Disappointing Stay – Major Cleanliness Issues Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. To start, the pool was out of service, which we were not informed about ahead of time. When we entered the room, cleanliness was a major concern. There were noticeable stains on the floor near the refrigerator that looked like food—or possibly something worse—which was very unsettling. The bedsheets also had visible stains on them, and I have photos documenting both the sheets and the carpet. The entire room appeared as if it had not been properly cleaned or dusted in quite some time. Surfaces were dusty, and the bathroom had watermarks and other marks all over the walls, making it feel poorly maintained overall. This was far below the standard we expected, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves their cleaning practices moving forward.

Was nice clean hotel with professional staff. Only problem I had was dresser drawers wouldn’t stay shut kept opening & nothing was in them

Pool was closed by the health dept and that was disappointing and there was no towels or bedding for the pull out we had to go get both from the desk
