Pool closed :( lobby / breakfast area had a very overpowering cleaner smell. Hallways smelled life Clooney l co l chlorine/ bleach smell. Rooms had no smell. Overall stay was fine. Didn't enjoy having to drive past an adult bookstore to get to hotel.

After charging me for an extra $50 for my early check in, the front desk, I was told that the place is under renovation so the pool and gym will not be available and no hot breakfast as well. The carpet of the whole hotel on the first floor is old and nasty. And if you are not looking to your steps, you will get tripped because of the very uneven old and nasty carpet. The room where I stayed has the same old and nasty carper condition. The padlock has 1 bolt missing that made me feel unsafe. Toilet is not cleaned with hair all over it. And because I had to check out late, the front desk charged me $97 as a one day stay! The price and extra charges are not worth the place at all! What a terrible place!

What I like about this location was staff was respectful. What I didn't like that the property is understructuction and they ice machine wasn't working. Sign posted go.to front desk for ice but front desk says theres no ice.

2 Bath Towels, 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel provided for 2 people. Elevators didn't work. Soda vending machine wasn't working. Snack vending machine had 2 snacks in it and it was otherwise empty! No plastic drinking cups in the room. Coffee maker but no coffee! They actually go to your room and inspect it when checking out before they give the $50 deposit back.

Didn't like pool was closed..front desk tried to say I reserved handicap room but did not....beds were really hard...cable tv goes out when rains/ thunderstorm...not huge fan of $100 deposit that should go off in a week...breakfast was ok..had a cool pancake maker per kids.....got what paid for but was a bit worse than expected...don't see myself going to indy again but probably would try somewhere else if i did..

I booked through Expedia and I checked out after staying one night, which the front desk provided no check out confirmation, and I asked for a refund, which they stated I needed to give a 24 hour notice to do so. However, aside from this issue they state they have a “gym” which is false. There is a treadmill and an elliptical in a room, thats all. My room had visible mold on the ceiling too and I have video to prove it

We found out when we arrived that the pool was out of order. We checked in on a Wednesday. The person at the front desk said he felt sure it would be ready by Friday. Since all hotels in the area were booked, we decided to stay. Our room really stunk. The refrigerator was not clean and also stunk. The guest laundry room was out of order. The bathtub was really slick and we had to be careful not to fall. We stayed for 3 nights yet housekeeping did not check in one time to take trash, dirty towels or see if we needed anything. We had to go to the front desk for clean towels and toilet paper. They had an air hockey table on the second floor that just needed batteries to operate. We asked the front desk twice to fix it and both times they said they would. The table was never fixed. The breakfast was not good. The eggs were cold and hard around the edges. Come Friday the pool was also not ready to use. It didn’t even have water in it. The clerks at the front desk should not over promise. If something will not be fixed, then they should be honest about the situation. We made it very clear that one of the reasons we picked that hotel was for the pool. They did not even bother to give a discount off the price of the room. I was not happy with our stay and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was excellent and when I called to confirm our reservations I specifically asked if the pool was open and working and they said it was. However, when we checked in the next day they said it was closed for the week for maintenance! This eas very frustrating.

Hallway smelled like cigarettes, there were bags of trash in the hallway. The side door into the hotel was propped open with a garbage can filled to the brim. There were more garbage bags outside next to the side door of the hotel. Our room was dirty and the walls and ceiling were covered in stains and scratches/scuffs. Found old dried up contact lenses in the bathroom, we don’t wear contacts. There was a large hole in the ground that looked like it went under the foundation in the grass on the hotel grounds with a rock I’m assuming was covering it but had shifted.

This was one of the worst hotel stays we’ve had. The hotel was dingy and unkempt. The hallways had small amounts of tissue or toilet paper debris in them. The room was dirty and dingy, not up to western standards. I took a look at the mattress and it was disgusting. There were small spatters of blood on the walls in the bathroom like those a hypodermic needle would leave. There was a dirty wash cloth in our bathroom on arrival. All the edges of the carpets and baseboards were dirty. Pealing paint and exposed drywall… Our hallway smelled like marijuana. The grass has been cut outside on Thursday and the clippings were still on the sidewalk Sunday when we left. Breakfast in the mornings was a joke. Cooked but cold eggs, bacon and sausage. Find another place.

The person at the fron desk was friendly at check-in but the actual room itself was dirty, dirty sheets, dirty towels, and it was probably a while since it was last vacuumed. Would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This property was not clean what so ever. Our room was not clean. There was hair and dirt in the tub. The shower curtain had multiple stains all over it. Our bed had a big blood stain. So I took pictures of everything and showed the staff and we asked if we could move rooms and they let us move rooms and our second room also had a big blood stain on the mattress. The TV was broken and the shower was still filthy. We did not enjoy our stay whatsoever.

We booked through Expedia so the room was paid for, upon arriving we were told we had to give another 100 for a security deposit which was most of the spending money i had brought. We got to our room and the bathroom was FILTHY, blood stains on the toilet, hair all over the bath tub, scum in the bath tub and black mold along the base of the walls of the shower. On our way out to the pool the half of the hallway on the way out smelled like sour milk, and the trash cans were overflowing infested with flies and smelled like roadkill. We were on my daughters 16 birthday trip, and i will never stay here again and would suggest everyone else to go elsewhere too. The one positive thing i will say is, that the young lady that checked us in was great, she was so very sweet and warm. She would do great at a flourishing hotel.

The hotel presents well as did the room. The lobby is bright and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was what you would expect for a hotel breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall the experience was decent however there was a lot to be desired when it came to cleanliness. Our room as well as the bathroom in the hotel lobby were not very clean. The feminine hygiene can in the lobby bathroom was full to the brim. The faucets had hard water stains, rings in the toilets, dirty shower curtains, random hair in the shower and on the toilet, stained carpet. These things were disappointing to me and I will most likely not stay here again.

The workers here are very nice. The room itself was ok. It waa very clean. My concern was the noise all night from being so close to tbe expressway. You can hear traffic all night long!! They need to get a noise barrier. It was difficult to sleep each night.

As a woman traveling alone I absolutely did not feel safe here! When the entrance closest to your room is propped open by all the frequent guests that stay here but theres a a sign on the door that says it is supposed to be locked yet it’s not and management is okay with that (walking the halls and knows it’s unlocked). Smells terrible like cigarettes. Limited outlets in room, exposed wiring through halls and in bathroom. Bathroom light switch was above the door?!!!? Ripped curtains that let light through when I tried to sleep since I was working nights. At 730am no milk for cereal which was basically the only option for food. Had to go to the desk three times because my key wouldn’t work on separate occasions!!! Got oogled by the guy at the desk. Zero stars! STAY! AWAY!

I arrived late, and was very tired. Staff at the desk continued talking to someone on the phone as they checked me in, which is rude. She also didn't explain the parking until I asked. The front lot was full. The area is right of expressway, next to a Cracker Barrel and Lion's Den (adult "bookstore"). There were drunk and high folks around as I walked from the parking lot in the back. Room itself was nice and appeared clean. As I went to settle down and turn on the tv, I noticed the remote was covered in some kind of substance. I dropped it so quick. It took me a while to get to sleep. Not soon after I was sleeping, there were many knocks on my door. When I finally got up, there appeared to be a cop at my door. When I opened it a bit, he knew my first name, but then had some weird story about looking for a kid in my room. It was strange and disconcerting, and later on then next day, the idea that it may not have been an actual cop at all crossed my mind. After that, I did not at all feel safe in the hotel. So in the morning I did not partake in breakfast, and I left as quickly as possible. If you do not absolutely have to stay here, don't.

I tried to check in within 24 hours of my check in time and I was told in order to stay I would have to rebook and that the days I previously paid in full for was canceled because they incorrectly listed me as a no show. I tried to appeal but supposedly no manager was as on site. The from desk worker barely understood what I was saying and was incredibly rude. DO NOT BOOK here. The worst service I ever had

When we checked in, we were given a room key that was already occupied by someone else. We walked into the room and it had belongings of someone else. Also, we did not receive our $50 security deposit back for both of the rooms that we stayed in.

Very nice room and great staff. Travelling with dogs, and the room was very clean, fresh smelling, and comfortable. Loved that it's a stone's throw away from a Cracker Barrel restaurant. Solo female traveler, and everything felt safe. Would love to stay here again.

Everything was great. The breakfast was better than similar hotels, offering little egg patties, sausage gravy, pancakes, plus the usual. Location is easy to get to, but you can hear the freeway from the room.

1st they tried to put us in a dirty room. Food was all the bed, no towels, trash in trash can, and food in fridge. Then moved us to different room. Then woke up next morning to eat breakfast and fruit was moldy, orange juice was nasty, yogurt was out dated. We ate pancakes and I was nervous to even eat that. We 100% will never stay here again.

The breakfast was underwhelming. You had your choice of dry cereal, eggs biscuits and oatmeal. in regards to drinks you had water, juice and coffee. They had orange juice and a light diet lemonade. The coffee did not have any lids for the cups that they did have on site …small styrofoam The juice cup is the size of a small Dixie cup that I’ve seen at hospitals to take a pill. There was no room service as it states on the website... I had to request towels after the third day. No bed turn down service for my 4 night stay. Underwhelmed

The bed was comfortable but the room wasn't spotless. No shampoo in the room either. The tub floor is very slippery! (Not good for us old people). The breakfast was not good so we ate elsewhere.
