Very nice welcome & great customer service. Downside was Air Con was 2 foot from the bed, noisy & caused sore heads. Place needs serious refresh. Breakfast was sub par, until fresh items were put out. Seems it is like 2 people running the whole place. Road into it is in serious need of repair. Pool was freezing cold, bottom of pool needs redoing & pool furniture needs refreshing & repairing. Great location. Just needs some money spent on it. Rooms are so dark & water marks on ceiling.

There for a AAU tournament with 3 kids and pool was closed and breakfast was not good at all and that was the only reason we chose this hotel is for hot breakfast and pool. Overall hotel was kept up well

was very outdated, carpets needed replaced or at least cleaned, water standing in bath tub, pool and pool area is very small and cold, tile in elevator chipped. Just not very pleasant experience.

Clean bedding and towels. Pool was closed. Breakfast was not impressive. Hallways smelled of smoke. Facility could use some maintenance.

The smoke alarm is hanging from our ceiling. The toilet handle is broke. The lid has to be taken off to finish flushing. Most of the gym equipment is broke. The toaster is broke at breakfast. There is no ice machine and says to ask the desk for some but they said they are out. Very dissatisfied with our stay.

Room was dirty. Pool area had no towels and pool chairs were in dispair.

Staff were very nice. The property does need to be maintained better however. Floors looked dirty no matter what time of day. The exercise was lame - no treadmill which seems like a basis piece of equipment. Also no sanitizer to wipe down equipment after being used.

DO NOT STAY HERE! There were 30 to 40 mattresses in a bare parking lot when I showed up to check in. Pretty sure they have BED BUGS and LIED and said they are renovating. Would not recommend ANYONE stay in that place. The room they tried to give us smelled like someone had been CHAIN SMOKING in there for years. The walls were yellow. Sheets were wrinkled and looked like they were used. I was in such shock that they even tried to rent this room I didn’t snap a pic I went straight downstairs to demand my money back, which they said no to and hotels.com was able to retrieve it thank god! Absolutely DISGUSTING and refused to host my 8 year olds party in FILTH like that. Place should be closed and stay that way! Pool was brown and the water was oily. Walls all banged up and dirty in the main lobby and hallways. The Hampton next door saved us from this MONSTROSITY of a situation. We are locals and we love our city! Believe me when I say there are plenty of nice hotels in the area and this is on a good side of town so we never imagined that would be the state of things.

I checked in as a Friday getaway with my partner. We booked a king suite for the jetted tub. Upon entry we utilized the dolly in the foyer to get our items to the room- the carpet on the bottom of it was stained severly. Upon wntering the room I noticed an undeniable slanting in the floor, particularly around the jetted tub (we later noticed that room 213- our room- was directly above the pool, and that the ceiling in the pool area had a massive area of patchwork added to it. There was hair in the carpet, grime in the shower and jacuzzi tub, mold in the mini fridge, spider webs in the corners of the room, dirty hand prints all overthr headboard of the bed. My partner asked the front desk to please reclean the room because it clearly wasnt touched besides the bed made- they blamed it on low staffing and said they would be up to assist. 7 hours later they came in for a quick sweep- still leaving food, spider webs, hand prints, etc. We then spent the entire next day cleaning the room ourselves as it was difficult to sleep in a dirty room. We bought $40 in chemicals and supplies to clean when the front desk refused to assist any further. We had to utilizethe vacuum from the closet that was left open to clean the room. We paid $567.97 for 3 nights for a getaway but spent the majority of that time cleaning. There was catlitter that remained on the south end stairwell the entire time. Spider webs over doorways. Exterior landscaping caused 3 people to fall, that I witnessed.

To say the room was dirty is an understatement. We had checked in and left our bags in the room and headed out because we had a concert to get to. We were not happy with what we saw, but decided to deal with it when we got back. While on the way back to the hotel, we decided that we were not going to stay the night in a place willing to offer us a room looking the way it did. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Mold in the shower. The entry way floor was covered in something sticky and you could see it, and our shoes stuck to it when we walked on it. On the way to the front you could clearly smell someone was smoking weed, and the hallway carpet was stained. The man at the front desk did offer to give us another room, but after seeing what we saw, we had seen enough. I asked if I could just have my money back, and he would not give me a refund. We still checked out and left because we were grossed out. There were a ton of people loitering in the parking lot, which I found very weird. The outer side entry doors also do not lock, so anyone could come and go from the side entry doors as they pleased, which is not great. I would not recommend this place.

The room was filthy. Got a room with a king bed and a pull out for the purpose of someone sleeping on the pull out. It was so dirty with a big yellow stain on the mattress and dog hair all over it along with no sheets or pillows for it. Food all under the pull out. Dog food on the floor with ants all over it, we even brought ants home with us! Had to go buy all new bedding and pillows for the bed because there was just dog hair everywhere and bought towels to be on the safe side. Would have left but most other hotels were booked and by the looks of the other reviews on this hotel it wouldn’t have helped to switch rooms. I left a review on their site Friday afternoon which they must have seen because then someone from the hotel decided 11:45pm was a good time to call to discuss it. Really?! Will never stay here again and wouldn’t suggest anyone stay here either. I have pictures but don’t see a way to attach them to this review.

The room was filthy. Sheets were dingy and smelled musty. I had to lay down my own blanket to sleep on to mask the smell. There is stains all over the walls. Paint missing above the headboard. Carpet had not been swept in who knows how long. I seriously wanted to leave, but couldn't keep driving for the night.

The room was not fully cleaned. On the floor in plane site a peanut and a hook from clothing bought at a store. Under the bed was items. The room had a sleeper sofa but was able to be used because of how dirty it was under the coushen. The carpet has not been shampooed in a long thime. I stayed four nights and only one did I hear them vacuum the hall. Also only once did I smell disinfective cleaner. The desk clerk was hard to understand due to a heavy accent. Last thing I had made an error in my reservation which they corrected. I was told I wouldn't have to go to the front desk to check out and check in for the next reservation. The manager who helped to finx that issue knocked on the door on Wednesday to see if we were checking out when we didn't need to until day. But the worst part the manager didn't wait for my wife to get to the door before using his pass and walking in on us. I ended up calling the corporate office and complained. Because of all this I will never stay at this hotel again. Not sure I will at other locations. And if I could I would give zero or less stars.

This property has bed bugs.

There was hair in the shower, it didn’t appear to be clean at all. There was hair in my ice bucket and ants crawling on the table. The floors weren’t swept and the room smelled musty like it had been wet and dried a the bathroom smelled the same.

As soon as we open the door to our room, there was water all over the floor from the mini fridge that continued to leak our entire stay. there was mold on the bathtub and the showerhead and along the wall next to the sink area in the bathroom. not clean whatsoever and smelled.

Hot weather, arrived late. Room was an oven. Took over 2 hours before it was cool enough to sleep.

Jetted tub room was so relaxing. Very comfortable bed as well. Slept like a baby!!

The heater rattled all night long, the toliet ran all night long. The rooms are connected and you can hear EVERYTHING through it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Beds were hard as a rock. Besides that the room was good.

Parking lot lights shown in our room all night. The room curtains were not movable. The opaque curtains only covered half of the windows.

Checking in was very easy, the room was nice. My friend tried to turn the TV on and couldn't get a station on the TV. It kept saying no signal. We had an event we were going to so I unplugged the TV while we were gone and then plugged it back in when we got back and it was fine. The shower in the bathroom is large and nice! The lighting in the bathroom can be a little bit better but it was all good. There was a microwave and a frigerator. There was a fold-out couch and a king size bed. Couple of things that stuck out to me, the ice machine is on the second floor and there is no signs around that say anything about where the ice machine is. I was on 3rd floor looking for it and then had to finally ask someone on the first floor. Breakfast in the morning, well if you like biscuits and gravy you will get biscuits and soup gravy. It was very watered down. Otherwise the breakfast wasn't too bad. You had choice of cereal waffles biscuit soup gravy and tater tots, yogurt, toast, muffins, juices and milk.

This is the first time I've been to this hotel. The only reason I picked it was because it had a room with a jacuzzi and I needed to relax. The jacuzzis amazing, if you're looking for a good night sleep the beds really nice. The rooms dated. The bathroom, well it's a bathroom. Like all other hotels that I've been to in Indiana, no matter the price the TV is dated, the downside is this one's about the most dated I've scene in a long time. It's not a smart TV. There's no TV guide telling you what channels you get. It doesn't remember your last choice. The road to the hotel needs to be repaved. Will I stay here again, most definitely. I can't say anything about the free breakfast yet I haven't tried it yet.

Room was quiet bed comfortable and shower hot and refreshing.

It was hot day and I got to the room. AC was off and the room was boiling hot. I turned on the AC and waited in that over for 3 hours until AC started to cool the room. The room is larger than AC capacity. Building is old.

I spent 130 on a hotel and couldn’t even stay. Worker told me to leave

Had issues checking in. Then charged a 100 dollar deposit i knew nothing about. The air conditioner is leaking and carpet is soaked. When i told them they were gonna come look at it but never did. Dripped all night

Only 1 person at the front desk and it was very busy. RV parking is advertised but not marked in any way so it's confusing. Only 1 cart to haul your stuff. Breakfast was ok but nobody was working it! Nobody restocking or cleaning.

I did not like check in clerk saying the room number out loud. I had to stop her twice from giving out this info. As a safety precaution, that should never be said out loud . There were other people within hearing distance . You can never be too careful!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! In our years of travel we have never stayed at a place quite like this, the room was covered in ants, the pull out sofa was absolutely disgusting, there was a police raid in one of the rooms. We asked for a refund and they tried to put us into a room right next door to where the raid happened with wood chunks all over the floor still, the manager was very combative and refused to give us a refund even after all of this and why we explained our reasoning behind wanting to leave. They still charged us for all 3 nights even though we checked our immediately and went to the Holiday Inn, we are currently disputing the charge with our cc company. Travelers beware, this place is the absolute worst! Im not sure how they have the rating they do but its false.

We had to switch rooms in the middle of the night upon finding our heat wasn’t working. I apparently left something in the first room - we saw housekeeping knocking on that door and let them know we had switched rooms, but if they found that missing item, they must’ve just thrown it away, as no one bothered to ask me. I had a couple of packages delivered to the hotel while we were there. Let them know at check-in that we were expecting packages. They never let us know when one arrived. We had to keep checking at the front desk. That seems like an area of improvement. Why put a phone in our room if you can’t even call to let us know we had something to pick up from the front desk? It was fine overall… An affordable place to stay for several days while visiting a new grandchild. The complimentary breakfast was sad, at best. Think chewy sausage and stale cereal… We probably won’t stay at this one again, although the night manager was very nice and helpful during our stay.

The staff we worked with when we first arrived too early to check in and when we checked out were not the friendliest. They acted as if we were bothering them. The lady who checked us in was pretty nice though.

It was horrible. Because I work nights, I requested to extend my stay from a checkout of 11am, to 3pm. It cost me $50, but that was okay. But they knocked on my door twice, at 9am, and again at 11:30am, waking me up. As a result, I got very little sleep. I asked to speak with management, but was told they wouldn’t arrive until 4pm. I called back after that time, and still was not allowed to speak with management. I can live with a $50 loss, but will never do business with these people again.

Somewhat industrial setting. Nothing bad but not particularly attractive.

It is a very nice place to stay and is very easy to get on and off of the highway.

This property was quite run down. Needs updated! Shower/tub would not drain - asked for housekeeping but never came. It is convenient to the hwy, and hospitals- but be prepared to hear sirens a lot during the night. Breakfast was decent - only saving Grace!

Check in was good. The room was nice with a desk and couch. Everything worked fine except the toilet was loose from the floor and didnt flush properly. Ive stayed at this hotel 1 night in August for the last 5 years and I will stay again next year. Very convenient.

Pictures were a bit deceiving. I stayed 3 nights. People were friendly. Parking lot was a mess. Garbage everywhere outside. It’s in a good location.

We always enjoy staying at this Comfort Inn. The location is convenient to one of our favorite restaurants and we are just a short drive from the main shopping and attractions downtown.

My stay was pleasant and comfortable. The staff, including the cleaning staff and maintenance, were friendly and helpful. It was good too that they offered free breakfast - which was a wide variety of items including oatmeal, eggs, sausage, bagels, waffles, coffee and tea. I was quite impressed and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast was miserable, I was embarrassed for them. Pre-cooked Egg pucks, soggy potato tots, shriveled sausage, the cereal containers had inches of old crumbs in it, the coffee disgusting from a pre-made machine. Only 1 ice machine on 2nd floor, all water fountains on 1st floor, very inconvenient when you’re on the 3rd floor, really run down. Would not recommend nor will not return.

Reception was very friendly. Room was neat. Bed and jacuzzi were great. Had to shoulder the room door to open it. Breakfast was dreadful.

Warm welcome at reception. Clean, comfortable room. Good night of sleep. FULL breakfast with options for everyone; CLEAN and inviting breakfast room; foods refilled frequently; pleasant staff checked on each guest. Checkout was easy with pleasant staff. Will stay here again!

Staff and service were great, everything was clean, breakfast was good and well stocked. Hotel was easy to find and easily accessible from the highway. Lots of dining options around. Only downside is the furniture could use some updating in the rooms but it did not affect the quality of our stay.
