I called the property directly just before booking 2/22. I made sure to verify with staff that the pool would be OPEN and there would be no planned maintenance. A big part of my family’s trip was to utilize the pool. Upon arrival, I was informed that as of 3/3 the pool had been closed and was planned to be closed for maintenance. I spoke with the front desk associate about my concern. And I was told the pool has had a leak and they finally found someone to fix it. The issue is, there are multiple other options in the area with pools, and many more cheaper without pools. I booked a place with an open pool for my child as that was what she was looking forward to. Or I could’ve saved a lot more money and just booked a property without a pool since this property’s pool was not in service. I feel as if I had paid for and picked this property and didn’t get the value for what I paid. Unrelated the property and signage is confusing, we walked around for 20 minutes trying to find the front desk as more than half of their elevators were out of order. The room itself was okay, the bathroom smelled, and the ceiling was coming apart. I can say the only positive about this property is the free breakfast that was served.

I was in town for the NCAA men’s basketball tournament. This is my third time staying at this hotel. There is something always getting worked on. The hotel had two elevators down and the pool and hot tubs were closed. This is always a problem when staying here. The staff was great. I was able to get checked in early. There is a parking garage connected to the hotel. $45 is bit steep. I remember when it was half that.

1st let me say this... parking anx entering the hotel is an absolute nightmare. Not just because of construction. You habe to park in an old extremely tight garage at $28 a a day, take an elevator to the 3rd floor, cross construction, go up a ramp, take a non working escalator or walk about 100yrds to a scary service elevator-- to the 4th floor where you check in. Then another elevator to the floor where you are staying. Having 2 small kids this was a cluster. It took 30 minutes just to get to and from the car! If you require a wheelchair forget this hotel. 2 nights of my 4 night stay the heat broke leaving it 60° until an engineer came up to fix it. The staff were pleasent enough but failed to see how inconvenient basically everything was. The window sills and floors bybthe windows were dusty. The room was extremely noisy and the heat fan ran 24/7 making this the noisest worst stay ive ever had. You seriously have to take 4-5 different means of elevator/stairs/ramps just to get to the street. I will never stay here again!

The hotel was nice and clean. Some of the elevators weren’t working so getting to our room took a little longer and getting our luggage from the parking garage to the lobby wasn’t easy. The pool wS also out of commission so that was a little disappointing, otherwise everything was perfect.

We selected the hotel because it had a hot tub and it wasn’t fixed during the two day stay. We reported it on the first day and it wasn’t fix on the next day, even though we told them again!

There was a plumbing issue going on, so the room we were placed in didn't smell great - like at all. We called and reported it, and after a little bit of time, we were moved to a new room. New room was great, with only minor things to report (loose bath towel bar and one of the door handle bars was only connected at one of the two places). Good nights sleep, and good breakfast.

When we first arrived, there needs to be something that states that you have to pay a fee a day for parking. If I’m paying for a hotel I shouldn’t have to pay for parking next. We were placed in a room that was absolutely horrendous. It had water markings on the floor, where it looked like something had leaked. The fuse box was exposed, and it smelled strongly of mold. We switched rooms where it was semi clean they left someone’s old eyeliner make up by the dresser so you can tell that it was not properly cleaned then to top it off. The filter in the room was not changed since 2020. Very disgusting. Those things are supposed to be changed every three months on the plus side the complementary breakfast was great all the staff there were very pleasant and the cocktail hour was a plus they did also have two sets of elevators one was down, which made it very difficult for that huge hotel to be able to keep up all in all the trip was not bad. I just wish the rooms were kept up.

This was a very nice hotel, including a nightly reception with complimentary cocktails and a few snacks. Be aware the parking is $46 per day, and aside from the peeling ceiling above the shower and the pullout couch being extremely uncomfortable, everything else was near perfect!

So there is a couple thing's that could use fixing. When we arrived i checked in and the front desk lady charged me again for my rooms i had already paid for. Then didnt like that you couldn't lock any of the doors in the room we had like bathroom and main bedroom having my kids stay would have been nice. Also the shower ceilings was nasty peeling and looked like mold starting would have been nice to have a hand held shower hose. The pool was out of control with kids under 14 cussing pushing yelling didnt stay long in there. Saw some homeless people getting drinks and snack at the happy hour and sleeping on the couches by the escalator. The only real plus was how close the colts football stadium is.

The location is great for walking to the Colts stadium and downtown restaurants but the room was not clean. Found several long black hairs in the shower (I’m blonde). Long lines to check in. Free breakfast was nice

The staff here is amazing and wonderful. The breakfast meal is superb. The only issues I had were the main bed in room 721 had a bad boxspring. It kept knocking and banging if you turned over. it needs to be replaced. The second issue I had was the heating/AC in the room. It made a loud POP! when it came on, waking me up. I wound up having to move to the fold away bed in the living room area, which was extremely uncomfortable. ( I guess all foldaway beds are)

We got to the hotel at night and parking wasn’t super clear, especially since Valet for the place next door was right there by the entrance of the parking. A lot of events were happening and the parking had a sign that the structure was full. We turn anyway and asked when we got up there and they were reserving spots for actual guest of the hotel. The only negative was the pullout sofa bed the springs were shot and it felt the a huge rock on my back right in the middle of the bed or if I was one either side laying on my stomach I felt like I was spooning with the bed. Haha. Otherwise, it was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

The hotel was nice overalll but a couple of things stood out with our room. The pipes where loud after you flushed the toilet and the outlet close toe the vanity sink and mirror doesn’t work at all.

The hotel front entrance is inside the parking garage. From there the lobby is one floor up. Though in the heart of a 20-floor atrium, the lobby was dark and uninviting and filled with exhaust fumes from the parking garage. Our room was good space, but the curtain rod had not been repaired properly so passers-by in the atrium could peek in. Paint was peeling on the ceiling. I was disappointed for $200/night.

Excellent customer service & overall staff friendliness and helpfulness. Such a nice, clean & organized hotel! The only thing I would like to see and recommend is they upgrade the TVs in the rooms to smart TVs; so customers have a way to log in with their streaming service apps. The current TVs are a little behind the times without a real guide that you scroll through and click on, and see what each channel is playing as you scroll. Beyond that, a very amazing stay and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend! 5 ⭐

2 of the elevators were out of service which made waiting for the elevator to take about 15-20 min. We called and requested extra blankets and pillows since we didn’t even have extras in the room but they never came.

When I arrived at this property after check in my room was not ready and I had to wait with my two children in the lobby until it was ready. Then the service man told me my account was not prepaid and said when paying through a third party it doesn’t actually take it out and I assumed he was correct. I was charged for the room twice and I went to speak with the front desk the next morning. They informed me they would fix it and have yet to do so. Will not be staying at this hotel again.

Check-in staff was not very friendly; didn’t want to answer any questions nor did they recognize me as a Hilton Honors member. Area outside hotel was very smoky; homeless people were standing outside the main entrance smoking. Felt uncomfortable walking from entrance to the street. Towels and wash clothes could have been more clean. Breakfast area was flooded with orange juice as the machine was broke and nobody was fixing it or cleaning up the mess. Typically stay here when we go downtown Indianapolis for entertainment/date night. Will probably look elsewhere in the future!

It took over 1 hour to check in, tthey said our room was not ready, this was after 4pm Manager cane over and gave us a better and bigger room for our troubles, he made everything perfect.

Perfect place to stay for events in the downtown area. The food was a great treat. The breakfast was outstanding and made up for the parking fees. The staff was super nice and hardworking. This hotel is also connected to several stores and restaurants in the downtown area so everything was easy to get to. The rooms are amazing and the pool/hot tub area was great. I would stay here again.

The staff at the hotel were amazing, and I could not have asked for more. However, the hotel itself was not enjoyable. First- the only entrance is through an underground parking tunnel. There is not entrance from the street. When walking to my conference and back, I had to walk through the dark tunnel which smelt like urine and had trash everywhere. There were several homeless in the tunnel or right outside the entrance. The tunnel entrance also makes it very difficult for your Uber/Lyft to find you. Second, the website says there is a restaurant on site; however, it does not serve food until 5:00. Stock up on snacks or be prepared to venture through the tunnel to find food. The hotel worked hard to make up for these issues- free drink tickets, social hour, etc... But I would not stay here again by myself.

Easy walk to Lucas Oil Stadium and the baseball field. Many dining/bar options right outside the hotel. Great value for the money, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Easy check in. Parking was simple because garage is part of the hotel. Roms were good size and comfortable. Breakfast staff was fantastic. It was very busy and they kept the food stocked and even bussed the tables which is rare. Only frustration was parking is not a 24 hr clock, it's a per calendar day so on an overnight you pay for the day you check in and the day you check out which equals two days of parking so it's more expensive than some other places that charge on a 24hr period.

The staff at the Embassy Suites was so accommodating and friendly. There was a lovely man that checked us in and wonderful breakfast staff. They were so friendly and helpful, one woman in particular made us feel so welcomed and helped me with my tray as well as making coffee for my friend. She was fantastic. The evening staff and comped drinks was so fun and really brought us all together as race fans, so fun and unexpected. My only complaint would be the cocktail hour snacks. If there is hummus - there should be veggies or pita chips - not potato chips. If there are potato chips - regular french onion dip, crowd pleaser, but the one that really threw me was the pasta??????????????????????? My entire party questioned that. I know it's cheap, but it is not an appetizer! when the tortilla chips came out - salsa, guacamole or a hot cheese sauce that should have been a given and cheese/sausage platter something for those of us who like savory - not a cake? Cake/packaged rice krispy treats and nutty bars do not go well with most alcohol, especially my guests who drink beer! I have a tip for you as a former restaurant manager - If you have people serving the apps. instead of letting the guests help themselves, they are less likely to over indulge. We did, but most of what I got. I threw out - the food mixing just not the best flavor. And that has nothing to do with the staff or their skills - you have to remember society is poorly mannered and they will take advantage of anyone.

We had a great time in Indy. This hotel is difficult to find; the front entrance is somewhat hidden at the parking garage entrance. Service personnel were great; breakfast was good and we got drink tickets for Happy Hour for both nights we stayed, which was nice. We were disappointed Friday & Saturday that the hotel bar & restaurant were closed at 10. Two elevators work & two do not, so waiting on an elevator was a bit annoying during peak times. Overall, I would stay here again.
