The room was not very clean. The bedding and towels had old stains on them. It was was very hard for housekeeping to provide us towels. There were no bugs in our room but they were out in the hallway. The property needs to be updated and needs more staff.

Broken window, black mold on air conditioning unit, key cards kept deactivating, and the buffet wasn’t replenished the entire 3 nights we were there so by the last morning there was only 2 bagels and some dry bread left
