Room was quiet and adequate in space. Elevator did not work properly. Front desk did not seem to care. Room refrigerator did not work. Breakfast did not include toast, bagels or fruit. No decaf coffee in the breakfast area. Fitness center was good but didn’t have hand sanitizer. Do not recommend this Holiday Inn.

The main reason I booked this hotel was to utilize the free shuttle. It took an hour and a half for the shuttle to pick me up and bring me to the hotel. And it was unavailable to return me to the airport upon my departure. I had to Uber instead.

My stay was not good. The room towels were HORRIBLE! Stains on the towels, covers and floor. The floor was so nasty that my socks were black. The fire alarm went off like at 6 am and didn’t go off for about 10 mins with no fire or anything. I would not recommend to stay here. Gross

Have stayed at IHG hotels before. Wasn't expecting the Ritz, but definitely wasn't an 8.4 Very Good hotel. As soon as we got there, hallways smelled musty, room was musty, carpets dirty and trash in our ice bin. Wishing I bought refundable room because I would've moved hotels.

Taneasha J, was the best. If it was not for her we would mot have stayed or felt comfortable there. She was so welcoming and professional. She really seem to enjoy what she does and it definitely shows. Management needs to clean the rugs in the entry they look very dingy. Housekeeper need to make sure to clean hair out of showers and back of bathroom doors. The phone didnt work at all in the room. That sucked. Housekeepers do not pay attention. We had late checkmout and they woke us up by knocking hard and entering the room. Very annoying.

The room and staff were fine. The big problem was the thermostat. When you set a temperature, it gets the temp at or close to that level and then shuts the system off. This is terrible! It kept getting too hot to sleep and I had to keep waking up in a sweat to get up and turn the A/C back on - all night - about every two hours! I rented this room to get sleep before that day in Indianapolis and got very little. BIG FAIL! I doubt I will ever stay here again unless they get rid of these thermostats.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The room is in need of remodeling. The AC unit was a portable AC unit sitting on the bedroom floor with a hose going out through the window. It was noisy, and never got the room down below 72 degrees, and impacted my sleep. The hose interfered with the blinds, so the outside light could not be blocked out.

Stayed here for 3 nights for a convention. Its very conveniently close to the airport as well as an airport shuttle which is great. Room was clean as well as the lobby. There aren't many restaurants in area apart from Waffle House so its great that they have a reasonably priced restaurant downstair. Slept well because the bed was very comfy. I recommend staying here.

When we got here for check in, we learned that they had to call personnel in from other properties to cover front desk. The clerk on duty, locked all the computers and walked out in the middle of shift. There wer 15 of us waiting to check in. They all did the best they could to work through the problems and get us taken care of as fast as they could. I give the 5 stars for the effort and going above and beyond!!!

I checked-in at about 1am on Thursday night, and the lady working the night shift (Laura?) was so incredibly kind. The moment I walked in, she greeted me by my first name (I was their last check-in) which blew me away. Things like this just don’t happen in my part of the country. I suspect it probably doesn’t happen anywhere, but Laura is just one of those friendly, salt-of-the-Earth people who knows how to make you feel “home” even when you’re away. Kudos to her for her warm, Midwest hospitality!

When we arrived there was only housekeeping staff on property. The attendant had walked out. We waited for two hours until a person that used to work there, Chastity, came to help. It caused us to be late to our sons performance. They did give us a drink from the bar each, however I feel that this was not enough. Once we were checked in , it.seemed.loke.we should be happy because we were checked in. Had I been able to, I would have left the property.

It started when I called beforehand to see if I had already paid for the room and they said I hadn't, but that it would be charged to my Discover card when I checked in. When I checked in, I was told they don't accept Discover, so I had to put the charge on my debit card. Also, they charged me $100 more and said I would get it back in a few days if not used. So, not only did I have to take the charge out of my checking (when I hadn't prepared to do so), but they charged me $100 more. That was only the beginning. When we got ready to leave, the elevators were out of order. My husband is in a wheelchair and WE WERE ON THE SECOND FLOOR! I called the front desk and explained the situation. They put me on hold for about 3 minutes and finally came back to the phone and asked for me to wait about 5-10 minutes until they fixed the elevators. I said OK. Next thing I know, they send a couple of staff members up (one looked like maintenance and the other was in housekeeping) to carry my husband down the stairs. I was on the phone with my daughter at that time and she said "No, don't let them do it. We can't risk them dropping him." So, she called the fire department and had them come to take him down. It was a very stressful situation for my husband and I to go through. We feel we should be compensated for all the trouble.

While not specifically the properties fault, but Saturday Night 2AM and 50 cars blasting music loud, doing donuts in the streets / parking lot, speeding all around the parking lot, cars on fire for an hour until cops showed up to disperse. Actual hotel room was very clean and modern and comfortable. The location was not so great and would not consider it particularly safe. Staff were extremely slow during check in process. With little to no sleep from the earlier chaos, decided to try check out at 4.30am for a 6.30 flight but night staff were sitting with friends and chatting. After waiting 5 minutes for any acknowledgement just left without check out. If you like nice large comfy rooms in an awful location and mediocer service from staffing, this place will suite you well. Would never personally stay in that vicinity / hotel again after my personal experience

The hotel itself was fine. Friendly front desk people. Room was fine. They don't accept discover cards, which we did not know. There was quite a bit of noise, people outside talking, loud music playing from cars, sirens. I expected it to be quieter considering it was not in a busy location. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant. First, we thought there was a continental breakfast, but there wasn't. So we ate at the restaurant in the building. It was super slow! Took about an hour just to get simple eggs and toast for breakfast (and didn't even get our order right, but there was no way we could send it back, we didn't have time). They weren't even busy, maybe 2 other couples when we ordered. So the hotel is fine, but don't bother eating breakfast there. (Also, not a location with other eating establishments to choose from).

Hotel was overall very clean and modern. Room was very spacious. Elevator had a note by the buttons saying to push the Open Door button if door didn’t open when you reached a floor. Seems like something that should be fixed. Also, although reservation said breakfast was included, we were informed upon checkin that breakfast was not included and would need to pay for it in the restaurant. When we arrived at breakfast, we were told it was free that morning because of the number of people in the hotel that day.
