Rooms are newly remodeled. They are so nice and big. Darkening blinds. Nice storage area and bathroom. Pool was clean. The hotel was very convenient for Team Indiana Volleyball tournament though really not much to do in the area.

Everything was clean but fire alarm kept going off early in the evening due to dust getting in the system because they were working on the pool. One of the reasons we chose this hotel is because it had a pool and when we arrived we were told the pool has been out of service for over a year and there was almost little to no sense from management that this would be seen as something unfair or misleading to me when I booked it. The breakfast was good and they really kept up on keeping the food stocked and hot.

Overall, this was not the standard for Holiday Inn. Multiple ice machines broken or gone from floors, leaky shower, fire alarm went off for whole hotel due to burnt toast, later in morning there was a power surge to where all power went off in room. Staff was nice.

When I called to confirm the stay early in the day the lady I spoke to on the phone was not very nice. I did all I was told to and then we arrived the opposite of what she said happened. The Lobby was nice and inviting however the rest of the place more rundown. The elevator was sooo slow that you were scared it would even make it up. The rooms were very bland and not updated. It stated breakfast was included but didn’t start until 7 and there was never any fresh coffee made down there.

Paid way too much for 2 nights and stayed in the ghetto. Had to take a cold shower on day 1, there was no hot water. Only one SLOW elevator functioning, with an expired inspection post hanging up in it (by 3 months). Lamp outlet in the room wouldn’t hold the plug, therefore couldn’t catch power to turn on the lamp. Warm refrigerator when we arrived, had to wait to unpack our cooler until the fridge cooled off. Base Tile in the bathroom basically falling off with crap repairs done. Cold breakfast the next morning since they were trying to crank out food too fast to accommodate a full hotel trying to get out at the same time (a local kids sporting event). Pool out of service. Day 2, it took me 5 attempts to get the lever to pull up to turn on the shower head before I got Luke warm water. Dirty wash cloth found with our clean towels. No functioning ice machine on our floor. Got Expired snacks out of the vending machines, after it stole our dollar and we had to go to guest services for our money back. Only bonus: Dove bathroom amenities, which were nice but not nice enough to make up for the crap stay.

Our stay was mostly fine, the room was a great setup and very comfortable, the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and they were having people come and paint the exterior of the building during our stay so there were loud workers directly outside our window at 8 am which was rather unpleasant.

The staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable, but there were roaches. Not just one or two, but a lot. When I got up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, the floor was crawling with small roaches. It was really disgusting. When I told the person at the desk in the morning, he said "sorry, we'll look into taking care of that," but didn't offer any other help or assistance. Not the standard of service or cleanliness that I would expect from a Holiday Inn property.

The breakfast menu was great; cereals, sweet rolls, bananas, oranges, apples, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon, toast, bagels, and pancakes! The staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, extra pillows on your bed, 60” tv, easy check-in and out, and it was quiet!

Not great. Tried to take shower and water was cold. When I called about it, I hardly got the words out of my mouth and he offered to change my room like he already knew it was an iss, but put us there anyway. Frustrating! Otherwise, it was not pristine, but not terrible cleanliness wise. Space in room was nice.

The property has been upgraded, and the rooms are really nice and clean with upgraded amenities. The rooms are good size and well designed. The bathrooms have been upgraded also. The problem with the property is location. It is not in the best location but close to the volleyball venue.

Property definitely needed to be updating. For the most part the rooms were clean. Old carpeting. Room is spacious as we had three people in the room. Two beds pull out sofa. Microwave & mini fridge! Friendly staff. Sketchy people hanging around property! Average price.

The hotel itself was great - my room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly & helpful. The area surrounding the hotel, however, was really unsafe. My Uber driver warned me that I should stay in the hotel and not wander the area, especially at night because there's a lot of gun violence in that area. I'm glad he warned me because sure enough, I could hear gunshots on Saturday night... Outside of the hotel is well lit and I felt safe in my room but it was still jarring to hear this! The hotel is about 15 minute drive from downtown Indy. Good option to save money since hotels there were very pricey. I would recommend staying here just be aware of your safety!

Slept very well, room was clean and neat. Breakfast was very good. My morning shower was warm to Luke warm, the water never was hot at any point. I had paid for part of this room using a hotel.com gift card ($79). And my credit card for the balance $60+-. When I got home my credit card was charged $124. Not sure how this happened, I threw the gift card away since it was used up. Sure would like to know what became of my gift card balance.

Breakfast was not great two mornings ( bacon not cooked) and when I asked if they could make more, they said they ran out , Eggs on another morning were overcooked, the so-called French toast is horrible. The helpers barely spoken English (The last morning eggs were cooked properly, and the bacon was cooked properly)
