We stayed for 2 nights (Fri-Sun).The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The gym facilities were nice. Unfortunately our room only had one mirror that was located in the bathroom. This made it very difficult for multiple people to get ready at the same time. Parking is expensive. The ramp is conveniently located, but in/out privileges are not part of the $45 fee. Maybe that is a typical expense, but if you’re not used to traveling to a bigger city be prepared to spend around $100 for parking. If we did this trip again, we’d choose a hotel that offered at least a continental breakfast. Walking around the area around the hotel was generally okay, but don’t go too far after dark. It felt pretty sketchy.

Nothing unique about the property except ity was connected to the convention center. Didn't like? 1. For a handicap accessible room, the toilet paper roll was in very dificult location to use. 2. I had an adjoining with with family. They were surprised not one BUT TWICE with new clients accessing the room because the front desk thought the room ws empty. Once is a mistake. Twice is neglectful. 3. Housekeeping did not replace the coffee. 4. Ice machine was not working on the 12th floor. No sign. Went to the 11th floor and the ice machine was not ion service. Finally had to access the 10th floor for ice. This i how a 4 star hotel works?

The hotel was nice and clean. The game room was not available during our stay which is the only reason for 4/5 stars, my kids were looking forward to playing a few games at the end of our night.

Very nice hotel, great gym, decent restaurant. Main downside is parking: There is a valet option and a self park (only one in-out per stay!) but not even a designated area to stop in front of the hotel for check-in and loading.

Everything was great except for parking. The city owns the parking garage for the daily self parking, not the hotel. This information is not shown on the hotel's website. If you wish to get the advertised $45 / day discounted self parking rate YOU DO NOT GET TO GO IN AND OUT of the parking garage for $45 / day. You will end up paying $45 or so EVERY TIME YOU GO IN AND OUT.

We have stayed at this property many times before. The renovations they’ve made are awesome. We enjoy the convenience of being able to walk downtown and all the fine restaurants surrounding it. Their new restaurant downstairs is also fantastic. Had lunch there and it was awesome. Also had late night drinks at the sports bar. Love the stay and the atmosphere. We all go back

No pool no hot tub no bath tub in room like expected. Hotel completely remodeled lobby area very beautiful. Rooms updated but not spectacular. Walls of room paper thin can hear every noise in hallway at night. Tv flashing and broken. I forgot something in the room and they were very accommodating letting me come back and get a new key to grab jt.

Lobby was beautifully designed. Safe and secure. They had security as a priority, even in the elevators. Room was comfortable even though the wall were paper thin. The bathroom was very pretty. Shampoos and conditioners were available. We heard kids running in the hallway all night. Overnight parking was expensive. I used the facilities for less then 12 hours and spent over $200 on the room and parking.

What a beautiful property! Very clean, modern, nice gym facility, friendly staff. We even got bottles of water at check-in. There is construction in the area but was stile very easy to navigate.

The only major problem I had was I found a bug in my bed and NO ONE showed any concern! When I showed the afternoon clerk the glass I caught the bug he smiled and said “Sorry” and offered me a new glass. When I complained at check out, the clerk just laughed and when I asked to talk to management, he smirked and told me they were all in a meeting.

The property was nice and so was the surrounding area but our room wasn’t clean, we booked a two queen room and there was hair on the sheets and the pillows and the shower looked like it hadn’t been touched either. Other than that the staff was nice and it was in a good area just could’ve been a lot cleaner.

Grand entrance and clean. What didn’t like while taking a shower I reach for the body wash and container was empty. So I had to get out of the shower to use the bar of soap. After our room was cleaned the crew left our door open. It as a scary moment because we didn’t know what we find on the other side of the door. We was glad to find everything was still in the room nothing was taken.

Excellent customer service, in the restaurant, front desk, and the valet. Room was pretty clean, except for some crumbs left on the floor on the corners. But overall great location and comfortable. Great amenities including the gym.

Staff was very friendly! Comforter had some stains on it. Called the front desk and tge cleaning staff was at the room within 10 minutes with a new one. Stains were from the dryer or ironing fyi! Hotel was clean. Valet was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is connected via skybridge/walkway to the convention center and allows for indoor walking almost to the front steps of Lucas Oil, which was crucial for my kids on a cold night! Raj at the front desk, along with others, is very helpful and will answer anything you need. Room was small, but cozy and nice. Shower and bathroom was amazing. Only downside is that there is no pool, which we already knew! Great hotel and will look to stay again.

Nice hotel but disappointed with quality of what we thought would be higher for a Westin. Beds were stiff and everytime someone in adjoining rooms used toilet, our drains in bathroom would make gurgling noises, which throughout the night got old. Front desk also failed to honor having our room request which was made week prior to arrival, not near elevator due to our small dog who’s easily spooked and had to move to another room. TV channels were very limited and only one Showtime channel option. For a price point of over $300 night, expected better quality from a Westin when compared to other hotel chains:(

Overall, it was fine. I booked a king room with a sofa bed and received a room with two queens, with no indication or explanation of room change from the staff at check in. There was a large gap under the entry door which meant we heard hallway conversations and door closings at all hours of the night. However, we never heard noises coming from within other rooms, so there is some measure of sound proofing. Again, overall it was fine, not great.

The hotel/room was wonderful. Our room was on the top floor, and it had a huge bathroom with a walk-in shower with two showerheads and a garden tub; the bed was very comfortable, and the location was convenient to museums, restaurants, etc. The only issue we had was when housekeeping entered our room without knocking. TWICE. Ugh. Otherwise, it was an exceptional hotel.

The property was conveniently located in downtown. There was construction going on effecting the entrance to the property. The Staff were friendly and very helpful. When I asked about a rooftop view of the city, they moved us to a higher floor that gave us a nice view of the city. Only negative is the seal to the room door was missing letting light in and sound from the hall. I did tell customer service in the morning. They offered me a breakfast vouch and reward points and thank me for making them aware.

I paid for this hotel and received a confirmation. Once I arrived to check in, the front desk associate stated she would be back. Multiple minutes later she returned stating they had overbooked and there were no rooms available. They did find a room at another hotel but why let a customer book a hotel and charge them? I traveled from out of town to a sold out event and had to find out on arrival. Unacceptable.

Staff was outstanding. Somehow my credit card wound up on the hotel floor. Security texted me immediately to say they had retrieved it and were keeping it until I could return to claim it. They went above and beyond to allay my fears. I will be forever grateful for their diligent professionalism - OUTSTANDING in every way imaginable.

This was our first time at the hotel and Indianapolis. What more can I say about the Westin! This was a beautiful hotel and the staff does everything to make you feel like you're the only one in the hotel, even though there was a wedding and a conference going on. The rooms are spacious and clean. We were greeted at the counter by Roshika, who was a gem. She was patient, smiled, and allowed us to check out late. We had a noise disturbance on our floor a couple of times in the middle of the night. I reached out to the service desk, I received an apology, and the supervisor called within 5 minutes. We were able to change our floor, and they apologize for the inconvenience. The service that we received throughout our stay was out of this world. The stay alone made us want to visit Indianapolis again. It is close to everything that you want to see or eat. Give this hotel a chance. You won't regret it.

I requested an early check in which I understand it was very busy that weekend. But I was there early with my kids and waited in the lobby for over 2 hours to get a room. I was told they were not done cleaning. But others were checking in and getting rooms. I am sure I was not the only one that had a double bed. That was very disappointing as then we did not have any down time before we had tickets for an event. I don't know that I would recommend this place.

Right in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. Everything was excellent! Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Connecting walkways to other parts of town if cold or rainy weather. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location downtown close to restaurants. Comfy beds and clean rooms. There were no microwaves in the room so I couldn’t heat up my breakfast. I went to the cafe to order breakfast instead. Way overpriced. $18 for two eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast. I would have been ok with the $18 had it tasted good but the potatoes were only half cooked and had no seasoning whatsoever. The toast was barely toasted. It was another $4 for drip coffee. Save your money and go to Starbucks for breakfast.

The food was not so good. Were small selection and what we eat was poor. We have been to this place often but had a 7 year gap when they removed Shulas which was an outstanding restaurant. This is all quick and tasteless. Maybe this is the new generation food that is quickly prepared and not my style. Such a shame because this property is outstanding.

We had a wonderful stay at the Westin for the Maskfest event. The staff was so kind and helpful and the hotel was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. They also make wonderful coffee in the mornings and pizza for dinner! We will be back next year!
