Best amenity is a pool which is closed because the heater is broken, 90 bucks for a dump 2 star motel

The bath tub doesn’t drain properly what so ever, and the handicap long rail in the rub is a safety hazard since it’s hardly attached to the damn wall. There are hole in the ceiling like bullet holes. The back door that you are supposed to use a key card to get in is just unlocked 24/7 so anyone and everyone can come in. So there is a lack of safety

No elevator

Sadly this was a disappointment- pool was out of service , motel was old and somewhat dirty, Only bathroom in room- light was out- i had to take a shower in the dark- hair dryer smelled as if it was about to catch on fire

Disappointed overall. No hot tub even though stated in property description. Very limited breakfast items. Only allowed 2 towels per room, regardless of how many guests-we had two king beds. Vending machines old and only accepted cash. Rooms small and seemed run-down. Sheets and comforters stained-looked like urine stains. Wouldn’t recommend unless no other options available from the surrounding hotels. Lower price reflects property condition.

Location. Didn't like hot tub advertised bit none there

Whole building stunk. Rooms all had a nasty odor. First room had paint chips and dirt on the carpet in the corners of the whole room. It stunk in there. Had a spot in the ceiling where you could see a leak had happened. Glass behind the tv or paint chips couldnt get a good look. Remote for the tv didnt work. Bath tub definitely had mold under the caulking i could smell it just walking in there. Got a second room, equally had the same horrible smell throughout the whole building. Lights poorly powered the bathroom they flickered on so slowly, definitely could see mold forming through spots in the caulking, ironing board cabinet was cracked open, missing light bulb in one of the light fixtures and the comforter looked like it had been eaten by bed bugs and i keep mentioning it but the whole fn building just stinks. Also ac doesnt work in the hallways and stairwells. Also the back door that should only let in occupants with a key card will just open up without a scan.

Was told many times that the pool would be open and never opened up. The room was not great. The tub needs to be replaced. The flooring was buckling up all over the room. Extremely small tv and the room was extremely stuffy and had to turn the air conditioner on. The ice machine is located next to the washer and dryer in a dark room with no light switch.

Stay somewhere else! I picked this property because it was affordable and offered indoor pool and hot tub. Well it was affordable but that’s about it. No hot tub at all..that needs to be updated online. The pool doesn’t heat so it’s unusably cold and the whole area smells bad. The room wasn’t clean. Stains everywhere. Slight odor when u walk in. The showers were room temperature and so grimy and run down I almost waited to shower the 2 nights until I came home. The ice machine doesn’t work u have to change floors and then u get little black specs in the ice. Overall not a great experience would not recommend. Lots of affordable options in the area I will go to next time.

They advertise having a hot tub. But they do not have hot tubs and wouldn’t help me at all about it. There were also burn holes in the pillow case in my room.

This was by the far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Hair left on the bathroom floor, stained bedding, burn holes in the comforter and the smoke alarm wrapped in Saran Wrap as I’m sure it was covered so an individual could smoke in the room.

Hotel was disgusting. Room was gross and dirty. Mold on the bedside table. Urine on the wall. Beds were not neatly made. Floors have not been vacuumed. There were French fries in the hallway all weekend long and never got cleaned up. Went for the pool and the pool was ice cold because their heater went out. People just running around at all times of the night I’m pretty sure the owners are living in it. Homeless man was sleeping at the entry way as well. Just horrible all together

Our room was absolutely disgusting. Blankets and sheets were stained all over, curtain had a huge burn hole in it, floor was tore up in several spots, toilet was nasty and leaked, the shower was nasty and had a hole in it, and half of the outlets didn’t work.

Extremely disappointing. No mirror in the bathroom. The screws were still there where the mirror used to be. The refrigerator leaked. The coffee pot still had a used pod in it. There was an unpleasant odor in the room. My son had another room that had not been cleaned, had blood on the sheets, stains on the mattress, smelled of smoke and a stripe of paint on the curtains. Not a pleasant stay at all. I would give it 0 stars if possible.

Honestly one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It was not clean at all and the entire place stunk like garbage and poop.

My husband and I came into town for a funeral. Quality Inn was in the area and booked through a 2nd party. We got to the hotel room and it was not what we thought it was going to be. Walking into the room it was very dark with no ceiling lights so we turned on the bathroom light to get to our beds. There was a pole light by the chair that was broken and did not have a light bulb in it.. The bedside tables were dirty, and very smeared looking like someone quickly wiped it with a dirty towel. The lamps on the bedside table were the worst. They both had very thick dust on the lampshades and on the iInside of the shades. I could have written my name on the dirty dusty shade.. After a long day my husband took his shoes and socks off and walked to the bathroom when he came back the bottom of his feet were black. I made him wash them before he went to bed. On the good side the bed was comfortable. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. On the good side the bathroom was clean and had a very old jacuzzi so you had to take a big step to take a shower. The hotel did offer breakfast. When we got to the lobby there was no food left in any of the trays. It was late and breakfast was almost over. We walked through the parking lot to a Bob Evens Restaurant. As I was very hesitant to have breakfast. Thinking if we were given a room that was filthy, what would the kitchen be like? All of the bedding was stained, the beds themselves leaned to one side and had huge holes where people have slept. Every surface was disgusting with random substances and dust. The lamp was broken and had some kind of substance inside the shade. The curtains had a giant burn. The toilet was gross on the outside like it wasn't wiped down in months. Each town was a different texture and had a ton of stains. We spoke to the front desk to try and get a different room or at least beds and they told us to come back at midnight.

The experience was awful. Dirt on the floor, mold on the shower curtain, holes/stains on the towels, and the shower head was atrocious. Half of the lamps didn’t work, and the ones that did had stains all over the lamp shade. The staff was friendly and nice, but I paid entirely too much for an outdated, dirty, and cheap motel.

The condition of the room and cleanliness of the room was very poor. The main door to the room would not close properly and the bathroom sink and floor was covered in the previous person's hair. The bed was comfortable but I am concerned if the sheets were changed or just remade due to the lack of cleanliness of the bathroom.

The microwave was filthy. The towels in the bathroom smelled and there was literally something smeared on the bathroom door. When I told the front desk, the girl gave me a spray bottle to clean it.

Be aware the property has no elevator. The bathroom toilet seat didn’t fit the bowl, the lid didn’t fit the tank. The tub had pink stains as if moldy too long - definitely not signs of it being cleaned every day. The light had TP strung across it - to hold the plexiglass in place? But the sheets were clean. Not so much the top cover which I immediately removed. The air blew cold but when it shut off the room warmed up in a hurry, so keep it on constant fan and that might help.

The check in was fine. both the tub and sink drain were plugged up. It took a long time in order for it to drain completely. One of the beds squeaked every time someone sits on it or turn over while sleeping. We were woken up around 1:30-2:00 a.m. with guests were talking and laughing very loudly. We were also woken up 6:00 in the morning with metal banging next door. Needless to say, we did not get a restful sleep.

There for a concert, hotel shows some wear desoite recent upgrades. Strong smell of cleanser in lobby and common areas can be overpowering. TV was not working and extra security latch on door was broken so security felt a bit lacking. We ended up putting stuff stuff by the door as we got in so late. Staff were kind and friendly.

We felt very safe in the location. It was pretty clean over all but the shower was covered in calcium buildup. The bed was not soft. The rooms do not have any usb plugs

Room was really clean. Everything was great the only problem was the Wi-Fi didn't reach the room on the second floor.

The bathroom had hair on the floor and shower, the drawers were dirty, the phone didn’t work, the coffee maker was unusable, there was something stuck to my sheet, and the shower was cold - even with the knob turned all the way on hot. And they do not have an elevator. We paid for two nights but we left after the first night.

In general it is OK with the price I paid. Noise can be heard from-the other room. Soap, lotion and shampoo shoukd be more available

Our room (137) we were unable to close the bathroom door. I pushed hard and got it to move some put it was scratching the floor so stopped. Clearly no one has closed it recently. Reported to front desk staff. There had been some “rough” repairs/patches to the bathroom wall but needs to be finished in a professional and complete manner.

The hotel was very clean and neat but no elevator...to say they have a "full breakfast" tho.. is exaggeration.. they had some runny scrambled eggs .. and typical continental breakfast.. muffins and cereal.. they had bread but toaster didnt work. I have a big family so breakfast at hotel is something i look for to save money. Also walls are paper thin.. got woken up both nights to a couple screaming ar each other.

Ok hotel for quick overnight stay but I found the bed to be very uncomfortable,

Check in was slow and someone in the lobby was trying to sell me perfumes. The lady made me uncomfortable and then the staff shouted my room number out loudly so they knew where I was. We ended up unable to sleep and left around 9pm. Felt unsafe. Exterior doors to hotel did not lock and they same people remained parked out back the entire time we were there. Right next to my car and room.

The best is their staff. I didn’t catch his name but if you look me up you can see who checked me in. I hope you do. I had so much going on in my life these past 2 week. I had difficult situation that morning. I found your hotel. When I came in I was crying. He asked if I was okay. The most kind person I have ever met in any hotel and many places. I passed him a few times that night leaving to go to my car. Each time he had a smile and each time he asked if I’m okay, so genuine. He is very kind and so thoughtful. It made me feel like someone actually like someone actually cared. The world needs more people like him. Thank you for being so kind. I wish you the best in life…..to the gentleman that checked me in that day this is a message for you.

They did not have the handicap room available the night I checked in they put me in a different room said it would be available the next day I did not get moved for 3 days they never cleaned my room the whole time after I got moved they only come in and changed my bed and grabbed the towels once they never clean my room and I was at the hotel for a total of 12 days there was ants in my room and I asked them to do something about it and he said what do you want me to do about it it's cuz you have food in your room but the ants were nowhere near where the food was

Stayed for a week. Staff was friendly, helpful and very professional. Room was clean and attractive. It was a great room for the price!

The staff here and the Hotel in general is an all around 5 stars. I've been in Hospitality for 29 years an I have to say they are exceptional!! Mine an my Husband's go-to Hotel always!

I have stayed there before and was pleased; unfortunately, this this time I got a call while we were checking in for surgery if we really needed a handicap accessible room. The room we got was 1st floor, bot accessible which was ok but not where they promised and I didn't feel.safe. No top stop(looked like it had been kicked in) and I could see light all around the door. They offered to move us, but, after surgery? No.

Was called around 945pm to make sure we were checking in, assured we were as we are traveling and would be at hotel in 30 minutes. Arrived and waited for an extended period of time to get checked as the front desk staff were not present and didn’t answer phone. Then checking in I was asked to wait as the room needed checked. The front desk guy went and looked then came back asking me to check a room out, he took me in a different direction altogether. The room was an upgrade and I was asked to pay the difference if wanting that room. I couldn’t understand why I was being asked this since he just checked on the room we booked. I was then taken down to the room which was supposedly waiting on us and the heat was turned on full blast. I could not understand why I was still being asked if I wanted the room until seeing it. One lamp was missing a lamp shade, another was busted up. I went to check the bed and the front desk guy about fell over saying he couldn’t fix the bed if I messed it up. Literally pulling back the sheets to check and he continued to say he didn’t know how to make the bed. The room had clearly not been touched by housekeeping for some time. No discount or additional things were offered for the delay or incontinence. The sheets in the bed are old and not fresh looking. Not a great start to the night at all!

Not so good. I checked in , went to my room and light in bathroom didn’t work. Went to desk immediately to report. A manager or owner didn’t reply, just walked to room. Light continued not to work. Mumbled-“ get you a different room. No apologies .I immediately picked up my suitcase and bag, he never held the door open so I could exit- instead he walked out ahead of me and let the door slam in my face!! Very rude!! The room seemed acceptable concerning cleanliness, but it was dark, drab and outdated. No information was concerning breakfast times or internet passwords or anything else! The breakfast was ok but not great! There was very little in restaurants around the facility to choose from, so dinner wasn’t a great experience either! I would NOT recommend this poorly run hotel.

The location is excellent. It's generally in very good condition (small exception in my room). The staff was very nice and very responsive. And the price was hard to beat.

The only issue was the breakfast was just so so

I would not recommend this hotel. First room the bathroom light did not work. Second room the TV was not hooked up. The toilet didn't flush right half the time. The breakfast consisted of eggs, waffles, cereal, and toast. No meat or potatoes on the breakfast bar. The pool was super cold. Didn't restock room with coffee, cups, or towels daily.

People travel with children they reserve a hotel with a pool on purpose. More times than not the pool is closed for different reasons. You promise the kids swimming when we get to the hotel then nothing. I own a pool at my home. It’s really not that hard to maintain. And the continental breakfast is an absolute joke. Bottom line. I have to stop staying at choice hotels. Cheapest in town for a reason.

This hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was a little small with a line for the waffle machine and the pool was cold, but other than that it was a pleasant stay.

There was a weird smell in the hallway. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was a disappointment and it says you are not allowed to take it back to your room. I believe I got bit by bed bugs I had at least ten bites on me drove me crazy for about 5 days after getting back, finally gone though.

my only complaint that I would have about this hotel is their breakfast. Only thing that they served was some eggs that look like that someone didn’t know how to cook them waffles and yogurt, but the yogurt was activity yogurt as in they really didn’t want nobody to eat the yogurt. The orange juice was a very low quality type of orange juice. That’s my first time ever experiencing that at any hotel outside of that my overall stay was fine. The furniture in the room is a little outdated. They don’t have smart TVs at least the one room that I was in was not a smart TV. they do make you pay a deposit so I would check my room out after checking in because I had a couple of minor things that was wrong with the room and if you get a but head worker they would probably try to keep your deposit. The staff there was all friendly. The pool was open. If you’re staying longer than a day, you have to go to the front to let them know that you want room service. It’s supposed to be a smoke free environment, but it definitely was not a smoke free environment because I walked down the hall a couple times and could smell cigarettes. So outside of the breakfast and cigarette smell my stay was good and I had two younger children with me

The staff hardly spoke English and hard to understand. They held a $100 deposit and when I checked in and this was no where on anything I had made the reservation. There was a sign that said if paying cash there was a $100 hold. The room doors slammed bad. The 1st night was quiet and the 2nd night we had a family in the room next to us and across the hall. There were kids in and out slamming the doors all night long. There breakfast was VERY limited when we stayed. It was either eggs, waffles, cereal or toast.
