It was under construction and it was messy and dirty all around the motel

It was clean, but it needs help. The king size bed was uncomfortable and noisy. The pillows were hard. There was only 1 stand, on 1 side of the bed, 1 light besides the bathroom light. Couldn't have next to bed, couldn't find an outlet to plug in. No working ice machine near the room.

The comforter was very thin. No face towels. Ice machine broken. The snow was not shoveled. I fell getting in my ride on my way to work. No salt to be found anywhere on the side.

The first room smelled paint and humidity. I’ve asked to be change. The second room they gave me was already occupied with a giant dog who wasn’t happy to see me in. The third one was finally a decent one for the price. But. Not hot water in the shower. No pressure either. The room was clean but still look dirty. Construction in the building so tools noise till late at night. Never gonna stop there again. Much better option around Fort Wayne.

First, the hotel name is not what was listed on Expedia, so it was confusing and seemed a little sketchy. They are doing a BUNCH of remodeling, which is fine...just be aware some areas are dirty and you will be walking through construction messes. It's obviously an old building and they are making a lovely effort to revitalized, but I'm super sensitive to scents, so I couldn't stay in the first room they gave me. It was newly renovated, but I smelled a smoky scent and chemicals from paint. They showed me a room on the other floor, not yet renovated, to see if it was ok. I went by scent and it was tolerable, so I said ok. I was leaving for the entire evening and returning just to sleep, so didn't pay attention otherwise. Bed and fridge looked new, so ok. Then discovered the bathroom was not updated. Luckily for such a short trip it wasn't necessary, because there's no way I'd step into that tub/shower. It may have been clean, but it was so worn it was hard to tell. I went out about 15 minutes after checking in, returned close to midnight. Pulled back the bedspread and top sheet and there were holes, in the bottom sheet, melted from a dryer or something. There was also grains of something, like salt or sugar. I looked VERY closely to make sure there weren't bugs, brushed it out, and tried to sleep. Within about 3 minutes I was itching. I think it was undissolved laundry detergent. I got dressed and left. I think in the future, this place will be fine. At the moment...

There was construction going on All around My room 75% of the day I asked if I could get a window room so I could see my vehicle outside the window and couldn't ask if I could get another room not so close to the construction they said no asked if I could get a refund on a couple days that I already paid for was told no it was so bad I left 2 days early

Based on the pictures online, this looked like a lower end hotel at an affordable price. When I got there, it was very sketchy. There were seedy looking guests and I immediately felt unsafe. When I actually went to check in, i found the whole first floor was under construction. I could taste the dust in my mouth. The room where they wanted to put me was right in the middle of the construction. I asked for a different room and was given one upstairs. It was equally as gross, and I could still taste the dust in my mouth. The front desk attendant is behind bullet proof glass. That should tell you all you need to know. The place is not wheelchair accessible. There was no elevator that I could find. It was a very scary experience, and I didn't end up staying. I asked for a refund.

It is an active construction zone and our room was right across and down the hall from a construction site. Our view was white siding for another building. The night worker on Friday followed my husband through the hall all because he was letting me in a side door because I have limited mobility and I didn't want to walk that far. And they give you two pillows for a king size bed. My sheets were also ripped and they don't have coffee pots in the room. Our TV didn't work and our microwave was super loud. It was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

Have stayed here in the past and usually don't havr issues considering the low price. But this time i was a bit disgusted that they OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T CLEAN the bathroom. I am glad that we bring our own blankets and comforters to go on top of the bed.

Worst hotel experience of my life. There was an odor of mold, and when I opened the cabinet under the bathroom sink, there was mold and water damage. There was a blood stain on one of the pillowcases. The bed felt like a thin pad on a concrete slab. There were deep cracks in the walls. The carpet was extremely filthy. There were cords running along the middle of the wall opposite the bed. Outside, there was junk all around. Water pressure was pretty low, but I could have dealt with that. There were also no hand towels, so I had to shower with large ones. I had a night left, but let them keep it, because I refuse to go back there. I wouldn’t have spent the one night there unless I absolutely had to do so.

Window busted sheets dirty. And room smelled like cigs

Room was new and clean, the bathroom was not the toliet had not been cleaned in a while and there was no water pressure, someone did not tighten down the shower fixtures so when you tried to turn the shower on the water faucet pulled up. I locked my self out of the room and went to get another key the man wanted to charge me 5 $ for a room key even thoigh he only gave me one key orginally

Very sparse. No microwave. No coffee pot. No towels. No hot water. No wifi. No cable. It was pretty much a room with a bed - which in all honesty was better than having nothing.

The property was nothing like the advertisement. There was only a bed in the room, that is it. no tables no end tables no kitchennette, no dressers, nothing!

This was the worst stay ever no blanket hardly the power didnt work in the bathroom, the stove didn't work, the tub was dirty, and the heater didn't work.

This places pictures online and what the actual rooms are complete different. Also the room didn’t have any tables, dressers, or nightstands. Only thing in the room was a bed, one random chair and a mini fridge with no microwave. The sheets had cigarette burns in. They didn’t even have toilet paper in the bathroom. This was the worst experience I have ever had.

Well worn/aged look to furnishings and lamps in the room (the entire facility looks run down). WiFi kept cutting out. Main door sticks badly - had to kick it open. TVs didn't work in entire place??!! TV wires clipped to wall. Bad overall paint job. Paint peeling/worn off in spots. Loose sink faucet, tub faucet, and shower head in bathroom. Rear side of bathroom door has big hole bashed in. Tub needs a good scrubbing with Comet. Shower curtain rod coming off of wall. Hot water not hot enough nor not enough pressure in shower. Mirrors in bathroom and main room hung off kilter. Full-length door mirror dirty. Light above mirror in bathroom very dirty and had numerous paint marks that had not been wiped off. Only amenities were a little bottle of shampoo and a small bar of soap (no coffee in room or lobby). Levers on kitchen sink are reversed. No hangers in closet. Noisy neighbors (bad soundproofing). Heater/AC unit, microwave, and fridge seemed to work OK.

No furniture but a bed!

I just dont like that their is not a dresser or night stand and the signal for the tv is not cery good so you can only watch a few channels

The daytime front desk worker was very rude. He acted like I was a problem from the moment I got there like he didn't want to deal with me and asked me personal questions that were none of his business. He judged me and acted like he knew I was up to something when I wasn't all I did was pay for my room. I gave him no reason to treat me like I was a problem. When I came in I was very respectful asking how his day was and such. All I got was a very condescending attitude. I did nothing to be treated that way!

They cancelled my reservation

There were many discrepancies from the description on the app to when we arrived at the hotel it was in shambles under complete renovation. They had crews on both sides of our room that worked from morning until evening 7:00 p.m. the final straw was when my wife and I had notified the manager that we had a hotels.com gift card and he basically refused service because of that and we had set there for hours trying to work out something in exchange and instead were turned away in the end and this is on.

The first room they gave us had no lamps it had one light switch when you walked in there was a big patch for the head patch the wall that was not paying the same color complaining they gave us another room which still had defects on walls unmatched paint the sink faucet moved around like it had been broken it when I checked in they asked for my ID it was late and I was tired I did not get my ID back checked out the next day then found out 5 hours later that they still had my ID had to turn around and drive 5 hours back to get my ID Will never stay at this place again

I checked in. Someone was already in that room. I was told if I wanted another room, I had to pay again.

Front desk went in my room with my kids cursing at them about a payment and ENSENT ASHES that WHEN I HAD JUST SPOKE WITH HIM AND LET HIM KNOW I WAS ON MY WAY BACK IN..talking crazy to my kids ION PLAY LIKE THAT

They gave someone my room while I was still in it. I was unclothed getting out of the shower when they came in. I’m sure they weren’t happy either. Hotel staff were not helpful at all. Tried to pay for my next week of stay. They said I had to come back at 3pm to check in.. hahaha I work 12 hour shifts. How am I going to leave work to come back and pay. I’ve never had to deal with that in my travels in this country for work or pleasure. Once I voiced that to the staff, they quickly let me pay. So… what was all that about me having to come back at 3 pm. Lazy.

Charged twice without getting money back

Had a guy banging on my room door around 5am. I had to call my partner to come get me since I wasn’t feeling safe and he ended up convincing me to leave a day early since the banging wouldn’t stop. Told the staff and the “best” he could do is “show me how to lock the door from the inside” I would rather get a refund on the night I didn’t stay

I moved from Seattle in search of a house to rent, so I stayed at this hotel from October 1, 2024 to November 2, 2024 while searching for a permanent home in Fort Wayne. I finalized the paperwork for my home on November 1, 2024, checked out of this hotel on November 2, 2024 for my new home. I wanted to thank the staff of Extended Stay Hotel for accommodating my stay, and for their help and caring during my stay. My room was clean and spacious like a studio, it comes with a mini kitchen, counter, sink and electric stove-top, a mini fridge, dining table and chairs. The heater worked excellent and kept me warm every day. Overall, I was comfortable, happy and enjoyed my stay in this hotel, and it is locating on the same street as the large shopping center on Coliseum Blvd. in Fort Wayne. Another important factor I chose this hotel, the price was affordable. Thank you so much!

The site was extremely unsafe for both my child and me. The photos are misleading—there isn't a lobby, just a check-in window is like a drive-through. We waited in the rain to be checked in. The room smelled of smoke and was in very poor, unsanitary condition. We quickly left and found a better hotel. I didn't request a refund due to the unsafe conditions. I do not recommend this place.

Breakfast was non-existent here, but to its credit the listing did not say breakfast included. In the morning I found one pot of very tepid coffee and a refrigerator with two yogurt cups. I was very unpleasantly surprised that I had to pay a deposit upon checking in, as I had previously booked and paid in full on Expedia, but it was refunded by the morning. The area is rather sketchy, and I would not stay here again.
