Elevator was at end of hall and very slow. Ice maker did not work on our floor. Water barely trickled out of shower head. Most other things seemed to be about average. Nothing standed out for being great about this place.

Iit has been a while since I’ve stayed at a hotel and now I remember why. The pool wasn’t clean nor was the hot tub. The hotel was full which meant people like staying there but it definitely was not my cup of tea. I didn’t enjoy hearing people coming and going from my room.

Our room was spacious, clean, quiet. There were leaky pipes in the hallway, with buckets to catch water but other than that, it was ok. Breakfast was great.

Carpets had no stains through the areas we were around. The room had a bench for luggage and hooks that are very convenient useful space. The elevator at the end of a hallway was different since they’re usually in the middle of the hallways. Breakfast was nice and even had turkey sausage option. Parking lot connects through to the Target parking lot. I would stay here again.

We stayed here during a basketball tournament. The hotel was very nice and clean and cool. Being cool was really nice because it was really hot while we were there. The breakfast buffet was yummy with plenty of choices. Like most hotels, it had limited seating, but most people ate and left so others could also sit and eat. Our bed was made and the trash emptied while we were gone so that was super nice, I have stayed in some hotels that only offer every other day service and I like the every day cleaning better. The pool was small, but our son had fun in it,

We walked in and had to look around for the person to check us in. Got to our room (smoke free room) and it smelled like smoke. Received another room and it was ok.

We stayed in room 210 and the smell of mold and mildew was so strong I had a headache and couldn’t sleep. Ants crawling on the bathroom sink. The pullout couch was so uncomfortable. Finally at 2am I gave up and went and asked for a different room. They were courteous and gave us a new room. Again ants in that bathroom as well. Still a smell but not near as bad. Very disappointed that I paid $156 for this. Breakfast was decent but the turkey sausage was gray and looked nasty. My son enjoyed the biscuits and gravy 😀 wish I could get a refund honestly

We got the the room, went to put the card in and the door was already open. The door had trouble closing. Pretty much had to slam it shut. The bathroom floor had dead bugs and the shower curtain was falling down. For the price, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Horrible. For nearly 200 a night we arrived and found the interior walls cracking and filthy. The elevator was especially dirty, hot, with chunks of the paneling missing. Once in the room, the lights would not completely turn on and instead flashed. The bathtub was clean but mold was present. Next to the mirror, someone had smeared a booger on the wall that was obviously never cleaned. The window shade was stained with water and the carpet was sticky under my feet.

Our bed was broken. Two of the middle legs were laid over underneath, causing the bed to sag greatly in the middle. The pool and hot tub were both green. Very poorly kept for a Holiday inn. The toilet in our room wouldn't flush properly and my husband was told "well come to the front desk and get a plunger". Not a great stay at all.

Best thing about the room after a long day of driving was the great water pressure in the shower. Non-slip tub, too. Staff was pleasant and helpful and mattress was so comfortable. Pancakes and really good breakfast choices.

Room was a little outdated. The cover for the light switch was falling off, the bathtub had visible rust, tv was very dim. Walls in the room were very thin and could hear conversations from other guests.

We didn't have a great experience. Our shower had no hot running water and minimal water pressure. They moved us to another room. Shower water was hot and plenty of pressure but the AC did not work in the second room. Long story short, we showered in one room and slept in another room all the way down the hall. Will not be returning.

There were a few things that could be improved upon: Lighting in the bathroom was awful Water pressure in the shower was poor The mattress was a little too soft One of our room access cards only worked on the outside door into the facility, and not to the room

The check in process was horrible and took forever, one person behind me was even given a key to her room only to find it still dirty. According to the manager “too many people checked in at 3, you weren’t supposed to go to your room for 30 more minutes”. The hotel is not taken care of, there were scuffs on the walls, and everything in the hallway looked dirty. The bathtub in my room was disgusting. You book a holiday inn and expect a great experience and this was not it.

I had a reservation for a room that I made over a month in advance. When my family and I arrived, I was told that my reservation had been canceled by the hotel without my consent or any notification and there were no rooms available. We were put in a very bad situation in the night and had to travel to another state to find a room. I know the hotel had my contact info, because they emailed me confirmation, etc. A notification that they were canceling my room would have been nice.

We had a great stay at the hotel! The staff was very friendly, and the area was calm and conveniently located for what we needed. The only concern we had was encountering two wasps in our bedroom, which made us a bit nervous, especially with small children in tow. We’re not sure if they got in somehow or if there was a nest nearby. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!"
