Nice but no pool and no service for rooms

The check-in server was more than great above and beyond to help me get a remote a working TV and pillows in my room that were in there when I checked in nor was the elevator working or ice machine it looked like someone's been shot in my room blood all over the wall so unsafe unsecure and like I was going to get begged bugs

I liked the fact that there is a full size fridge & mini kitchen BUT that's it! No coffee machine, no soap or shampoo, no dishes or utensils. Floors are sticky like never been mopped. Elevator broke and stairs stunk like dog poo. I was charged $100 non refundable deposit for having a dog instead of $75 as it states on the website and told me website info needs to be updated. Unbelievable!! I couldn't go somewhere else so I stayed but never ever coming here again and it was the worst experience I had.

This is just a run of the mill extended stay. Internet was terrible. room was 20 years old except the tv. the pics on the website don't match the room. oh and the elevator was broken (put us on the third floor anyway).

The staff were not great. The hotel smelled like dog. No carpets in rooms like the picture displayed. The whole room looked like it was thrown together. Side doors didnt work. Pool closed. Good location.

Got put into a different room than I booked! Air/heat wasn’t controllable! Buttons don’t allow for changing mode or temp ! Tv is broken at top. One burner on stove did not work apon arrival, they did fix that. Still have failed to fix or replace unit for temp in room, although I was told they would switch it out! Window screen ripped. No pool as advertised, or breakfast. Fitness room literally has maybe 3 machines and a weight bench . Slide lock was missing on door so kind of unsafe! However it is the cheapest place in ofallon so I guess you get what you pay for !!

We arrived at the hotel at 5:45 pm we waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. We called the hotel and the phone just rang and rang. When someone finally came to the front desk we were told our room was not clean, Bur if we wanted to leave our things in the room and go get dinner they would call when it was clean. We turned to get on the elevator and were told it did not work. We got to the room and there was no light in the bathroom or over the kitchen sink and next to the beds. The bulbs were there they did not work. We left the room and went to the parking lot which was not well lit. We decided we could not stay at the hotel. There were spider webs in room with bugs and spiders in it. We went back to the room to get our things and told the worker we had to leave. She said she would refund out money but has not done so yet. THIS was the worst place I have ever seen. It was not clean in the lobby and the rugs in the stair wells had not been cleaned in weeks. There were crumbs and trash everywhere. We did not take pictures because my 16 year old granddaughter was crying so hard she was scared to be in the building. I DO NOT recommend.

The place is a mess. I had to clean my own room and bathroom. The TV didn't work, I had to get clean sheets and spread. The place is the worst I've ever stayed.

When we arrived for check in the lady was friendly but was trying to do too many things at once, so check in took a little longer. Went to our room and found ants on one side of the room and crawling on the bed. No phones in room so you had to go back downstairs to tell them about the ants. She apologized and said they have been a problem and would get someone up there to take care of them. This was about 8:30 pm. I understand ants are a problem when it’s hot and I wasn’t trying to complain but there were so many rules given at check in it was ridiculous. Finally at about 11:30 pm there was a knock on our door and it was the front desk lady to come and spray for the ants. She apologized for it being so late but had to wait for her replacement to get there. She then asked us the next morning about the ants and they were gone until the following day. Never seen housekeeping or anybody else for that matter to take care of anything. I’m just glad when I travel, I carry extra towels and toilet paper with me.

When we got to our hotel room there were ants all over the walls and in the closet, the floors were sticky, and dirty. The room looked like it hadn’t been clean in a while. The room also looked like it was falling apart and all the holes in the wall.

I called the week before our stay to confirm check in time because my daughter had dance competition and we were on a tight schedule. I was told 3 pm is check in. We got there at 3:30 and was told the room wasn't clean and it would be 30 minutes. The smell of smoke was overpowering. Then they told us at 4:10 that it would be another 30 minutes. I had to try to get her ready in the car and just try to make the best of it. I decided to take my girlie in to get into costume in the general bathroom in order to be on time to competition. When we went into the bathroom there was no toilet paper, but the empty roll was set on the floor. The toilet was full of pee with half a roll of toilet paper in the bowl. Urine was all over the seat and poop smeared on the wall. There was what looked (identical) to pubic hair all over the floor and toilet seat. There was no soap to even wash your hands. We turned and walked out. They of course said it was to late to get a refund, even though i still didnt have a room available. Not only was I out the money, I had to then find another hotel. Worst experience I've had. Don't waste your money! And please spare me the generic response you post to every review both good and bad.

Nothing is in the rooms I had ask for a remote and wait a whole day to receive one. Nothing works or is missing a vital part in the rooms my toilet would not flush and was poorly sealed to the ground so it rocked and emitted an awful smell. Cabinets were missing, not pictures just nails, it smelled like dog everywhere, the door latch to lock the door was literally sawn in half so it was useless, the entryway smells like musty men and ages old dog piss this place is terrible the staff loiters in the parking lot standing in parking spaces where ppl could potentially park. I will not be coming back and I don’t recommend.

The toilet didn’t work, as well as not being allowed to use the restrooms downstairs in the lobby. No manager to talk to, over my 4 days here and even after telling the front desk multiple times not once did I see a maintenance man, or anyone cleaning. This place is filthy

Upon arrival, the smell of stale smoke, Marijuana, and mold was overwhelming. The entire place had an air of disrepair and neglect. In the room, there were mysterious rusty red splatters on the ceiling and a THICK layer of dust on all the lamps. One lamp didnt have a shade. The shower head belonged in a prison, and the bed was worse than an old convertible couch bed. Good: The linens were very clean and so was the bathroom. There were no sign of rodents or bugs. The front desk staff was polite.

Just no, hard pass. Look elsewhere. If your car isn’t comfortable, and it’s too cold or too hot to bum it outside for a few…maybe this is the place. But NO, probably not even then. Hard pass. Just say NO..because the people here do not. Decorative artwork on the wall, rusty toilet paper holder. No table. Two crunchy worn hand towels is all you get. Groups outside smoking and drinking and scoping out who’s going and coming, and what they might be moving with them. YEP Microwave, TUH. Lamp light at bed. TUH. Bugs, weird smells, drugs, PLENTIFUL. Think people of Walmart meets hotelier.

Only issue was the room was in the process of updating after last long person stayed. Other than that everything was good.

Only issues were one missing drawer in room and not good internet service.

We paid for two queen size bed and we only got one and we got that room that smells so bad and the lady up front she was really and professional checking us in

First of all, we had to acknowledge at check-in that there would be no refunds (even before we saw the room). The suite was only equipped with towels, a single bar of soap, 1 roll of toilet paper, sheets and blanket on the beds. One of the stove burners was not in place, but it did not matter since there were no pots/pans, dishes or utensils. The toilet would not hold water in the tank, the internet was not working. There were children\'s stickers on the closet door and room mirror. Hardware for pictures were on the walls without pictures. Light fixtures did not have covers, only bulbs. In the morning, a tenant burned bacon in a room near us and set off the smoke alarm. We had booked for 3 nights and left after the first night. This "hotel" appeared to be a combination of short-term rooms and low-income housing. Not the ideal place for a vacation stay.

No carpet so it is easily cleaned. Nice place to stay long term

I had to move light bulbs around because several were burned out. The floor wasn't clean. Only one burner on the range worked, the small one. The TV was leaned against the wall with its feet in the dresser draw. The internet was not good, and I had to leave the room and go somewhere else to complete my work. I would stay someplace else next time.

They were not going to check me in cause it was after 11 but no where stated that. Then the room key was the wrong room. Tv did not work after I eventually got in the room.

I had a flat tire and arrived later than planned, the office was closed and when I went the next day they told me that I couldn't get my room after I paid for 7. Don't recommend this place!! They are also very rude 😒
