We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room key quit working and my daughter needed in the room. The housekeeper helped her get in, and the front desk was quick to fix our card. My only complaint was the elevators were under renovation, so there was only one working elevator. We had to wait a little longer for the elevator than I would have liked.

Our stay was generally disappointing - We stayed at this property for the Indy 500 race weekend because of it’s proximity to the track. Parts of the property were in relatively bad shape, smelled of mold and the proximity was not as adjacent to the track as we thought. (But that is more of a lack of effective traffic control issue). One of the 2 elevators on what I would assume was its busiest weekend of the year was broken. “Light housekeeping” is only done upon request. Breakfast was taken away before the stated end of service period each day and the coffee maker continually broke down.

Lots of potential here with what looks like many updates. But the pool missed getting needed updates. There were rusting ladders and peeling paint from the concrete floor outside the pool. We had lots of paint on our feet going into and out of the pool.

Lobby and rooms were good.. pool needs attention. The paint on the sides of the pool needs redone and so does the walking area. Paint chipping and sticks to your feet. Gets in the pool etc. Breakfast wasn’t what we expected. The yogurt machine, all the dispensing drinks except for Cranberry juice and the waffle machine was out of order. Bacon was so greasy and didn’t taste good.

The water in the pool was freezing cold. The TV in the room did not work. Front desk said it was out for the whole hotel. The breakfast buffet was better that usual hotels at this price point. The beds were comfortable.

Horrible experience! My room didn't have hot water. We were soaking wet from a soccer game in the rain and I expressed the urgency to fix it. Took over 2 hours to get us somewhat warm water. Horrible communication from staff. Construction happening on roof causing unbearably loud noises. Coffee machine in lobby put of order. Pool out of order. They finally moved us to anew room but the manager Andrew refused to compensate us. He even sent us an email saying our erexperience was unacceptable and we needed to contact hotels.com for a refund, but then denied the refund. The noise was so loud I had a headache. He said quiet hours weren't until 9 so they were allowed to be noisy. Apparently the hotel is under new ownership. Andrew refuses to let me speak with thd owner. I hope the owner realizes hope Andrew is treating guests.This hotel stay ruined my plans and ruined me and my daughters weekend.

Our experience started okay—the lobby looked nice. But once we got off the elevator, everything went downhill. The carpet was filthy and paint was peeling from the walls. When we got to the room assigned to us, there was a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. Just as I was about to use my key, a hotel employee walked up and rudely asked what we were doing outside her room. We explained it was the number given to us by the front desk, and she snapped, “You need to go back downstairs. Somebody messed up.” Back at the lobby, they gave us a different room. That one wasn’t much better—the fridge was dirty inside, the tub had grime, and there was a wad of hair over the drain. We were tired from traveling and decided to just clean it ourselves. The shower drained so slowly we were standing in water the whole time. To make matters worse, our room keys stopped working every day, and we had to keep going to the front desk to get them reactivated. On our last day, another guest mentioned the hotel was “supposed” to be remodeling. Honestly, I hope they do—but I won’t be coming back. Between the rude staff, dirty rooms, and constant key issues, this stay was nothing short of frustrating.

Upon arrival, we noticed a very distinct smell of mold and mildew. Aside of the carpet, the inside of the lobby seemed to be updated and clean, so we proceeded with our check-in. On our way to our room, there were dehimidifiers in the hallways and the smell continued to get worse. Once in our room, the smell was overwhelming, the carpet was stained, we had water puddled in our bathroom and the windows were full of condensation. The front desk let us know that a water pipe had busted 2 days before and there was nothing they could do about it. Mold takes 24 hours to set in. Our stay there quickly became a problem. We needed to get a different hotel for our stay in Indianapolis. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. We request a full refund with additional monies for the inconvenience of having to find a different place to stay.

The hotel looks like newer construction but is not well maintained. The entire place smelled like a marijuana vape pen when we arrived. There was also water everywhere from guests tracking water from the pool to elevator and hallways. Staff did not seem to have a sense of urgency to dry the floors. Many of the light bulbs in the hallway were flashing/malfunctioning, giving the hotel a horror film vibe.

The hotel was ok. The swimming pool was out of order which was disappointing. The room was generally clean but someone had left a chewed piece of gum stuck to the headboard and the window had something smeared all over the outside of it. It was on the outside, but clearly needed cleaned. Price was good, so I wasn't too upset about it.

The staff was very responsive and check in was easy. I dont know why where were a ton of holes on the bottom of the walls in the hallways, and also mysterious stains on the carpet everywhere including in the room. I could also hear every little thing the person in room next to me was doing. I maybe slept 3 hours.

Came back to the hotel to sleep , bed and night stand was infested with ants. Went down stairs to ask for room exchange. No attendant for 10mins , decided to call 6 times no answer. Other people were waiting and the guy was just outside standing we could see him. Finally came inside, no apology for the room to be infested with ants or anything. He let us know he would be moving us rooms and to call him to let him know when we switched rooms. Called the front desk and no one answered.

Pro - room was clean. Con - shower temperature was barely tolerable and never got hot. Front desk wasn’t helpful and said it was because the hotel was busy. We were with a large group and I only heard one person say they had a hot shower. All the rest said cold.

This trip was not good! We were in a group - the night we checked in one of the other rooms had blood splatters on all the bedding/throw pillow. On night 3 of a 4 night stay we had no hot water when we returned around 10pm and the front desk staff completely refused to acknowledge the problem when we talked to them about it the next morning; said it's because too many people were showering. The most unhelpful staff I've met. Holes in the walls in hallway with wet carpet around them. It was bad enough that we packed up and left the 4th night and could not get any sort of help on canceling that night and/or crediting our card.

WARNING:THIS PLACE IS “PET FRIENDLY”. That means someone can leave their little dog in their room and said dog will bark at anyone going by their door until 1 AM and there’s nothing they can do about it. Also, the walls are a bit thin so when your neighbor turns on the TV for her children at 7 AM you get the joy of listening to them argue about it. By 8 AM said neighbor was yelling at someone on her phone. One of the worst nights sleep I have ever had at a hotel.

The rooms, the cleanliness, and staff are fine, but the stay wasn't. One of the two elevators broken (not so bad), there was a lot of hallway noise in the middle of the night (bad), they claim some sort of cable outage / dispute that meant no TV (worse), and finally for Saturday's breakfast the coffee machine was out of service (worst!)

First night we got in at 3am due to snow storm, we had 3 families in our group 3 rooms. One family checked in and when they pulled covers back to get into bed theu saw blood stains all over breakfast not the greatest, very crammed and congested in small area Water in room only luke warm first day Next night we got back in late and had no hot water at 11pm at night but just went with it. Woke up at 630 am next morning to take shower and could not get any hot water. Only cold. Turned off and waited a bit tried again. Nothing. Called front desk and she very rudley said well sir, it is sunday morning, people are showering and checking out. Wait an hour for water to recycle and heat back up. Im not convinced but wait another hour and still nothing. No hot water. Go down to front desk to complain and she was very rude asked for manager and none there. Others down eating breakfast also saying no hot water. She again said that hot water has to regenerate from all guests showering. Very rude and acting like i dont know what i am talking about. We stay in many hotels and never had this issue. On a different hall 1st floor found hole in wall as work was done on piping and carpet was wet. Obviously had problems with plumbing. Tried to get out of last night reservation but again she used the no manager on site to approve request. Still trying to contact management but no success, next will move onto corporate.Will not let me upload photos but have some of bedding and hole in wall&carpet

The room itself was nice. Spacious and clean. We were in a handicap accessible room right by the elevator, so we heard every guest coming on or off the floor. The shower was oddly situated. The showerhead was aimed right into the bathroom and the curtain was about 4" off the floor, so water poured onto the floor and it was quite a mess to clean up. There wasn't enough of a lip between the tile and the room carpet and could have flooded the room had we not caught it. Other than the noise and the shower, it was a comfortable stay although we missed out on breakfast because we slept in.

The housekeeping staff is a bit lazy the forgot to clean our room 2 days in a row and we stayed there for 3 nights and was told the breakfast ended at 10 on the weekends went down at 9:15 and it was already put up. The manager was not helpful at all when asked about the room being cleaned either.

Overall it was fine, got what we paid for and served the purpose for the tournament visit we were there for in Indy. The front desk staff were all very nice and accommodating, and it was nice to have the breakfast every morning. Many areas including the front desk and the hallways smelled of marijuana often and the woman taking care of the breakfast was less than pleasant or accommodating. The rooms were good but I agree with an earlier reviewer that the small rooms were overcrowded with two large furniture that made it feel cramped.

Stay was okay but I accidentally left my wallet at the hotel and was assured by hotel staff that they had it and gave them my credit card information for them to mail the wallet to me as they said was their policy. I was told I would get a phone call once it was mailed by someone. Never got a phone call, and then I called a couple of days after the first conversation just for the hotel to tell me that they had mailed it and it’s no longer there. However I have a GPS chip that still shows the wallet is at the hotel and I explained that to them but they still insist that they mailed it and it is no longer there. It’s been over a day since this conversation took place with no updates and the wallet still shows its around the hotel somewhere from its last ping. I’m starting to think they stole it or did something other than mail it to me like they said they would. Definitely replacing all my cards and changing the numbers on everything and wouldn’t recommend even asking the staff for help as they will take your card information then conveniently forget to mail it out probably into their pockets.

Hotel itself is easy to access and well laid out. The rooms seem to be very clean with all the standard amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Check-in was a breeze. Shortly after getting to our room, we found that our toilet didn’t flush. Maintenance was gone for the day, but despite being sold out, the front desk employee was able to find us a new room. We had issues with the key cards for the new room, but this employee was there in an instant with new cards for us. He was very accommodating and friendly when helping us with this issue, and we are grateful to have received amazing service from such a stellar employee.

This hotel is conveniently located right next to major freeways in a suburban setting not too far from DT Indianapolis. It is very close to Eagle Creek Park, which is a beautiful area for walks and enjoying nature

Very clean, nice and friendly hotel and staff and good breakfast. Would rate 10/10 except the area unfortunately is very loud at night. Saturday from 12-4am there was a bunch of noise outside in the parking lot across from the hotel with loud music, honking, yelling, some sort of obnoxious gathering. Cops ended up coming to disperse, but honestly wouldn’t stay there again due to surrounding property. Not the hotels fault, stay aside from the sleepless night was great.

There is a nightclub across the parking lot from the hotel that attracts dozens of people at all hours of the night. They hang out in the parking lot after the club closes until the police come to clear them out. I was awoken on two successive nights at 4:15am and 3am by noise, yelling and police sirens. If you plan to sleep, don’t stay at this hotel. The breakfast is not great. Not much of a selection of fruit, pastries, etc. OJ machine was not working one morning and there was a sign there was no syrup for the waffles, so I decided to pass. The next morning, the sign was gone so I thought I would go for waffles. Fortunately, I asked first. Still no syrup. How hard is it to go out and buy more syrup at the grocery store for the next day? Staff is OK, not great. I’m sure they’re frustrated dealing with the late night activity next door that they can’t control, but something needs to be done or this hotel is going to be quickly out of business.

I booked this hotel for the hot breakfast. When we checked in, I asked the front desk what time does breakfast stop. They said 10:00am We went down to get breakfast at 9:00am and they closed it down and nothing was left. The coffee maker was broken in our room, and the cleaning lady was knocking on our door at 9:30am to clean when check out wasn't until 11:00am. We left.

I love that they're renovating the property. The rooms are great. Beds are comfortable. Comes with microwave and a really nice size refrigerator. Be aware the hallways and floors are a bit sketchy/dirty/old and will make you think the hotel rooms are old as well but they are not, they just haven't renovated the halls yet. Breakfast was beyond exceptional with an omlet station

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the night manager (Elija?) was incredibly welcoming and engaging when we checked in, the beds were extremely comfortable (I loved the pillows), and the complimentary breakfast was honestly the best I've ever had in a hotel -- fresh eggs, delicious sausage, everything hot and fresh. Very friendly staff in the morning as well.

The place is old and it shows. Poor water pressure on third floor and shower head didn’t spray well. Beds were hard but the room was clean overall. Breakfast was good—having an actual fresh omelette station was a surprise. Front desk staff were very nice, although check in was painfully long. They charged a $2.99 environment fee which wasn’t listed on Expedia but was disclosed on the signature sheet.

Wouldn’t stay here again. Picture on web site made it look like a new place. It is not. They said breakfast started at 6:00, but things weren’t ready until 6:30. Made a late start for the road trip.
