The Westin Chicago Northwest

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The room was super clean, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The overall atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and the temperature was just right. The cleaning staff replaced towels and wash cloths daily and emptied trash cans. The Market Place was convenient for a quick grab and go breakfast. As a senior, we would have been more comfortable getting in and out of the bath tub if grab bars were in the tub area. Not that we needed them, but we did not see a reference to the location of vending machines or ice on the room brochure or any signs about those services. There were quite a few events going on during our stay. My sister and I were amazed at how quickly you set up and cleaned before the next event. The table settings looked very elegant. There were also a number of families there for sporting events in the area. Although a little more supervision by adults in the parties would have been nice, overall the kids were very respectful and usually all was quiet by 11 PM. We also were able to enjoy the walks around the lakes. The hotel was recommended by family members who stay here regularly when hotel accommodations are needed. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing staff and facility.

Bedding was in poor condition, ordered room service and the food and coffee were beyond subpar—I wound up leaving it. The property needs a much overdue upgrade. Old, worn carpets. Stains on walls. The staff, however, was very friendly and helpful.
