Before I arrived, I called to confirm my check in time. I was told that the room we paid for would not be available because it's first come first served check in system. I had to talk to the front desk person and they were able to "find" a lesser room, however when we arrived it was clear it was not cleaned properly because the floor was sticky and smelled of syrup. We didnt have a complete set of bedsheets for the fold out couch, and it was surrounded in crumbs and dirt. The tv remote either has dead batteries or just didn't work. The tub flooded because it was so clogged and there were several other things that made it feel like an uncomfortable place to be around including patrons who were smoking marijuana in and around the premises. I was thankful that the front desk people who helped me check in at night were available to let me in, but I was very disappointed in the quality of the room for 300 dollars, especially since I did not get what I paid for and it was not the best cleanliness. I didn't complain much because we only needed to stay a day but I expected much better for the price.

The only nice thing about this hotel was the woman at the front desk. Specifically Charity- as Tonya was rude and very unprofessional. I was in the room for approximately 2 hours before the smell of weed filled the room. Dogs barking in the room upstairs, not to mention a dog in the hallway off its leash. I left the hotel after a couple of hours and checked into a different hotel. The hotel staff refused to work with Expedia and will not refund my money. I am being accused of leaving the room messy (which never happened because I never unpacked my bag). I sat in the room for 2 hours working from my laptop until the weed smell became too strong to ignore. Over all- it was a horrible experience. I would encourage anyone looking for a decent place to stay- to save their money and find a good hotel elsewhere.

The first room I was set to smell like marijuana very bad and it had a work ladder in there with plaster all over the floor. They’re basically working in a room, but renting it I complained, and he sent me to another room which ended up being a little bit cleaner, but still remodeled unprofessionally there was wood floating floors in the bathroom and when they get wet, they buckle up so I’m gonna work was definitely an not professional
