The pool was not in working condition and the breakfast did not come by 7am. I was not informed that the pool wouldn't be working. I was informed by staff that the breakfast would arrive by 6:30am. I had to leave by 7am and therefore did not get to eat breakfast before a full day of work.

The air conditioning was not working properly. It would not cool down. The toliet would not stop running if you didn't move the handle up. After taking a shower the water took about 20 minutes to drain before someone else could take a shower. Also, they had 1 ice machine for the entire hotel. The bistro was super expensive as well. For a full salad, a half salad, and 2 beers it cost us $70.00. The salad was super small as well.

We stood in the lobby for nearly 10 minutes on arrival (6pm), then walked down both hallways, into the kitchen, laundry, and the office (all doors standing open) and saw no one. After several more minutes waiting, finally a staff person stepped off the elevator, came to the desk, and gave a true reaction of surprise when we asked to check in, and no concern for the inattention. The hotel seemed well-booked judging from the parking lot, but it's hard to imagine anyone was receiving any customer service. Cleanliness and comfort were barely average; room tile, carpet, and chairs were pretty worn. Received a notice at 8am that water would be off til 10:30; called at 1pm for status update and was told 3pm. So much for a comfortable place to work. Do not recommend, simply for the desperate lack of service - or lack of concern that there WAS a lack service.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were very professional and friendly. Great location not far from places to go. I just wish it was explained when i checked in that housekeeping wasn't going to cleanup or make the bed up only change the towels. Also do to me miss reading I thought the breakfast was included. But needless to say I definitely would stay there again. I just know what to expect next time.

Room 219 was very loud because of the elevator. It sounds like a thunderstorm when in use. It was very obnoxious and caused us not to rest at all. If you’re going to continue renting this room out, I think that you need to service the elevator.

Unfortunately we had very loud and inconsiderate neighbors 3 out of 4 nights. The beds in the room had large indentations in the mattresses which made them uncomfortable. The “eco” friendly products were sub-par, lacked scent and lather. The vent on the room AC unit made an annoying rattle. Besides all of that, our stay was perfect.

Overall the property was nice. It was limited in food options near the hotel but that was an observation and not a complaint. The property offered a relaxed atmosphere which we enjoyed. I wish the staff at the check in desk were more attentive to the needs of all customers. That is not my typical experience with a Marriott property and was observed at this one specifically. They spent time huddled in the back and on their phones and with ear pods in during checkin.

Extremely rude. Angelica the front manager excellent the male manager who claims to be the manager and owner reuse and should not be a representative for Marriot or this hotel. Will never stay here or any Marriot again

The check-in was great and the room was nice. We arrived just as the bar was closing We usually don't do breakfast, but we thought we would try and paid the 10.00. We should have skipped, for the breakfast was nothing, nothing we could not have gotten if we were on the road, plus since we ate downstairs (we were alone), everyone seemed to be watching us.

The room was nice . Bed was comfortable, the staff was nice. After 800pm the outside noise was very little. Cons - the pillows were flat. The door was not flush could see a crack from inside room to the outside of the hall. Over all was a nice stay . .. the bistro was nice also .their snacks was a nice slection

It was ,great that includes everything cleaning,staff, food everything. I definitely recommend staying at the Courtyard to anyone and everyone I will stay again for sure.

Room appeared to be clean and tidy. But, it was very dark in the bedroom area and especially in the shower, very dim lighting. The room’s shower was troublesome due to the extremely short shower liner. Two of us were 6’2’’or taller, and any movement that involved a slight touch of the liner caused water to unknowingly escape and flood the floor. This was problematic due the water reaching all the way to the separate vanity section and the adjacent closet. There was also a hole in the wall at the top of the vanity light which was quite eerie. The Starbucks was always closed. The room’s view was a junk pile, which included broken tiles and toilets. Housekeeping was quick to bring us towels when we called for them. We had to use our towels to soak up the water from the shower.
