In town for family dinner hotel was clean breakfast was ok don’t care for instant oatmeal pool and hot tub was nice just looked old needs to be restored and the jets need to be replaced couldn’t relax because the water pops up in your face the room was cozy but the air conditioning did kick in that well would definitely come back

We'll be staying here again when we drive thru. Staff is great, very friendly. Breakfast was good & the area was clean and neat. It's an older building & there's carpet in the rooms which I'm not a fan of but the room was clean with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom was nice & clean as well, so couldn't ask for more. There is a $5 parking fee but they do have security so that's not bad at all. Overall nice stay 👍

Parking lot has more craters than the moon. Almost turned my ankle twice. More 'Fairfield' letters on the building sign were out than lit. Very poor first and 2nd impression. Room was fine.

HORRIBLE!! This was a 1 night get away for my husband and I. We got a suite with a private jet tub. We were also looking forward to the hot tub and pool… boy were we quickly regretting our decision on booking here. Photos to show multiple findings. Hot tub and pool were DISGUSTING. The jets in the hot tub did not work as they should and have of them didn’t even have the proper jet on them. The water fountain in the pool area was so nasty I wouldn’t even let me dog drink from it. The tv in the exercise room didn’t work. The buttons on our private tub were broken and coming off. The closet door in our room would not open. Our fire alarm was held on by zip ties.. neither ice machines in the building worked at all. The breakfast was ok. Staff was nice. the only good thing about the hotel was the bed. For $320 for one night for this quality is INSANE!!!

our stay was fine- would not stay again- but it was fine. Not one employee we talked to at the desk was friendly at all- one stood and texted on his phone while we asked questions about our room. Hot tub was broken. Rooms were very clean- beds were nice.

This was my second stay for a work business trip. First stay was fine I’m barely in the room and only sleep there. It’s not the Marriott but what I do expect is a clean bathroom at least. Soap scum on the soap trays left over from the previous person and in the shower, drain was dirty. Also there was some sort of spray or spots all over the mini fridge which I did not want to touch. I went to the front desk who said they would take care of it. Came back that night and towels and bed were made, but the issues were still there! I went a second time with pictures, and they only managed 2/3 which was the bathroom. If you can’t at least just clean what was asked for make the effort to ensure it happened the second time, it’s not a place I’m going to stay.

Not well cleaned. There’s spider and spiderweb in their vase, tried to ask if we can switch to other room but they did not listen, engineer just went in our room to kill the spider and remove the webs. Also, shampoo bottle is completely empty!!! Room smells bad. Sorry but I can’t recommend this place. This is the worst hotel I’ve been to.

The Hotel was amazing! Jacuzzi tub worked well, and everything was clean and tidy. The only issue was the 8 hours of stomping and banging from the upstairs neighbor that was never resolved by staff or security.

Neighborhood is on the lower end of OK. Check-in OK. Room was booked so upgraded to executive suite. Clean. Carpet could be updated as was worn, but serviceable. Folks at desk were great. Breakfast was outstanding. I would stay again

TV didn’t work. Finally got it working but the screen kept going dark. Was shocked to get home to discover there was a $5 charge to park. That isn’t going to break me but feel you pulled a fast one. No one mentioned a fee. Air conditioner didn’t keep room cool. Breakfast was good.

Very comfortable bed! We were able to get extra bedding and towels easily. Only real critique for the king suite is that even you fold out the sofa bed there is almost no room to walk around it, which you need to to get to the bathroom.

It was quiet. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The shower had water power...nice shampoo/conditioner. Jason greated us and engaged in conversation while checking in. Michelle was also engaging at breakfast. This will become our go to hotel when we travel through every three months

The reservation by Hotels.com was not recognized by the concierge and she would not honor the price, even though we showed her the booking/reservation number. We left the hotel and booked, through hotels.com, the Marriott just across the parking lot. For the same price she offered, but $16 more than the original reservation. Hotels.com has not refunded the $119 reservation that was not honored. Please refund the reservation fee not honored by FAIRFIELD.

The service at the front desk was very rude. As a former Marriott employee I was shocked at how unfriendly and unhelpful the front desk employee was. Also in the middle of the night the fire alarm went off in the room. It was piercing loud and when I opened the door to the hallway it reeked of tobacco smoke. In the morning there was no one to be found at the front desk to talk to about it. Besides that the room was clean and the breakfast spread was nice except for the cold coffee.

I arrived in the evening, after informing staff that I needed to check in late. I had a reservation for a room with a king bed and a pull out couch for my granddaughter. There was no bedding for the couch, so I returned to the front desk for linens. Upon my return to the room, I found no quilt and no pillowcase. I did not return to the front desk, but made do. There was no grab and go breakfast for customers who had to leave early. Not very satisfied with my stay, even though Fairfield and Marriott usually provide a good experience.

Tiffany at the front desk was awesome! So kind and friendly. The breakfast was really good. The beds were comfortable. Asked for extra towels very quickly delivered.

Very comfortable stay. Excellent service, staff was great especially Nike. Room was clean, hotel was pretty quiet. Close proximity to a lot of restaurants. Not far from downtown Indy. Would definitely stay again.

This Fairfield Inn is a nice property but is in a challenged neighborhood with minimal quality restaurants. It is convenient and close to freeways. The staff were all friendly, the room was nice and other attributes of the property like breakfast and parking were nice.

Driving through Indianapolis, so we stayed one night. Checked in around midnight and left at 9AM. Treadmill and exercise area was all in excellent condition, everything in the room was in excellent condition, continental breakfast in the morning was everything expected and staff was present for assistance. If you are looking for a clean, practical place to stay, you won't do much better.

We stayed here for a jacuzzi suite for our anniversary. Property is tucked back in a corner, and is not in a great location, aesthetically. They charge $10 parking for a hotel outside of city limits? Initially room seemed ok, although a little run down. Jacuzzi is from the 90s. Once turned on, we couldn’t shut it off. We tried everything, and they ended up moving us to another room. We had to leave it running. Which seemed like a fire hazard, but the 3rd shift people don’t have access to the electrical panel to shut it off, which is silly. Second room had a jacuzzi, but it was dirty and we didn’t want to have the switch get stuck on this one. One fixture was hanging on by a couple of screws that obviously missed a stud in the wall. Safes were locked in both rooms, and they better not charge me $20 each to unlock like the paper said. Breakfast was the worst I think I’ve ever had. Eggs were ok. Sausage must have been 3 days old, as they were hard as a rock. Baked goods were stale. It was really bad. No offer of comp for our trouble. Would not stay here again. Property needs renovated.

We arrived at 1am, paid full price. Therefore, we woke later than expected. Understanding that we missed breakfast, I was only hoping for a cup of juice. 5 minutes after breakfast ended (9:35am) the attending staff rudely refused to allow a cup of cranberry juice and informed me that I could purchase one at the market.
