The pool was out of order which was the main reason we chose this hotel for our family. No concessions or discount or apology about it being out of the order. Fans in room were loud but also sounded like they were about to quit working. Pillows for beds were the size of throw pillows, 3 per bed, which at throw pillow size, was not great for a family of 4. Bfast was ok, typical for small 2 star hotel. Would’ve loved the hard boiled eggs I saw mentioned but were no where to be seen or oatmeal or other healthier option. We booked here not expecting much but we’re definitely disappointed more then I expected with the pool broke, no apology, and some room issues and discomforts. Would def book elsewhere next time.

Our stay was really nice. The pool was a bit colder than I would have liked but still tolerable. We couldn’t get a late check out the next day because the hotel was fully booked and that was understandable. Breakfast was good I appreciated the eggs and sausage. I’d definitely come back to this location or others. Thank you.

I have stayed here several times and have had good experiences. The tub was clogged and they didn’t have anything to work with it. I didn’t notice until late night so it was kind of late to change rooms. They accommodate when asked for towels so that’s a plus. No working ice machine.

The condition was fair but I had three not so great experiences. The Gym is very tiny with only one treadmill & one elliptical. The one treadmill was out of service, and the one elliptical was in deplorable shape. Issue two I have two small children ages 6 & 8, when I took them down to the pool there was a family in the pool it seemed to be a grandmother and her three teenaged boys & 2 teenaged girls. This pool is tiny so we couldn't "stay away from them" they were playing very rough throwing a tennis ball as hard as they could at each other and a few times they almost hit my kids with the ball.The grandmother didn't say a word to them they were also shoving each other into the pool running and jumping into the pool and the whole time not one hotel representative came to check on the area even though there is a camera in there I guess they didn't see a problem with this behavior. Last, I purchased a $20.00 throw blanket for my son at the S.V. amusement park. When I brought the luggage cart up to the room we noticed my son somehow had grease all over his hand and clothes, so we changed his clothes and washed him up "the clothes had to be thrown away" and we then figured out the grease was from the luggage cart wheels "they are entirely covered with grease on the inside" so my sons blanket was on the floor and got grease on it and then all over his new outfit and his hands. This cost me approximately. $50.00.

We wanted a hotel with a pool. The pool was under maintenance. We entered the elevator to get to our room and it was filthy: food, dirt and who knows what else! Our bathroom had no washcloths or hand towels. The front panel of the vanity was off and leaning against the bathroom wall exposing the pipes under the sink. The toilet paper holder was installed backwards so every time the toilet paper was used the roll fell on the floor. The shower curtain was too short which caused the floor to flood when you took a shower. The tub plug leaked and I had to keep running the water to keep the tub filled with water. I had to go under the vanity to retrieve a bath toy and found a panty liner wrapped in toilet paper that was obviously there from previous guests - disgusting! The sofa bed was like sleeping on springs and there was debri and crumbs under the sofa. There was no bedding supplied for the sofa bed. I believe only one ice machine in the hotel worked. The laundry area also had out of order on machines. Fixing and maintaining equipment did not seem to be a priority. Staff were unwelcoming and seemed put off when asked for items that should have been supplied before our arrival. Terrible stay and we will not return.

This hotel seems to be recently renovated. The rooms were spacious and we enjoyed the extra space. A few issues: the pool was closed for maintenance and the ice machines did not work in the whole hotel. The hotel is in a safe area and close to lots of shopping and food.

None of the ice machines worked and were leaking. Mold was starting to grow on the wall and there was an awful smell. I talked with front desk about no lights in the parking lot on our arrival and that was never fixed.

The hotel looks to be recently remodeled, but 1 of the 2 rooms we booked had literal MUSHROOMS growing out of the carpet and wall where the AC unit was leaking. They were aware that some units were having that issue at the front desk. So why wouldn't they inspect every room and make sure the leaky AC units were fixed prior to renting out the rooms?!?! This is a health department issue. They agreed to move our room to another one on the same floor, but called (while we were at a family funeral) to say it couldn't be the one they initially reassigned us to because they found out that AC unit would only blow hot air. The front desk clerk handling all this was sweet and apologetic, making sure that we finally got assigned a safe and comfortable room, but COME ON! She was unable to give us any kind of discount on the room since there was no manager on site. Quite the hassle, and we were very disappointed that this potential health issue wasn't handled better by the management.

The room was fairly clean. However, there was obvious damage to a seating bench. In the bathroom, there was hair on the floor and in the tub. The sink faucet was loose and in danger of breaking off. When taking a shower, the tub drain was completely clogged and made the shower dangerously unsafe. We were there as part of a larger group for a sports tournament. The hotel treated us like thieves. All the ice machines were "broken". The elevator was "broken" and they had people stationed out side the breakfast area forbidding people to take any breakfast foods back to their rooms. One of the families had their room re-rented, while they were staying in it! They gave out a key to the room to complete strangers! The hotel refused to apologize or acknowledge the error, instead choosing to blame the tournament family and telling them they should "vacate the premises" if they didn't like what happened. Overall, I will make sure to advise future tournament organizers of this horrible place and will advise the over 300+ families in our sports organization to never stay here.

This hotel was just fine for my family to stay a few nights in the area for the weekend. However, the elevators and certain parts of the facility were not cleaned very well. The continental breakfast had very few options. Additionally, there is a bar right next door that generates a lot of noise at night- so I don't recommend this place if you have children needing to sleep through the night. Even some of the guests were loud outside of our window, up late talking and laughing. We did report the noise and it lessened after about an hour. In general, it was fine for a weekend trip to be near our other family in the area. But I do not recommend for another stay due to cleanliness and noise.

Noisy area around hotel. Gas station on the corner plays load music even during hotel quiet hours. Front desk person said they have to contact the police to get the gas station to turn down the music from time to time but then they start up again. Other guests left their TV’s on all night.

The room itself was very nice. However, the entire time I was there, the TV and wifi both barely worked. I was there for a work trip, so the TV I could do without, but it was still very annoying, but the wifi being as bad as it was impacted my ability to work from the hotel room all 4 days I was there.

Housekeeping: I stayed for just two nights and requested housekeeping on the second day, but was told it wouldn’t be provided due to a “once-every-three-days” policy. I explained that I would be checking out before the third day and that this was not a long stay, but was still refused service. Ironically, the posted Choice Hotels policy clearly states that while rooms are cleaned every three days for extended stays, guests can request earlier service—yet this was denied. Towel Exchange: Since housekeeping wasn’t an option, I asked for fresh towels and soap. I was told I needed to “trade in” my used towels first. I complied, but despite having four people in the room, I was initially given only three towels. It took repeated requests and some back-and-forth before they finally provided a fourth towel. While the cleanliness and location met expectations, these internal policies and the way they were enforced detracted significantly from the overall experience. I hope management reconsiders how they implement brand standards.

We were happy to get ajoining rooms. What we were not happy about is the fact that apparently we were able to lock out baby in the room with NO WAY TO GET IN!!!! NONE OF THE STAFF HAD ACCESS TO GET IN AND HAD TO CONTACT THE GENERAL MANAGER WHO WASN'T EVEN ON SITE TO UNLOCK THE DOOR!! That took close to an hour. We were also threatened with having to pay $400 if we called the fire department to enter the room. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen for sure!!!!

We had a terrible experience at this hotel during our stay. They have a sign in the bathroom stating "Room Service every third night or upon request ". We requested for room service after the second night and no one showed up. We thought whats one more day, expecting room service on the third night per the notice. But no one showed up again on the third night. When we asked for towels the front desk said we dont have any. My wife got upset and went down to see the manager who told us that the towels are in the laundry and they will send them up to our room when available. No one came to the room so we went downstairs again around 11:00 PM at which point they gave us the towels. Never again at Comfort Suites. Even management is unprofessional.

Recently stayed for 4 nights! When we checked in waited 10-15 for someone to come to front desk then was asked 1 question nothing about breakfast nothing about what to do to get more towels. Loud talking in parking lot til 3am could hear all the loud talking in the halls all hours. Husband was told to go back to our room cause he came done with no shoes but I watched 3 others in the eating area with no shoes. Next morning he went to get towels and grab food and bring back for our children and got screamed at again this time for taking towels in the area! AVOID if you want to sleep sound. Was not worth the money at all.

Next to a bad/loud restaurant, rookies. Granted it was Saturday night, but low class people kept making noise until well past 3am outside due to the adjacent parking lot. The sound of drunk chicks, police, and barking dogs persisted until the early morning on Sunday.

Facility seemed to be updated. I has several cracks in my walls includimg the shower. Sounds could be heard from both above and through the walls. When having breakfast I was told I could not take my dish to my room which i found a bit odd as this seems to be isolated to this comfort in and had to finish some work before my meeting.

Stayed with our adults kids in 2 rooms. Wonderful rooms and accommodations. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint would be the manager told us we couldn't take our free breakfast food into our rooms. Which doesn't make sense because you can bring outside food and take to your room ??? Now they make you sit in an area with other strangers while they cough and sneeze instead of allowing my family to eat in a peaceful non infectious environment. Shame on them for that rule.

We had a great stay! Service was fantastic, room was clean, and breakfast was great! We did have some issues with the TV, and the wifi was a bit slow but no real issues. We were on the ground floor, on the very far edge away from the other guests, and heard very little commotion. Check in was fast and easy!

Overall our stay was good but a few things : The breakfast could be better. There could be more fruit, there was no bacon and the sausage was not very appealing. The coffee situation could have been better, it seemed to always be empty. Also the ice machine was out of order most of the time and the ice on the first floor was always gone. The price of the stay was a bit high.
