We enjoyed our stay here. We went up and stayed for a Fever game and were surprised at the walkability of everything from this hotel. It also had food options attached along with a parking garage. The parking garage was easy and convenient and charged by the day. Happy with our choice. The room was a basic room but clean and had a lovely bathroom/shower area. The workout area was nice and updated with equipment to do almost everything. Happy with our choice and would definitely stay again!

Everything was great besides the pool. If you plan on going during the colder months, just know it’s unusable. The area it’s in is freezing and the water was freezing. The entire point of staying in a hotel was to be able to go to the pool, so this kind of ruined it for us.

Nice hotel near Lucas Oil stadium. Room and service were fine, but we will never be back. The elevator situation was unbelievable. Anytime you had to use an elevator, it was 10-15 minute ordeal. There were plenty of elevators... 4 regular and 2 service, but it was just too slow. The problem is that there are 20 floors and it could not handle the people at peak times.

Wonderful except parking. When you arrive there is a parking facility underneath but self park is not validated while valet is - a fact not on Expedia’s website or the hotels and which nobody told me when I arrived or at check in.

Great location, Great view. Expensive rooms, expensive parking. Nothing was included like other hotels, such as breakfast. You also had to pay $65 per day to park your car there (valet) or you could park it yourself for $45 for every time you came in.

This was by far the most DISGUSTING hotel I have stayed in. I have a video of myself wiping MOLD off of the shower. I walked in to a room with piles of food crumbs all over, called the front desk to clean, didn’t happen. Went to the front desk to ask for a cleaning and it didn’t happen. I finally had to get livid with the staff before they could locate a vacuum to do basic cleaning. Uber eats delivered my food for the front desk and they looked at me like an idiot and told me to walk around the hotel to find it on my own! Wallpaper was peeling, visible dust everywhere and dirty mattresses were left in plain sight. If you are going to let people use service elevators at least empty the trash ONCE. By day 3 the smell of rotted pizza made me sick. The same garbage bag sat out our entire stay. Simply GROSS. How dare this hotel offer a contest about who can check out with the cleanest room when you don’t clean in the first place. The restaurant buffet had cold rubbery eggs that costs 25.00 each. The cherry on top is I was told because I booked with hotels.com that I have to deal with whatever I get and next time book direct. I would NEVER recommend anyone stay at this place. Go to the Days Inn - it’s probably cleaner

Our room smelt like literal cat piss so assuming the carpet was not clean or sofa bed. The bed sheets had no fitted sheet so the mattress top was exposed. The overall cleanliness was suspect, and we checked in and out as quick as possible. Would not recommend.

The property needs to have detailed cleaning. The baseboards the corners behind the bed was extremely dusty and dirty. I dropped my phone behind the bed and I was appalled.

We were on the 19th floor. The room overall was fine but the A/C didn't keep the room cool. It was very warm, so much so that it was hard to sleep. And several of the wall plug ins didn't work.

It was too noisy until late night outside our room. The room does not insulated well so we could hear all the noises outside our room, and even from the street. The air-conditioning was too noisy. I could not sleep at all. :(

Place is ok, great location. The faucet in the bathroom was loose as was the sink. I do t understand keeping microwaves by the ice machines and only on certain floors. The elevators are painfully slow. We waited for almost 10 minutes when 4 should’ve been running and only two were. The night before we saw a line to get on that went through the lobby. The open concept of the hotel is nice however we were ten floors up and could hear people in the bar at 1am yelling and laughing. And the drag racing outside on the downtown streets is not easy to sleep to either. I understand that is not something the hotel can control but the noise is bothersome. Valet was easy and fast. When we checked into our room, there was very loud music coming from next room. I called the front desk and they told me it was housekeeping in the next room. I felt this was rude and inappropriate. Bed was ok, pillows were terrible. I couldn’t get the AC or air to come on for than a minute at a time.

The staff were amazing, the stay was great! The rooms were clean! The building was clean! Again the staff went above and beyond for myself and the party I was with! We had car troubles the valet parking men were all wonderful and went out of their way! I would a thousand times over recommend this place solely for their staff! I do wish they served complementary breakfast! Overall I am pleased with my stay and your staff is phenomenal

It took a long time to check in . We had to wait to checke in for good 15=20 minutes despite there were three people at the counter. In room no TV service when it rained hard.. so we just had to sit around… room service order was not easy using QR code and it was not easy The room was clean and well equipped. Shower water pressure was too low and water was so hard.

Was followed and stalked by security, because someone said I was on drugs because I was coughing, actually I was having a medical emergency but oh well right? And then management says here’s free breakfast for your issues and treats future patrons from a volunteer fire dept with NO RESPECT!!! Shame on you Carlos!!! On top of that I asked for a warm comforter for the bed which should have been on there and brought a rough blanket maybe the size for a small child… I paid big to stay here for the weekend only to be treated and made to feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome..

Gift at the front desk was AMAZINGGGG!!! We arrived early because our flight got in early and didn’t expect to be able to check in but gift gave us the gift of being able to check in at 10 in the morning. Upon our departure, we were granted late checkout, which was 12:30 PM. This place was awesome thank you Gift!!!

Check in/out was easy. We used valet parking and it was very helpful. I didnt like the cleaning lady knocking on our door at 10am to try too get in our room to clean. We felt rushed to leave the room.

Had to change rooms 3 times. 1st room 2 double beds, This was our 43 rd wedding anniversary. I had to wait 45 min to talk to manager and then prove that I had PAID for the king size bed. 2nd room made for wheelchair everything at lower levels, very uncomfortable. Left my phone charger in 2nd room on day 2 . They can’t find it or let me back in that room , I checked in at the desk 2 a day for 2 days.. 72 hours later they find it as I am on my way to the airport.

The staff at the Hyatt were phenomenal. The first night of our stay there was loud shouting from the next room. At first it sounded like it was coming from the hall or the balcony from the next floor. We discovered it was coming through a connecting door. We became frightened because the loud voice sounded angry. After several texts with the front desk and checks by security we were offered a different room. The security team ushered us out of the room and were extremely kind. They stayed behind to monitor the situation in the adjoining room. My husband and I give high praise to the night staff and the security team. Thank you.

Jennifer at the front desk was amazing. The rest of the short stay was just disappointing. It was especially frustrating when we were waiting to sleep and the blanket we requested took a half hour to get. And all they brought was a sheet, and was brought to me and basically just thrown into my hands. I felt like an inconvenience, so I didn’t ask for a blanket. Because of that, it was a cold night of sleep. We increased the temperature, but it never warmed up for us. I also paid for an upgrade to a suite being informed there was a privacy wall between the bed and pull out couch. We were disappointed when there wasn’t any form of separation. So that was a waste of money. My stay started off great because of Jennifer at the front desk. The rest was a complete disappointment.

Situated in the heart of the city this is a great place to stay! Others mentioned parking: it’s a strange situation and traffic flow is not marked. Large vehicles would not be a good idea! Staff was excellent and room very clean. I would recommend!

Very clean and well kept. I liked that it was in walking distance from our event and from everything else going on downtown. The parking is a bit much and a bit inconvenient since it's not come and go but that's to be expected downtown. The only issue I had was the towels could've been cleaned and inspected better but other than that the hotel was nice, we would stay again

I was there for PS/Oregon Big 10 Game. Although Penn State lost everything else was great. From checking in( Front desk employees were awesome) to checking out. Hotel is beautiful with very clean rooms. Loved the location was close to Stadium and the local bars.

It was very convenient as it locates center of downtown, easy accessibility from airport to dining places. However, breakfast was not good. Nobody is in egg station, all actions are very slow, no selection of foods

Great location in downtown Indianapolis. Valet and luggage service made check-in seamless. We had dinner at the Eagle’s Nest, which was delicious! Views of the city were beautiful; especially the sunset. Would recommend!

We were there for a concert. The bartenders were very friendly and helpful. The drinks were wonderful. I didn't know what I wanted, but the bartender made a great suggestion. Nice selection of restaurants and gift shops.

The room was very pricey for what you get. We wanted to check in early, given a hard time: wrappers were left in the bathroom, Luke warm water at best to shower. We couldn’t order room service they just kept telling us to use a QR code with no other explanation.

Really easy check in, and the room was as expected. The Eagle’s nest restaurant is a must experience! One of the best restaurants in the area and it’s in the hotel at the very top.

Eagle's nest restaurant was outstanding. Room was just a normal hotel room, nothing fancy for the price. Staff is friendly. Valet parking is a cool thing. Room service available. Used it to get an amazing breakfast.
