Hanicap parking to far from door otherwise ok

Handicap parking good. Room was clean but recliner was dirty had alot of crumbs on it but the rest was very clean in toom 110 but my daughters room was terrible so changed rooms and next room was just as dirty and had bugs they could not believe how clean our room was her name was Samantha Barranger they stayed 2 nights

We were in and out overnight. Very close to the race track which we liked. Lots to eat close by and didn't have any issues. The vending machines take cash only so beware of that.

Was just what we needed to sleep and to hit the road again in the morning. Needs workout room!

Good enough for a night or two. Hotel was kinda run down. Bed was comfortable, shower pressure was good, microwave and refrigerator in room but refrigerator was dirty and had no freezer. Elevator took awhile as the hotel only has 3 floors so I’m unsure of why it wasn’t very big. Lots of places to dine at around the hotel.

Nice place for a short stay, building needs a lot of updating and repairs. It wasn’t as clean as it used to be but it could be worse.

The hotel stay was highly unsatisfactory. The room were okay for the price, the staff was unhelpful, breakfast was bad. Poor security, door were not locked and any one can enter motel from back doors.The overall experience was disappointing.

Soon as you walk in the hotel it stinks. Thought it was just due to them remodeling. Once in room non of the outlets works. So they brought us some different outlets. Every time we left room and can back we had to get a new key cause it stopped working. I can keep going on but just know dont stay here until they are completely done remodeling

Hotel was pretty clean but VERY run down. Did not eat breakfast but it did look pleasing. Do not expect them to answer their phone when calling ahead to check ahead with arrival time, but service was good at the counter.

Check in took a while. Room terrible: noisy (close to elevators), base board falling apart and very dusty, no ice, no extra blanket, no iron, etc.

This property was just dirty. No bedbugs, which may have been the only perk. The walls had something splattered all over them. The drapes were badly dirt stained and the pull rods were dark grey and sticky. Even the remote was sticky! It was an ok option for $75 a night, but overall just dirty!

We found roaches bugs and blood on the beds horrible so not book here!!!

The room smelled and there was a layer of dust on things clearly not cleaned. We stayed one night and got out as quickly as possible.

Everything was dirty

The room was stuffy and smelled bad. Bugs on the walls and the windows. Old refrigerator, not defrosted. Could barely fit anything in it. Food under the bed...and bugs...and dirt. We left.

Housekeeping only cleaned room when leaving but when staying consecutively no house keeping even when asked.

The room wasn’t very clean. Other people’s hair in the sink and shower. Floors were not swept and had stuff stuck to the floors in the bathroom. Didn’t look like anything had been wiped down in quite sometime. Just looked like it was vacuumed and new bedding/towels.

This place needs to have a health inspector sent here ASAP!! I didn't expect anything but a clean room and that was not the case!! Blood on curtain, white nasty stains on the chair and couch, smelled like bug spray, floor looks like it hadn't ben cleaned in 3 weeks...It was dirt and some white flaky stuff in the bed.. Just horrible I want my money back!! I booked via expedia and not they are avoiding their calls to avoid approving the refund request, per an email I got from expedia... These rooms all need to be demolished and rebuilt its so nasty...The couch was peeling and old.. Avoid this place unless you want to be disgusted because pictures are misleading. Not sure how they are allowed to even be open with rooms this disgusting...I took pictures and shared them with the front desk...Gross Excuse for a hotel...And shame on expedia for having a nasty company on their website with misleading pictures..Remove them off your site and refund your loyal customers especially when they have pictures

Some staff was friendly, others didn't speak unless spoken to. We were given a room that had sticky carpeting, shoes left being from previous occupant. Stains on the comforter and also something splattered on the TV. It also smelled terrible. We asked for a second room which we were given and the ceiling was half peeled off, smelled a little better and had a note on the window that there was a stink bug problem, which we fully encountered. The mini fridge was dirty and had mold on the inside.the bed where the sheets didn't cover, was severely stained and I did take a photo. I was not impressed with this place at all. I felt gross the whole stay but I was not able to be refunded so I didn't go elsewhere.

I like that the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shops..... What I didn't like is that I was giving RM 220 and when I got in RM I noticed the bed had a life size body indentation permanently in mattress so I was told the only other room available was RM 222 and when I moved everything over to the other room low & behold there is a hole in mattress the size of a basketball then to top it all off didn't get any sleep due to a air compressor or something underneath RM that repeatedly continues to go on & off approximately every 15 mins or so this has been a not so pleasant stay

The room was not clean. Some of the charging stations on the lamps did not work. The a/c and heat made a loud sound so you couldn't run it and sleep. The curtains were dirty and did not close all the way.

Staff and stay was not so excellent. Rooms had a bad smell, bad outlets that don’t work, and even the lil 25” tv didn’t work. Breakfast ended at 8:55a

I usually stay at this hotel because it is close to where I need to go and it is affordable. The quality keeps going down year after year. There always seems to be something wrong in the room. The bathroom fan did not work. Many outlets did not work. The lighting is dim especially in the bathroom. The beds had huge divots, sunken areas in them. The breakfast this time did not even have apples or bananas like usual. I had a follow up stay booked there but cancelled it and stayed elsewhere.

The curtains were very dirty. The bedspread was stained. The toilet seat came off. The toilet was hard to get to stop running. The room smelled musty. There was white ickiness on the tv remote. There were black stains on the ceiling and walls in bathroom. Only one of the two keys worked in the door. The power strip behind the desk did not work. It served the purpose for the night, but we were otherwise not impressed.

The property was just OK for what we paid. The lobby was very old looking so I was nervous about how my room would look. Honestly, it looked better than I thought however, I was not able to get any rest. Someone got the room next to us around 1030, and from 1030 to about 2:30 AM they played the music very loudly, I went to the front desk to complain and he said he would take care of it but he did not because I waited at the door to see if he would. I probably would not stay there again because I don’t like the fact that the situation was not handled .

Bed was awful, felt like a brick. Shower was nasty and the air conditioner had to be set to 61 just to cool off the room and it wasn't even hot outside.

Breakfast was very disappointing the beds were uncomfortable and slid off of the frames people were lingering in the hallways for hours terrible experience overall

It was an okay place to stay for the night while passing through, but we had several issues. The first room we were given had a broken shower head that was taped together the tape came off as soon as we tried to use it. When I went to the front desk to let them know, they seemed skeptical and acted like it was a hassle to deal with. They didn’t offer another room; I had to ask for one myself. The second room was functional, but the walls were extremely thin. We could hear everything, and the person in the room above us was stomping loudly and sounded like they were throwing things. It worked for a quick overnight stop, but I wouldn’t stay here again unless there were noticeable improvements in maintenance and customer service.

The staff are nice and friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs which says a lot nowadays. The entire hotel is very clean, right down to the parking lot. There’s also so many dining options in the area that are pretty much in walking distance if you don’t mind a 10 minute hike

Waited 20’minutes to check in finally left. Hotel was nothing like the pictures. Dirty and felt unsafe

They have soft, fluffy towels and the room has been comfortable. The people working here have been very nice and hospitable. Thank you all.

Double booked room, dirty room, nasty attitude

Want to thank the staff for going above and beyond for me in the middle of the night… these guys were totally amazing and would definitely stay here again

Would NOT recommend to anyone!! The attendant wouldn’t let me use the lobby restroom upon check in. The hallways smelled wet and musty. Once getting to the room, it smelled highly of cigarette smoke. There were stains on the walls, furniture and mattresses. A shelf was coming off of the wall, barely being held by one screw. The door lock was broken as well. There was still garbage in the bathroom. When I went down to inform the attendant we would be staying elsewhere, she made a call and kept me waiting. I politely interrupted the call and asked if there was more I needed to do. She said no and waved me off.

Waited until I finally got my refunded money to leave my review. HORRIBLE TIME. My husband and I were in town for a Cardinals game and decided to stay here. It was really busy at check in, which made it slow but that was NO big deal! However, they gave our king room reservation away to someone else. Even though we already paid for it and everything. We agreed to downgrade to a double queen room. Well…. We finally checked in and set our things down in the room. I put valuables up in the room and we go back out to our car to get our drinks and whatever else. We come back up to seeing other peoples’ bags on our bed and our items moved by the door! My valuables were NOT where we left them(thankfully they were honest and put them in our bag). When I go down there all the clerk can say is they were supposed to go in room 217, not 227. The system messed up. Whatever. I told them to just put us in the room they were supposed to be in and we will move on. We didn’t put us in that room, he put us in 125. The room was covered in mold and smelled like mildew. He seemed like he didn’t believe us and finally said he would “upgrade” us to a king suite. At 2:30am we were finally given a room that was clean and not given away to someone else.

I've stayed at this location several times before. After driving 16 hours and arriving at 130am, i was told that i wasnt able to get a room. They claim that on my previous stay, I smoked in the room. I havent smoked in over 8 years. So now I'm tired and frustrated. And the room was non-refundable.

Upon arrival, we were sent to room 105. We wanted to check the room before accepting, and as we walked in, the lights didn't work. We went back to the front desk and he then sent us to room 125. After looking at the room, the beds seemed clean so we accepted. After checking in and going back to the room, however, we realized none of the outlets worked. As my daughter sat on the bed, it completely sunk down in the middle. We went back to the front desk, requesting a refund and left to find a different hotel. Upon walking up to the desk, another family was there, also complaining because they had just been sent to room 105 (where we had just told him the lights didn't work).My husband called him out on it and all of us left, refusing to stay. Although we were promised a refund, they still took the money out of our account this morning- just filed a dispute with the bank in hopes of getting a refund.

Friendly and fast check in. Room was clean. Hotel is in a good location with lots of food choices and shopping close. Will definitely consider staying here again.

The Super 8 Motel in Fairview Heights was a great stay for my wife and me. We had traveled to St.Louis for the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. The hotel is conveniently located near the bus routes that link with the metro rail.

Conveniently located off the highway with shopping centers and restaurants close-by. Since its a Wyndham hotel the standard and quality of the walls, curtains, etc has to level up. The manager and staff were great and very receptive and eager to help with all needs.

Beds, Linnen were good. Carpet was dirty, bathroom door in poor shape and ugly, Paint and food on door and frame. Poor and inadequate service in breakfast area. Coffe was not prepared at 8 am and we had to ask for other short supply items.

No frills. It was clean. Bed was pretty “springy” and hard. Breakfast was basically bread and cereal. The place smelled like curry.

Room was not well kept, beds were very uncomfortable, overall the hotel was unkempt. Breakfast was very limited.

We stayed here to see a Cardinal's game that night. It is a safe place in the middle of a lot of dining options and a mall that is just minutes away. The breakfast options are very limited. They consist of waffles, two types of sugary cereal, bread, bagels and a mandarin orange fruit cup. The only spreads were butter and Nutella for the bread and bagels. So we opted to make waffles with butter and syrup. There were two types of juice, coffee and tea to drink.

Staff very friendly. Room was comfortable except our AC never got cold. Set on 61 felt like 75. Breakfast area was dirty when we went down to eat at 830. Not many options. Typical continental breakfast.

The rooms were not in the best shape-broken toilet seat the shower handle was broken as well and the breakfast was absolutely terrible-just cold cereal and waffles

I think what you expect at an older Super8. Some unpleasant smells, minimal breakfast, and no recent updates. Not terrible.

We needed an inexpensive place to stay over night and this hotel served that need. You get what you pay for so if you are looking for a really nice hotel with an amazing breakfast, pay the price and stay at a Drury. The breakfast here was limited but also served our needs for this stay. The hotel was pretty clean, had soft towels and the staff was friendly and helpful. The mattresses in our room need to be replaced and some simple maintenance would help the appearance of the room we stayed in. Overall, it was “ok” but we most likely will not stay there again.
