The stay was very nice. The room was really clean and modern. Continental breakfast was very good, clean and tasty. Only bad is that there is only an outdoor pool. It was not stated anywhere ONLY outdoor pool! My girls were very upset! I chose the hotel for the pool! Which we could not enjoy because it is December. Advertisement needs to state outdoor pool ONLY!

The breakfast was free but terrible. Eggs were disgusting and no decaf coffee option. The televisions are so old! Could not stream anything and a constant horizontal rolling line through most channels that were available The pullout sofa was old and the mattress was so thin. Carpets were dirty, had to wash our daughters feet after a short time of her being barefoot inside the room. We stayed two nights and had no housekeeping services offered. Will not stay here again

It was a nice, clean hotel. Was going through some renovations but none of it was an inconvenience to us. The rooms were well lit, clean. The bathroom was TINY and also there was a sulfur, backed up sewer smell coming from the toilet. We had to keep the door closed while we were in the room it was so bad. They have stationary shampoo and conditioner, the shampoo was completely out but we had brought our own so that was fine. Overall, we would definitely stay again. Just a heads up...there was a refrigerator, but no microwave.

The room was spotless. The check-in was easy and fast. Staff was friendly. Wish the parking lot was better lit. A little worried about if my car will be broken into during the night. It was already dark when we arrived. Maybe if we had arrived while light out, I wouldn't be so paranoid. Once inside, I felt safe. It's probably just me.

We had a very early morning flight, so we stayed here to be close to the airport and get a good sleep. The room we were given was right next to the elevator making it noisy the whole night with the lift 's sound. Over that everytime the heater went on it felt like a car driving by....terrible experience...We picked Hyatt thinking things like this will never happen.

I liked that it was a clean hotel. The staff were nice and helpful. I did not like hearing the airplanes flying during the nights. I enjoyed meeting pilots and co-pilots coming to stay at the hotel. I wish the mattresses were firm and not soft (hurt my back a little bit). Good experience overall.

Across the street was a pretty sketchy gas station. We hit some pretty major potholes. One was so large. We were worried our car had been damaged. Easy to get to from Indianapolis airport. Room was large and clean. Sink separate from to toilet area. Breakfast was hot and delicious with good options. But my biggest surprise was the bar and 24 hour restaurant service off the lobby. The menu had a decent assortment of food and all of it coming out of the kitchen looked really good. I got the buffalo chicken tacos that came with salsa, sour cream, and guacamole and chips. I couldn’t eat it all. The guest next to me had the chicken quesadillas which also Looked good. I will definitely stay here again.

The beds were double so one of us had to use the pull-out which was very uncomfortable; however, the room was very spacious and clean. I called ahead asking for extra pillows and linens and they were already in our room upon arrival. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was clean and had a variety of options. From the moment I encountered the Hyatt Place shuttle driver Austin; to the moment I checked out this afternoon, everyone was very friendly, helpful, and professional.
