The morning front desk lady was rude and lazy. But the lady who checked us in and worked night was very nice and helpful! Loud noise due to construction in lobby. They won’t be done with construction till October so keep that in mind when booking. No lobby area just. 1 table. Nonetheless the rooms they are done constructing , they were nice inside

The hotel is getting to be rundown, the floor had cracks in it, the hallway carpet was stained and faded.

Swimming area was damaged and rusty. The door on the apartment across from ours was broken with someone one occupying the space.

Property under construction didn’t bother me but construction supplies were taking up precious parking spaces. Night staff was no shows when I had issues. Communication issues amongst staff made asking for things a nightmare. Bright side is room was nice and exactly what I asked for.

The hallway on our floor smelled awful. Our room was open when we got to it after check in. The pool area has drywall laying on ground and all the pool towels were wet. Breakfast was not included and was not good.

Hotel is under remodel, room was aged and had broken doors, tub, and the carpet was wet in a couple spots. Hallway ceiling tiles were missing, and building had an odd odor. Breakfast was from a menu not a buffet. Thought it was wierd we had to pay for breakfast when making the reservation, now I know why. Overall it served its purpose we had a room for the night. Next tournament we have in STL we'll find a different hotel to stay at though.

No cook 1 day. Swimming pool was cold

Booked a King Suite for myself, my daughter, her fiance and my grandbaby for 2 nights. The room layout was great and the King size bed was nice (for my daughter & fiance). The biggest problem was the "pull out" sofa. The pull out had an extremely thin, dirty mattress with blood stains. I called down for bedding and received a thin little mattress pad, a bottom sheet that didn't fit and a bedspread. After 2 more tries I got another thin disgusting mattress pad and a top sheet. I luckily had 2 blankets in my car and gave up on any additional bedding. Needless to say it was not a comfortable night. The next day we had the "do not disturb" on the door until about 11am while the baby slept and then left for the day. When we returned, the room had not been cleaned. We also noticed that the elevator certificate was a year overdue and one didn't have a certificate at all. The second night my daughter's fiance took the "sofa bed" and I slept in the king with my daughter. I always thought Holiday Inn was a good place to stay -- that you could trust the quality. I would not stay here again. I still haven't figured out why they charged my credit card for $10 when I checked in for incidentals and wouldn't apply it to my breakfast charges. They said I'll be reimbursed in 3-5 days.

AC was not working well in lobby and hallways, water leaking from roof in dinning area, towels were very worn out, business center computer not working. I would not stay here again.

The property is undergoing work at this point. Although I received emails about check and my stay, they never mentioned the construction. The workers were very loud and began work on the weekend at around 7 AM

Property really run down, very strong smell of mildew. When we entered the room we killed at least 6 stink bugs, the pull out sofa was full of old food the mattress was garbage(my 14yr old asked to sleep in the car) side chairs had disturbing stains the rugs were clearly NOT vacuumed. Everything dusty, the night stand had some sort of liquid or vomit dried on the side. The shower was so filthy with mold we stood on a towel to shower, the drain cover was not attached. All of the above threw me into a asthma exacerbation. Very disappointed. Spend the extra few bucks and stay at Drury.

Property was under construction and rugs and couches had stains on them.

The room was not very clean. Looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed especially around the edges, furniture had wear and tear, walls dirty and bathroom was poorly cleaned. No attention to detail.

At least 30 bugs in our room, dirty furniture, rude staff, limited breakfast options- kitchen staff using bare hands to handle hot breakfast items. This was the worst stay I have had in years. They should have paid me to stay at this hotel.

Was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the restroom, and that the dinning times listed were not correct .

The beds were great for sleeping, the pool was warm to swim with our granddaughter, and the location was great for after a STL baseball game. The cleanliness was average at best. We found eaten chicken wings thrown behind the cabinet in the morning as we looked around to gather our luggage. We informed the cleaning crew and the front desk but they did not seem too concerned.

Our first night somebody was either listening to or practicing their sermon until after 11pm. The bathroom was dirty and there seemed to be something that may have been feces on the floor in the room. The housekeeping service didn’t come the second day we were there even though we were out of the room by 10am. Not my favorite place to stay and probably wouldn’t stay again. Two nights were enough for me.

Our room was roomy but extremely cold when we got there. Figured out the heater by putting the fan on continuously otherwise it did not work. Second night extremely loud upstairs neighbors. Called front desk twice which they said they would take care of it but also hung up on me before I was done. Noise finally stopped shortly after midnight. No hot water in bathroom shower at all. Had to wash up with sink and washcloth since that was the only hot water we could get. Will not stay there again.

Decent but no free breakfast, shower/shower head was just awful (curtain leaked, almost non-existent water pressure) and there is a spotlight from the lot next door that is blinding at night. Good location, easy parking and a huge flatscreen tv on the plus-side

No reason for that, then in the middle of the shower in the morning the water stopped. Completely stopped no water at all in the shower. Had to get the soap off with a wash cloth in the sink. When I told the front desk they were apoplectic but said since we booked through hotels.com there was nothing they could do to help

I had to make another reservation with her to be able to stay . Rooms were small and not able to move around . It had 2 tables in it against the wall . Heat wouldn’t work right , the room would get hot and not turn off unless I did it manually. Breakfast was horrid , we didn’t even eat it (see attached picture ) it was supposed to be a ham and cheese omelette . The server was in sweat pants and snow boots . Our friends came down to eat at 7:15 they told them no food for another 20 minutes because nothing was ready to go

We had the suite on 206. The room was super clean and spacious. Plenty of seating. There are 2 chairs with a chase to go with it and a nice couch, 2 tvs, one in each room, a microwave, coffee machine, and a fridge. It is very accommodating and also includes other important features like a work desk and chair. The bathroom is also nice. Plenty of space and have accessible bars in the bathtub/ room to assist. The staff was extremely cordial and informed us of everything from breakfest, to complimentary water, where the recreational facilities are, and the dinning area. Staff also checked in on us to make sure we were happy with our room, a real nice touch. We will be staying here again without a doubt. Thanks :)

Beds were hard as a rock.

Front desk staff friendly especially lady who was there in the morning around 620am. Room was dated, furniture nicked up. Hook on the bathroom door was torn off. Microwave did not work. One of the lamps did not work. The plug in clock did not work. The bathroom had short black wirery hair all over the place, made me think it was coming out of the vent. Toilet clogged once. They need to use a vacuum crevice tool around the room, lots of debris along the crevices in carpet and bed frame. Window curtain was stained. I was asked if i wanted to move rooms and didnt bother because i assume the same people clean and check all the rooms so if 1 room is like that they probably all are. I just blew the hair out of the way and dealth with the other issues. I tried to attach photos but was unable through the app.

It is an older hotel & they recently repainted the exterior of the hotel, & breakfast is not included with your stay; so I'd reccomend bringing your own food unless you don't mind the $13/person dining fee for breakfast & lunch & dinner are served on weekends. This hotel is also within walking distance to the Circle K gas station, Lottawatta Creek restaraunt, TGI Fridays, & the St. Clair Antique Mall & is within a very short driving distance to St. Clair Square Mall. Overall reccomend!

We had a fantastic stay. Very welcoming and clean environment. Staff was extremely helpful and very nice.

Easy check in. Great restaurant lottawata next door.

It's close to Metrolink station. Right behind Lotawata Creek restaurant.

We elected to stay here before venturing into St. Louis to the Gateway Arch NP. Good location (20 mins out) with a gas station and a couple of food options close buy. Rooms were a little dated but overall no real complaints.

The hotel could use some minor remodeling. The staff was very friendly especially the bartender, Roosevelt. I wish they included free breakfast. The location was very good. It is close to everything.

very nice staff, great rooms very up to date and comfortable, outside felt secure and safe, the pasta is not worth the money at all but the rest of the food was good and i enjoyed the dining atmosphere, breakfast was a buffet style thing, which it usually isn’t but it was for that morning, and i felt indifferent about that but the food was good. great place, i’d definitely stay here again for sure
