We were just passing through with our destination being TN. The hotel was ok however it could use some updates. The elevator was old and very small barely accommodating 2 adults and the luggage cart. This hotel appears to house many workers nightly who leave quite early in the am starting their loud trucks. Be prepared for that early wake up.

I would say it was an ok place for a night. Lady at front desk during check in was very blah. Room was fine. Beds were decent. Bathroom was outdated. Exhaust fan sounded like a jet taking off. Shower would not come in all the way, so water was filling up tub while I was showering. Breakfast options were so so. Pool area felt very dated. Not a bad stay, just not the greatest.

Property was clean but definitely looked worn and is starting to show its age and wear. Did not get the same kind of service I am used to from Country Inn and Suites. Breakfast items seemed more limited than I’ve experienced at Country Inn and Suites in the past and they have got rid of the free cookies. Had a few fleas in the room. Pool was clean and a great temperature but areas need repainted.

I read the reviews that said it was outdated, but clean. That is not true! It’s outdated, and dirty!! The chair in the room was worn all to hell, the bottom of the shower looked dirty. There was dirt, and gunk in every corner. The mirror in the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The beds weren’t comfortable. Save yourself the headache, and pay the extra money for a better hotel!

We reserved for rooms while we were in town for a funeral. While the common areas were clean, the room's bathrooms were dirty with hair on the floor and in the tubs. We returned to our rooms the first day to our rooms not being cleaned although Housekeeping was included as an amenity. Our room keys did not work Anna’s we had to return to the Front desk to get the key cards reactivated. We returned after a stressful, sorrowful day to dirty rooms and locked out. We’ll not return. There are other options in the area to choose from.

Nice and quiet area. Can hear people walking/stomping above you if you're on the ground floor. Beds were hard as rock. Multiple bugs were found on the floor and walls. WiFi was okay, not the greatest. Couldn't get any streaming through the TV, pretty much stuck with the channels available. Overall I liked it here even with all the complaints, improvements could be made

I am shocked that somehow this hotel has an 8/10 review. The hotel looks like it was poorly renovated - calk peeling off, dents and scrapes in the walls, and grout slopped everywhere from tile renovations. When we got into our room we realized that someone had apparently tried to break in through the window which resulted in the widow frame being cracked and the glass separating from the windows frame. Because it’s February and there was a large gap in the window, cold or was blowing in causing the heater to be constantly running. I would absolutely recommend booking a different hotel.

The bed in room was comfortable. It was clean. If you feel like hot showers take one late at night before you go to bed because in the morning the water was cold as ice too many people trying to take a shower at once the pool area was OK but it’s kind of small area was good and a lot of local restaurants around coffee shops close to everything. There’s other hotels around that might be a little bit better. Next time I come through all in all, I got a decent night sleep in not too many interruptions, but I do bring a fan with me so I didn’t hear any of the noise outside, but the walls did shake a few times when people slamming their doors.

The staff were rude on the morning and third shift. The hotel was busy with a baseball team and the parents of this team were in the lobby getting drunk and allowing their kids to run crazy all over the hotel. We had to leave the pool because of these kids as well. They were not supervised at all. The hotel staff did nothing. They didnt ask the parents to not drink in the lobby or in the pool area and they said nothing about the noise. The beds were rock hard and the promised breakfast was empty the first day and didn’t open on time on our final day. The only positive is the rooms were clean.

Was never asked for Id at check-in. Wasn’t asked for anything other than to sign the papers, I could have been anyone saying I was checking in and she just gave me papers to sign. My name was the only name on the reservation but new keys for the 2nd night were given to my fiancé when he stopped at the front counter and asked for them. Not very comforting knowing anyone at anytime can give a room number and keys will be handed out.

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past, probably at least 10. The staff is always been friendly and the rooms have been clean, until today. When I checked in the staff member was ridiculously rude she hardly said two words to me at check-in. I also requested a first floor room, as I always do, it was denied to me without explanation. I was told 'there's an elevator'. I won't stay here again primarily because of the rudeness of the person checking me in.

I was unpleasantly surprised with the hotel. The online pictures are very deceiving. I arrived in the early morning and couldn’t find anyone to check me in. When a staff member finally showed up she appeared hung over and as though i had just woke her up. As she was attempting to check me in she slowly fell asleep until hitting her head on the monitor. There were no parking spots when I arrived. The lot was full and cars were even parked on the perimeter

This is my halfway point from Tennessee to Michigan. The staff is absolutely wonderful, the rooms are always super clean and there’s lots of food options around. Highly recommend!

There was no one at the front desk for 45 minutes. We had prepaid our reservation and it was non refundable. Called an 800 number for help and they were no help. Finally someone came back to front desk. The whole thing was very strange.

Nice surrounding area, easy to get to from the interstate. Breakfast area was so cute! Looked like a real kitchen! Very quiet hotel, there was only one other person we saw. Only downfall was that the pools lights were off at 9, it closes at 10 but when we asked they turned them back on! Rooms were clean and spacious for our one night stay!

Easy to get to from interstate, a C lot of food choices nearby. The main problem we had was with the room keys. They stopped working several times while we where there. They would reset them and they'd only work 1-2 times before they had to be reset again.

Breakfast was not great. An employee told my granddaughter there was no milk for cereal because milk was spoiled. An hour later the other granddaughter went for breakfast & the bad milk was being served. Literally curdled milk - which the second grand poured on her cereal. They knew it was bad! Why put it out! Hotel is old but relatively clean.

We stayed for two nights. Our first breakfast they were starting to put things away at 9 am when ends at 10am. The food that was there was subpar. Second day, the breakfast had watery eggs and not much of a choice. The juice machine was being cleaned so you couldn't have any juice. This be done on off breakfast hours. One of the women working it was too busy playing with her grandchild. Was sitting sitting down at table talking with daughter and grandchild when food needed to be replaced and replenish the food that was empty where the muffins were.
