot tub has not worked for two years, that was the main reason the hotel was picked. Pictures were not how the rooms looked. It was very disappointing.

I chose to stay at Comfort Inn Idaho Falls because I had a very early flight the next morning. When I inquired about making a reservation for the next morning's shuttle, I was told that it was not running, but might be available after 8 a.m., when the manager was in. Also, I was assigned a room on the second floor. I asked where the elevator was, and there isn't one!! I needed to have a room reassignment to the first floor. The desk clerk wasn't overly friendly - when I complained about the lack of transportation and the lack of an elevator, her demeanor changed and I felt as though I was bothering her. I called several other nearby hotels - with transportation to the airport - and they were fully booked. If I had found a hotel with a room available, I would have left the Comfort Inn. Never again!! I will not stay at another Comfort Inn based upon this experience.

Room smelled! Pool was dirty and pathetic! Jacuzzi was broken. Breakfast was a joke. Crappy overcooked scrambled eggs. Waffle machine was out of order! Staff was indifferent!

We usually stay at the Idaho Falls Comfort Inn on our way to Montana. It is quiet and convenient. But it is an older building with lots of chipped paint and broken edges. The bathroom was not very clean. Maybe we should think about staying somewhere else next time.

The rooms were dirty. Floor wasnt vacuumed, garbage on the floor, pillows and sheets had stains, hair every where in bathroom, pubic hair in bath, toilet was not clean, bugs in the pool area, and hot tub doesnt work. Dont pay before looking at your room. We prepaid for 2 nights. We did not get a refund and ended up paying for another hotel.

We did not stay in Idaho Falls on Sat. 10/4. We stayed from Sun 10/5 - Mon 10/06. We like the Idaho Falls Comfort Inn. We stay there about 4 times a year. It is older and it need to be updated. This time I noticed that the bedsheets we so wonderfully soft especially compared to the place where we stayed the previous night. I have never felt that the bathroom in any room we have stayed in here has been as clean as I would like. The floor of the corners is always dirty, or there is mold in the edging along the wall of the bathtub. You must have bathrooms that are designed to be difficult to clean. Please change this when you make your updates to the place. We like this motel, it has a warm and friendly atmosphere. In spite of its drawbacks, we will continue to visit.

The room was the smallest of our whole trip. It was a filthy nasty place. The carpet was gross! Rarely could you find anyone at the front desk for any needs. It was in a ratty old area and was hard to get to even with a GPS.

The room was okay. The bed not very comfortable. The Breakfast area, no Orange Juice No apple juice the milk was watered down (how lame is that watering down milk) I think if you are going to offer breakfast you should at least keep all the items filled up and do not water down the milk.

We stayed overnight in Idaho Falls from the western part of the state, for a concert at the new concert arena. Our King room was very clean and comfortable. The toilet has about 1/2 roll of toilet paper, which I don't know if that is a thing or not, since we only stayed overnight. We stay well hydrated so it made me moderately nervous to have so little paper! :) The hotel had Dish cable and we had HBO and some other movie channels, which was nice. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable (albeit a little disheveled looking). The main lobby was sad looking and in desperate need of a makeover and cleanup. We did not stay for the continental breakfast but it appeared as though they had a nice spread. At 6pm, they set out coffee, soup and cookies, which was another nice surprise. Insert cookie monster icon here! Ingress into the parking lot was odd, only marked by a tiny "entrance" sign, otherwise we would have easily driven past. Great location otherwise, with convenient access to the freeway, downtown, and other conveniences like gas, restaurants and the concert event center. We would stay there again for sure. Good clean room for a good price.

Clean and affordable. The staff was friendly. We stayed 1 night on our way through. The only thing that was off was the bathtub noises. No support was installed under the bathtub so it creeks and maons with every movement. Hopefully if they do an update in the future they will make sure to add support under the tubs.

The front staff was nice and helpful. Our room had thin white shears but no other curtains. This made it difficult to sleep due to the outside lighting and also caused issues with privacy, as our ground-level room was semi-visible from the parking lot to where others could see inside if they wanted to.

We needed a handicap access room on the first floor but they were completely booked. She tried switching rooms but wasn’t able to even after she contacted a manager. Then the people she tried to switch us with came to check in & she asked them if they’d be willing to switch & they did! She went above & beyond! 10 stars for her!

The sweet lady at the counter had never done that job before. Stood there for 45 minutes waiting for her to get our keys to work. Finally given the keys. Went to our room opened the door only to find it was already occupied! Poor man standing there in his underwear. Went back to tell her and had to wait another 29 minutes while she tried again. Finally got another room. Tried to open the door and the key didn’t work. Had to go back again and wait another 20 minutes. It is now 1:00 am and we are exhausted! Lay down fall asleep quickly and the phone rings! It is the sweet lady at the desk telling me she needs my master card number again. IDONT HAVE A MASTERCARD!!! I gave her my number but still ended up having to get dressed and go to the desk to give her more information. The lady was kind and as people lined up behind us she tried to keep her cool but was put I. A bad situation. She had never done it before and the computers were not working properly.

We reserved a room several hours before arrival to the hotel. This was done due to being on the road for 14 hours and sleep was badly needed. However, when my family and I arrived, we were told there was no room reseved under me. It was found that the room was canceled on your end. I don't know truthful that is, but the results of having my room cancelled is unacceptable. The motel had room but the walk up price was unacceptable. But what option did I have. You had canceled my reservation and the motel required a ridiculous amount of money, just for a few hours if sleep. Qorst part of it, was that I did not reveive any notification about this, prior to checking in. We left and we ended up driving another 3.5 hours, before finding a rest stop and caught whatever sleep we could before continuing on. I never used Hotel.com or stayed at the motel we reserved. It feels as if I was getting scammed, due to my need to rest. For this poor and unacceptable experience, i'm never using your website or that hotel again. You two business cannot be trusted

When we arrive to check in we were not greeted and felt like we we had inconvenienced the desk clerk for checking in they were very rude . When we went to our room we opened the door and we’re hit with the fowl smell of cigarette smoke like they had been smoking in the room for years. We went to the front desks to tell them that the cigarette smell was overwhelming they handed us a spray to spray the room and said leave the room for 5 minutes it will be fine. They never even offered to move us to another room. (The smell did not go away!) The room was filthy the A/C had dead bugs on it and was full of dust. I will never stay or recommend anyone to stay at a Comfort Inn ever!

This was one of my worst experiences at a hotel. We had to go back to the front desk multiple time to get a working key.. we have no towels for our room ask for towels and was told.they were out. We had to wait several hours before they had any available. The room was not clean. There were bugs in the bed. Beds were hard. The shower was gross. Service was bad. Even the next.morning. the front desk people were on their phones instead of helping the guess. Worst place!

The hot tub was broken, breakfast was supposed to be to 9:30, but nothing was refreshed so there was minimal food. The coffee was watered down and horrible. Staff wasn’t at reception area, had to yell for them.
