Terrible, elevator didn't work, pregnant wife had to go up and down sets of steps multiple times because the rooms we were given were completely unmade and dirty or smelled awful and had the heat cranked up to 80 degrees. Took three rooms to find one that was OK enough to sleep in, and even that one had a broken sink and crumbling walls. I will never stay here again. Didn't even get appropriate response when trying to get compensation for a terrible experience. Do not stay here.

It was an average room. The elevator wasn’t working, but I was only on the second floor. The room was huge, but not well ventilated. It took a long time for the air conditioning to cool the room. I recommend the carpet be upgraded. No windows and limited lighting. Perhaps add a couch or chair to fill the space. However, the breakfast wasn’t bad. The front desk was friendly. There was free onsite parking. And the price was average. Overall a fine experience for one night.

Best features-free onsite parking, room was comfortable and clean. Bad news: Elevator out of order. Couldn't connect TV to Onsite internet so had to use my phone's mobile hotspot to watch TV. Called front desk they said Maintenance Man was off for the weekend. Carpet in hallways needs cleaned badly. When walking downtown you had to cross over to far side of street to bypass a park-like section that was full of homeless people all day and past dark. A little scary walking downtown, keep your eyes open.

The air conditioning was subpar even though it wasn’t very hot out. There were old water/mold stains on the ceiling of our room, peeling paint in the bathroom, and a stain on our comforter. The front desk man was not very helpful and didn’t share many details about the property. Thankfully we were only in the room to sleep. I’ve stayed in a few La Quintas before and this one was definitely disappointing.
