The hotel is very nice and in a great location. The staff and valet were wonderful - very friendly and helpful. The hotel was under construction which was loud and inconvenient - more so for the staff than visitors. The breakfast was very good.

The WiFi was good, right across the street from a loud busy night club that is active until about 4 in the morning so I had a hard time sleeping. The bathroom was my only issue. There was hair all over it including in the shower and there was something white on the shower door. If I didn’t have to clean the bathroom myself it would’ve been perfect. My only other issue is the only parking is vallet parking which is $44 per night! And even if you drive a stick shift car that no one in 24 hours knows how to drive no one even touched my car and I still got charged for it! Other than that the room was very nice. Also the breakfast definitely needs some tweaking. The sausage was gross and the gravy for biscuits and gravy tasted like thanksgiving gravy and tasted like turkey, the eggs were also watery.

The hotel’s carpet is filthy. I was concerned to walk on it. At least this is true for 5th floor, common area and room 511. The dust was unbelievable at the side table and windows you could not see out of due to dirt. Very sad I paid 300$ a night for 2 nights

Place was extremely run down. They were renovating, so hopefully fixing it, but wasnt very good. The renovations started at 930 and was very loud. Saw a cockroach in the breakfast area.

The hallway on every floor had stained carpet. A complete turn off. It wasn't lightly stained there were heavy soiled stains from the time you stepped off the elevator all the way to the rooms. Surprisingly the rooms are clean but the hallway carpet on every floor is nasty.

On the last day of the stay, I found a bed bug crawling on me! I was so freaked out! Jessica was so very apologetic and accommodating, however. She brought us large garbage bags to pack our things. She also offered us a different room to get ready in. We were so tired after the event we attended so it just made things very nightmarish. After the long drive home, we had to take steps to make sure we hadn’t brought any home😔

Very comfortable room in a great downtown location. They have valet parking only but there's a parking garage nearby. There was an adjoining room, with a shared door. I could easily hear their conversation.

Overall I had a nice stay. My suite was clean, spacious with lovely windows & breakfast was bountiful. The hotel itself is a restored interesting building with lovely accents. It is conveniently located and it is loud! I could not get over how loud the city was into all hours of the morning and I was on the highest floor!! Just make sure you bring some noise cancelling headphones and your stay will be more comfortable.

I stayed for two nights. The rooms are a bit dated, but it's very clean. The staff were all wonderful. The breakfast was hot and fresh. Felt safe the entire time. There are a variety of fun places and restaurants within walking distance. The downside is the AC. Holy heck that thing is LOUD! So when it kicks on in the middle of the night, it wakes you up! Hated that. Other than that one problem, I would totally stay there again!

Our room was on a very busy and noisy street. In addition, the air conditioning unit was so loud that it sounded like you were in a wind tunnel every time it was running. You couldnt even hear the TV over it. Parking was $40 a night in a lot that was five steps from the hotel. They preferred gratuities be made electronically rather than cash and then charged a "convenience" fee for using the online gratuity process.

The entire stay was amazing. The ease of valet, to checking in to checking out was really great. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Very close to near by attractions that are all within walking distance.

The staff was very helpful and kind. One of the desk clerk Angie, gave me her personal lotion because I was exhausted and advised that I needed to get lotion. She truly impressed me and her selfless act was noticed with great regard. Overall the property is nice, and I will say Angie made my stay an amazing experience.

Booked this property because of it's location within walking distance of Gainbridge Fieldhouse. It was quick, pleasant walk to and from the game. Check in was quick and easy. The hotel was clean, updated, and comfortable. Breakfast was well stocked, with lots of choices. The parking valet was a little on the slow side, and it was difficult to park our car to leave for the valet, but it was game day. And, my husband accidentally left his phone behind, and they found it, called us, and shipped it out for us. All in all, a great experience.

Great option to stay in downtown Indy, 5min walk to the convention center. We had a lot of fun getting around on escooters. Lots of dining options, easy walk to the park and other nearby tourist attractions. Would stay here again.

The hotel was nice and clean and staff were friendly and attentive. However, it was a VERY noisy area, with cars and motorcycles revving their engines continuously from the evening until 2-3am. This was the case both nights we stayed. This is not the fault of the hotel, but definitely something to consider if traveling with kids or are a light sleeper.

Our only real issue was they let several breakfast items run empty 20 minutes prior to ending breakfast service, so several people were struggling to get enough breakfast items.
