By far the filthiest, most disgusting room I’ve ever experienced. Complete dump. You know it’s bad when you walk in and hit the light switch and nothing works. No working lights or plug ins in the main room. Got in at midnight and had no energy to go look for another hotel since we were getting up in 5 hours for the Indy 500. Towels and washcloths were soiled or stained, not sure which. Nasty stains on beds and obvious water damage in bathroom. Only place where you’d come out of the shower dirtier than you went in. Thankfully the lights in the bathroom worked, but when we saw the nastiness, I wish they didn’t. The pee on the toilet from a prior guest was a nice touch. Slept on top of the bedspread and used my backpack for a pillow. The fact the room was so expensive for the Indy 500 made it even harder to swallow. NEVER again will I book a Red Roof Inn. Thought it must be a joke but they were thrilled to take my money. Maybe this was the special room for people who book through hotels.com. STAY AWAY!! Felt bad for the lady at the front desk who works for a slumlord.

Upon check in I was greeted great though the process due to training took 25 mins to check in. I was given a key of 112 and an envelope that stated 222 and both rooms did not work upon trying. I walked all over and then back to the front. Got an entirely new key/room and got in. The room smelled like a mix of smoke and animal urine and bedding was stained/soiled. No remote for tv. Lights above bed didn’t work. And to top it off, a cockroach was climbing down the wall when using the rest room. (I have picture and left cockroach in sink). I can’t bring myself to bring my belongings in from the car until having them washed somewhere before the I eliminate any chance of taking critters home with me. I took some photos but should have taken more to help describe the rest of the unclean areas/sheets/bedding/floor, etc. Again, customer service as far as kindness goes, was great. Though sadly I would not return.

Unfortunately I had to have a room for DOT so I slept a few hours in my clothes on the towels because the bedding was so disgusting. Had visible crud on mattress pad and multiple stains and holes in rest. The tub also had visible crud in it so I didn’t even touch it. Checked out asap.

The room was absolutly horid bathroom ceiling was falling down there were 3 or 4 blood stains on the bathroom wall. Bathroom door would not close. The cleanliness of the room was maybe a 4 on a 10 scale. The bed was tho most uncomfortable bed ive ever slept in. Im sure the health department would absolutly shut this place down. Zero out of 5 stars. Would not recomend especially for 250 per night!

This has to be the absolute worst hotel on the planet. The first room had no heat, sticky floors, only 2 of the 7 lights worked, none of the power outlets worked, the bedspreads were stained, there was mold in the shower, the toilet didn’t flush the sheets were stained and the tv didn’t work, also no remote. The 2nd room wasn’t much better. No heat no water pressure, broken shower head, microwave door was broken almost off of the microwave, cold air came in around the door, very limited tv channels, no working phone. When asked for another room was told no. Asked for refund was told I had to wait until the manager got there on Monday but we could leave if we didn’t like it. We were 11 hours from home and couldn’t afford another hotel. Asked the day shift front desk for a refund and explained the problem and she said contact the property on Monday for the manager (those was Saturday) Travelocity will be contacted. AVOID THIS “HOTEL” AT ALL COSTS!!

Dirtiest hotel I have ever booked a room at. So dirty that we booked at a different hotel and left. Top comforter covered with stains. Room smelled bad. Bathroom with stains in tub and area around the toilet dirty. Save yourself time. Do not book here!

Could be one of the worse-conditioned rooms I've ever stayed in. There were pools of water in the bathroom that we had to keep mopping up with towels. No internet. Security latch on door was broken. No emergency exit procedures posted. Nothing in the room to provide locations of things like the ice machine. TV remote didn't work well.

I've been to some bad motels, but this one was a broken down mess. From roach problems to not having light bulbs in place, other light fixtures not working, highway noise, amateur repairs on door, mildew around tub, phone cord wouldn't stay in handset, fire detector not working, bed worn out and making noise (springs), other problems...ad nauseum. Made me nostalgic for when I passed a kidney stone!

The air conditioner was so loud, it sounded like a plane taking off every time it cycled on. The toilet after flushing and refilling was also super loud. There was only one nightstand. There were no lamps except over the bed. There was no rug or carpet to wipe your feet. The bathtub was gross. There is a shelf to hang clothes right by the sink that sticks out and is easy to crack your head on. The bed was okay. The staff on check-in/check-out were friendly. Only good thing I can say.

This was the worst hotel experience of my 49 yrs. For 95$ this is what i recieved. The tub had mold around it. The overhead main lights didn't work. The mattress was old and hard. You could feel the springs in your back and the few pillows that they gave you were razor thin. You also had to slam the door several times in order for the door latch to catch.

Was a so so experience. Place was alright, but kind of expensive for what it was. Door was partially broken, headboard was broken, toilet wouldn't fill up to flush. All the workers I talked to seemed like they didn't care about much. Lots of people in the office complaining about their rooms. But, the bed was comfortable. And a nice sized room.

The property is old. Overall the bed was clean, but for a king only 3 pillows. Room had a few updates, but the tub was stained. Toilet is very low. Sink is outside of the toilet and tub area. If your looking for a low price room and can handle broken light switch plates, stained tub and base board dirt this place will work for you. Staff was friendly but I had difficulty understanding him. Our room also was on the back side and faced the freeway. Traffic was very loud, esp semi's.

The bed sizes are falsely advertised. The room description said 2 queen size beds. But the bed in the rom were barely full size beds. Its impossible for two adults to sleep in 1 bed. The shower was not clean, it had hair all on the walls and tub.

roaches, in three different rooms that we switched. There was a single person working who was un helpful and we found out they offer zero refunds. Went through Expedia and the manager denied them our refund after we found roaches, stained and dirty bed sheets, and dirty floors (cigarette buds trash and dead bugs). Very frustrating and had to find another place to stay. Play it safe and go somewhere else.

Customer service was infuriating to deal with to get a late check in. When the phone connection worked, the foreign agent was nearly impossible to understand. The agent properly sent my phone number to the local RR's front desk. From there on out, all was done adequately.

I paid for 3 people in 1 room. There were only 2 towels for showers. I called once and visited the front desk and was told additional towels were coming, along with additional toilet paper I requested. We went to dinner, came back and nothing had been delivered. I again went to the front desk, retrieved the toilet paper and was told they were out of towels. Customer service is essentially non-existant and it's apparent whomever owns this place does not take pride in the property. All that said, I guess it's expected from a Red Roof Inn.

The location was convenient but there was a lot of noise from the road. In addition, the sheets on our bed were dirty and there was yellow stains on them. They need to use bleach on their bedding. The new decor was nice.
