Stayed 1 night

Our stay was just overnight for a concert. We were very happy with the hotel but felt very deceived by the parking. The sign said $45 for 24 hours and I was charged $72 when I called to question the charge I was told because it was valet. I pulled into the parking area (off the 1 way street ) where the sign said $45 and given a ticket. There was no sign that said this parking is valet and it cost $72. I was not given an option to park any place else for the $45. Very deceiving!

Most Disappointing Hyat property that I've ever been to. Actually left and stayed across the street at the Embassy. Room smelt dirty like mold. Lobby was amazing, rooms were probably the worst I've been to.

When I asked the receptionist if they had a store so we could buy a few things. She said, no, they only had 2 vending machines. The next day after we had settled in from our travel. We saw clearly there was a big store not far from reception. Irksome.

Our room was dirty. Their was red goop smeared on mirrors. Housekeeping entered my room unannounced twice. Parking was outrageous.
