Knobs missing from dresser, dirt/bugs in light in bathroom, musty smell when air would run, carpet in hallways coming up. Lobby was nice, enjoyed coffee and water being available any time of day. Breakfast was not great. Sausage didnt look cooked. No ketchup, salsa out for eggs/potatoes, pancake machine said to change bag, toast tasted stale. Pool area seemed dirty. Clumps of hair floating in pool. Floor around hot tub either had mold or dirt on it. Overall not what i would expect to get for $190/night. Would not book this hotel again.

The pool and hot tub were closed the entire week. Everyday I had to have my room key re programed as it would always not work. Staff is rude. Elevator was slow as hell so I just took the stairs all week lol. Not a good hotel and I travel a lot all year.

We loved our stay! Everything was nice and clean, very friendly staff! Pool and hot tub are Awesome. Our coffee maker didnt work but that was the Only thing wrong with our stay!

Breakfast area is really hot, it's hard to sit down there and eat, but also hard to take food back to your room. The hotel is nice, in good condition and the staff are always really nice. The breakfast is decent, but I wish they would bring back waffle makers. We just had another trip to the area and didn't stay because of no waffles. (Picky kid eaters). The pool area is smaller, but clean and the water is warm. The waffle thing is a personal preference, otherwise I would keep staying here.

Hotel was decent. Had a smell to it. Wasn’t bad but not pleasant either. One vending machine for soda and was completely out of stock. Could use a few updates and Breakfast wasn’t the best. But all in all was decent. Really liked the jetted tub and bed was comfy.

We came to KC to get away and celebrate our son’s 7th birthday. The pool was broken and my little boy was heartbroken, that’s the whole entire reason why we chose this hotel. While they offered for us to go to their sister hotel to swim there was a boys high school basketball team that had taken over the pool area. Understandably not the hotels fault that things happen just no compassion for a visibly upset little boy.

The buffet breakfast was great. And the pool and hot tub was open late, which is awesome. Many hotels nowadays are closing their hot tubs, but this was a must for us, so thanks for providing!

This is a decent hotel but needs attention and updating. It is in need of a deep cleaning, carpets are stained throughout the halls and rooms. The wall paper is peeling in some areas. The bathroom overhead fan is so loud that you cant hear anything else if the switch is turned on

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, but the room I stayed in was not up to par. The carpet was sticky, the restroom was not complete clean and the room smelled horribly musty. I will not recommend or return to this location.

The hotel was nice and in a great location but they had the pool taken over by a kids party and then all those kids ran up and down the halls and in and out of rooms banging doors. The walls are thin and we could hear everything going on in the room next to us. Notified the front desk but the noise continued. I know they can’t control the kids or make the parents do anything but it seemed like noise carried morning this hotel versus others ones we have stayed at.

Property needs an update pretty bad. Rooms are dated. A/C unit is like a car running on the room just the same as the bathroom fan. Furniture is old. Chair lift wouldn't work to raise it or lower it. For the quality or the property the value is extremely high. I wouldn't have paid more than half for what I paid. Breakfast was good though.

The hotel needs maintenance and a remodel. The toilet tank was not filling up on its own so we had to take the lid off and open the valve. The sink faucet handle was loose and about to fall off. The hotel looks worn and in need of a refresh. I DID sleep well, though. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner provided consistent white noise without clanking or buzzing, so I appreciated that.

We paid $500 for 2 nights for what we thought was going to be a traditional Holiday Inn Express. Property was clean, staff was kind and breakfast was reasonable although the building didn't feel inviting, design is cold and meh - but this we could live with. Unfortunately what made our experience a negative one was our bedroom. For starters, our A/C would make us freeze while turned on but we were extremely hot the minute it turned off, kept us up all night. Beds were uncomfortable and we could feel the springs as we tossed and turned. Shower curtain was not appropriate for shower and it wouldn't stay closed. Bathroom didn't have any soap bars, makeup removers and just overall under stocked. Overall the worst room we've stayed at in years and to top it off, we paid upscale pricing for Super 8 quality. We have not slept in 2 nights after staying here. Happy to be home and finally get some sort of rest.

The power went out. Not their fault. The whole block was out. The employees were quick to share it wasnt their fault. The breakfast had to be pulled. When asked if they were going to put it back out, their response was less than satisfactory... lack of empathy was very apparent. Since the elevator was down, i had to help my 85 year old.mother down a flight stairs to leave the hotel, even though we asked for ground level and an accessible shower...

We loved the location close to restaurants and shopping. Olathe is one of our favorite places in the KC metro area for it's safety and available activities. The hotel was very clean, pool area was very nice and the breakfast was excellent! We would definitely stay here again!

Very friendly staff. Quiet rooms. Directly behind a gas station and Joe's BBQ (which is worth the wait). 5 minute walk to Target (busy street, but there's a crosswalk). Clean pool.

Staff was super friendly! The pool was a big nice space for the kids. I would say the only complaint would be breakfast. Although the food was good, it didn’t seem like there was enough prepared for the volume of people. Otherwise, we had a great stay.
