The one and only ice machine did not work and the Hot Tub that they picture on the internet has not worked for 2 years they said. The hot breakfast that they had signs about was a piece of bread to toast and fruit. The fruit was good

The whirlpool bathtub didn’t work and the hot tub was down for maintenance.

Average for the type of hotel. Clean room, pool was decent. Spa out of order.

Parking lot asphalt broken and absent in big section of parking lot. Ceiling over shower had very apparent water damage that looked awful. Breakfast selection left much to be desired. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

There was never anyone at front desk except Friday night, so you always had to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to show up. I asked about this and they said they were short staffed. The hot tub was broken and pool water cold, they said it was because it was cold outside. Overall you get what you pay for.

After a long day of driving it was frustrating to arrive to a hotel without a working elevator. They tried to say it had just stopped working but in reading reviews it had been out of service for some time. The hot tub was also cemented over. Cleanliness and scents in the hallways left much to be desired. Thankfully, the bed was very comfortable and a decent night of sleep was appreciated outside of the bait and switch of the amenities.

Staff was nice. Facility in poor condition and needs a major upgrade. Ice maker produced dirty ice. The hot tub was closed (told by a staff member it has been closed for months. Had we known we would have booked elsewhere). Upon arriving in our room the shower curtain rod was barely attached. The tub has cigarette burns on it. The electric kept tripping the breaker. Multiple trips to the front desk have them reset the breaker. Room was barely cleaned. We will not be back.

AC is noisy and doesn't cool . It's just air. Elevator is broken , I don't see any initiative to fix that.

I’ll start with the good. The room, bathroom, and linen were clean. The breakfast was suitable. Choices were toast, waffles, 2 types of cereal, oatmeal packages, yogurt, fruit, 2 juices, tea and coffee. Check in/out was easy and painless. We encountered 2 friendly and helpful staff, the rest not so much. It is centrally located to many things. Tons of parking. The not good. Hot tub is closed permanently. Didn’t even have water. The pool was closed and there was no notification that it was closed until we saw the sign. Nothing posted on their website or on orbitz. Don’t claim to have an indoor pool if it isn’t available for use. I looked back through reviews and it seems to have been closed for some time now. There is no where to sit in the room or lobby to eat. We traveled with 2 adults and 2 children in one room. They closed the breakfast area after breakfast and lock the doors. We had to beg to allow us in to eat so we wouldn’t have to eat in our room on the beds. The first person refused. Luckily a nice front desk worker came on shift as our food got there and allowed us to eat there. The heater stopped working our last morning there and we woke up to a freezing room. Since it was our last hours there we didn’t bother asking to swap rooms. Instead we checked out and left early. They refused to give us a copy of our deposit receipt that they make you put down and sign for. The room/hotel is not worth the little money you save booking there.

This hotel was awful. There was a film over the pool, the hot tub didn’t work. It was dirty and there was mold in the bathroom.

Where to begin--first off, the lady working the front desk seemed friendly enough, but she didn't seem to 100% know how to do things. For example, she said my card was declined but than it suddenly wasn't? That was odd. The lobby was nice enough--but COVID signs were still displayed. And, the elevator was out of order which would have been horribly inconvenient for anyone handicapped--a fact she didn't mention to guests until they were unloading their luggage and hauling it upstairs. Then, the room itself was dirty--there was feces in the toilet, the tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile, the room smelled like mildew, the comforter had spots on it, and there were gnats in the room. The bathroom was also super tiny. The soda vending machine took my money but didn't dispense, and the lady at the desk said "Oh well. We can't do anything." She just really didn't seem to care about customer service. The check out am lady also really didn't seem to care about her job or the customers. And the bed--let me tell you....it was easily the most uncomfortable bed ever--a weird, hard lump down the middle with metal bars on either side that you hit with your legs getting in and out of bed. And the bed itself was as hard as a 2x4 and super squeeky. The entire thing was disappointing and highly unsatisfying.

The room was just ok. It could have been a little cleaner. The shower curtain was filthy, the toilet seat needs to be replaced, the mirrors were smeared and it was a bit dusty in places. The beds were a tad uncomfortable.

Building is run down, room had dust, breakfast has not meat or eggs and closed before the scheduled time.

If meeting the bare minimum is important to you, stay somewhere else. The cleanliness is well below minimum standards. No shampoo in bottle, tons of hairs all over the bathroom, black mold in shower.

Saw a roach on property, moldy shower.

Bed had bed bugs and bed bugs eggs. I have pictures which I shared with someone from hotels.com. I requested a full refund because I left hotel that night to slept in my car and booked a different hotel. there was no way I was staying in this hotel. I am on a business trip traveling all over the US, all I want is a clean hotel and rest. front counter was horrible, and Manager never called me back. I kept getting excuses the whole time I ask to speak to a manager. I even ask what time he comes in the next day, and front counter person said he was in a meeting and doesn't know when he is going to call.

My experience was not good. The room was full of bad smell. They even did not spray air freshener in the room. Carpet was bad. Smoke/weed smell in the corridor.

Great hotel for the price. I’ve stayed here multiple times for work. Front desk is helpful and friendly. Always clean and comfortable. Good selection of food and stores within walking distance as well.

A/C was off when I got in the room. It’s 92 degrees out so took a long time to even get comfortable. I work outside all day so not the temp I wanted to feel for the first 3-4 hrs of checking in. Went to put drinks in fridge and fridge was not working.

Room was old and not well kept. The toilet was extremely low and traveling with a person who is 90 years of age with arthritic knees, made it difficult to get on and off the toilet. We were on the second floor and the elevator was not working the entire time Which caused us to have to walk up two flights of stairs daily, and as we were vacating to carry luggage down two flights of stairs. There was a sofa sleeper in the room that was so tattered, dirty, and unkept with a damaged mattress that it was never used because of the appearance. Based on how things were, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Hot tub was down in pool area and jacuzzi in room was very loud and jets were not very strong, but water stayed very warm. Very quiet place and clean convenient location as well.

Heater in first room was so loud it sounded like someone was banging on a garbage can with a hammer. I did switch rooms the next day. The second room did not have a security lick. I didn't feel like switching for a second time so i bought a door stop at the Walmart across the street. Beds are really, really hard. I can say that the staff was very nice and there is a Starbucks adjacent to the parking lot

I asked for a room upstairs but was put in a room on the ground level near the reception. There was a lot of noise late at night from the parking lot and reception area.

The wifi was unsecured and any connection we were able to get was almost immediately dropped.

Staff was great or at least civil, the hotel room and general hotel equipment could use an update from corporate. Amenities werent always functional or there lacked diversity in options. Ac units were struggling with heat. I found rust in the shower head and the blankets were iffy at best. The local channels were lacking. You only get about an hour n half to two hours before having to resign-in wifi. Staff did their best. Corporate should help them out.

I was very pissed with service when we got there. Her name is Nidi and did not even get the room i booked nor accomendated us. Would not give receipt to us that night already paid. The roikm was hot and smelled. Looked like door has been kicked in before and not very secure with locks missing on it. Did not feel safe not nice to either me or husband three times we tried talking to her. I know it is probably not posdible but to look ar getting a partial refund. We were supposed to stay two nights. We left that next morning and found another place to stay the second night. So upset especially after working all day and driving 4 hours and were there in OFallon for a major family event. Plan on writing this week their coorporate office about it is as well. Hope you take this to heart and i ha0ve been a membef with you guys for a lo g time. Thanks Shannon Galloway

The room was very clean and the front desk lady was so nice but it did take a long time for her to come to the front desk for us to check in. It seemed like no one else was working the whole time we stayed so definitely not her fault and she was wonderful!! The breakfast wasn’t great but we were just happy to have a nice clean room to stay in

It was the worst experience I have ever had. Before I even get to the hotel to check in they say I gave them a positive survey. Lairs I had not even got there yet. Check in 3pm arrive at 5:30 room still not ready, elevator broken, front desk was not helpful she was rather rude,

Issues from check in. Girl at the desk took my ID to check me in and charged my credit card. The amount didn't sound right, but I didn't check right then. She then told me I needed to confirm what was on the screen facing me. None of the information was correct except my address which, I'm sure she put in from my ID. I told her it was all incorrect and she said she couldn't change it. I told her I was not confirming it. She then sighed, took back my ID and changed the information. She said she was unable to change the email address and I'd have to contact their rewards program to change that. Once in my room, I checked what I was supposed to be charged and realized it was wrong. I was unable to speak to anyone at the hotel about it, so I contacted hotels.com via chat. At the end of the chat, the rep stated he was going to speak to a manager on Monday. I haven't heard anything else and the charge went through for ghe wrong amount. Room was ok, water pressure in the shower was lacking, typical hotel breakfast often out of things.

I have stayed at this Quality Inn several times in the last year. Good stay for the price. Nothing fancy but it appears to be clean and improving with time. The location is great with plenty of dining and shopping choices. Less than 20 minutes from downtown St. Lou. Right off Highway 64. Plan on using it again in October.

We have been to this hotel a few times now. It’s convenient and close to the interstate. Decent area and easy to find a variety of restaurants to suit anyone’s tastes.

Comfortable bed, soft towels, and overall clean. The shower and toilet made some weird noises and the breakfast was limited. The area was convenient, and felt safe.

Hotel is okay but needs some makeup. Bed. was comfy breakfast normal. Good distance to St. Louis.

I have stayed here several times over the past 2 years and like it. My room is clean and the location vey convenient at a reasonable price.

Area was close to food and shopping. Conveniently close to highway. Quiet and comfortsble. Breakfast wasn't anything to rave about, but other than that. OK.

The area is wonderful and things are in walking distance.

If you're looking for a great hotel to spend a few nights on for business this is a perfect place. In the middle of O'Fallon and close to the interstate.

Stayed at this hotel while in the St. Louis area for an Indycar race and I was not disappointed. It was conveniently priced and in a safe area compared to other towns east of St. Louis. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a cheaper option if you are in the area.

We had a good 1 night stay here. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. All good. The only feedback, is the breakfast was not good at all. There was no fruit and very limited healthy options

Indoor pool cold! Breakfast is as extremely minimal and same thing daily!! No protein. Room small and hard to move around.

The staff upon registering was helpful and showed a genuine interest in me. The room was really clean and fresh. I slept well. The breakfast had oatmeal and self serve waffles, but no eggs. Can't expect that at this price point. I plan on staying again when in the area. A good value.

The building in general seemed a little run-down and dirty. The handle for the tub came off in our hand (although it easily went back on.) Half the water ran out of the spigot, so it didn't all get to the showerhead, which also sprayed erratically. The breakfast was okay. I would consider it a continental breakfast, although it did have a waffle maker.

The room was nice. The deposit was high and unexpected. The jacuzzi was not working. The breakfast had bread and waffles, no eggs or meat of any kind. They did have yogurt and packs of oatmeal. So advertising as having breakfast was misleading.

Breakfast was a joke.... You think Americans only eat carbs and sugar? There were no protein choices other than yogurt. The only fruit was apple and nothing to put on the oatmeal. This is not a healthy breakfast but a heart attack waiting to happen. Also I did not provide other ratings so I am not sure who was submitting responses under my name. The property was not bad for the money. But it was not good either. Service was great though!

Good value for a fast overnight stay while traveling. Breakfast was very limited. They need more selections. Maybe muffins and bagels. Juice dispenser was broke. Coffee was acceptable
