The facility was dirty and the pool was not working. The complementary breakfast was very watered down.

For all the driving that I had to do on this trip, I wanted hotels that had a fitness rooms and treadmills so I could get moving after sitting so long. At least this hotel had a fitness room (one hotel said they did but lied), but the treadmill didn’t work. What bothered me the most was that the staff knew but didn’t say anything at check-in or put a sign up. In my opinion, if you advertise a fitness room, make sure everything is in working order. I would never had booked this hotel had I known that I couldn’t get some walking done. There are many other comparable hotels in the area that I could have booked. The only exercise I got was going up and down the stairs because their elevator didn’t work (they had signage for that along with the dates it wouldn’t be in operation so I didn’t mind).

I arrived and was I formed during checking in that there was Good News and Bad news. Hmmm!!! BAD NEWS Elevators were broke down... Had to climb 3 flight's of stairs....and I am 65....never again...

Close to restaurants. Breakfast had variety and was hot and plentiful, new shower in the room we had was very nice. Currently elevator is down for repairs so if you have a disability that you can’t climb stairs, this site may not be for you.

We booked this hotel for an overnight stay for a soccer tournament. It had a reasonable price, a pool, nice pictures, and decent reviews. Much of the rest of our team ended up booking here as well based on this. The people working reception were friendly and patient. But didn't convey important information. Like the fact that the pool was closed and we would need to walk to the hotel next door to use theirs. So we went to use the pool, found it shut down with a sign saying it was closed but not mentioning that there was another option. We only found out about that because teammates let us know. Then we went to the other hotel and they told us that we were supposed to have brought towels. And the pool there was way too small for 2 hotels worth of kids. Our room was pretty battered with gouges in the walls and the tub missing whole chunks of surface where it looked like some sort of non slip mat had been removed. There were scuff marks on walls and the bathroom door looked like the bottom had been shredded by a dog. The room and bedding were clean, though. We were near the elevator, too, and either that or the plumbing made shrieking or groaning noises every few minutes during the day. I didn't notice it at night while sleeping. Breakfast was decent, but they started serving it well before posted hours. Which would have been fantastic if we'd known about it, as we had to eat in a hurry to get to our soccer game. An extra 30 minutes would have been great!

Older hotel, a little worn. Elevator was broken and my suite was on third floor. Room and hotel was super clean. Bathroom had been remodeled. Two modern tvs. Breakfast was typical of these type of places but with enough varity to please most people.

It was not clean. When we pulled the couch/bed out, it looked it had not been washed, and it had a hole in the sheet.

Horrible stay. The elevator did not work. The room wasn’t clean. The bed was made but the tables wasn’t cleaned, the bathroom toilet wasn’t clean. I booked a non-smoking room, as soon as you walked in there was smoke.

The halls were heavy with cigarette smoke, even though it is supposed to be 100% smoke free. The carpet by the bed had dried-on food and my socks turned black just walking to the bathroom and back. I was also charged $75 fee, as the clerk said, to ensure i dont destroy the room. I will NEVER stay at a wyndham again.

The room was very dingy, and not clean; there was hair on the floor, pee on the toilet base and dust piled up in places as well as that orange stuff that comes from not scrubbing around all the bars in the shower! I expected better, and will try to avoid Baymonts from now on! The walls were also paper thin, could hear neighbor on one side snoring, the shrill lady next door like she was in the room with me. There was just a dirty smell. I checked for bedbugs since it was so gross, but was spared that. Staff was nice, but lax.

The Good: Friendly, good breakfast, great location with restaurants, nice bed linens, mattress, pillows, and towels. Also, the price was good. The Not So Good: Very dirty and stained carpet, mismatched lighting over the sink(with one bulb burned out), dirty blinds in breakfast room (I sat right next to them), it needs a good deep cleaning!

I was very impressed with the man on the midnight shift. He was so kind, welcoming and pleasant. But then he’s from Michigan like I am, so that’s probably why he was so awesome haha!!! The room was spotless, comfy and loads of water pressure. Highly recommend.

Upon arrival I noticed it was an older hotel, it had a stale smoke odor, got to the room, it had an odor, carpet looked dirty and badly stained, sofa was very worn, had to be a contorunist to reach the toilet paper. There was previous occupants hair left in the shower. The bed was hard. The plus point, Gary, the clerk, was a jewel, we did have clean towels and a clean refrigerator. It could use a little updating with a good deep cleaning. Fortunately, we have relatives in Russellville, KY whom we called to chat and they invited us to come visit, which we hadn't planned on, but they invited us to drive the extra 55 minutes and stay with them for the night to visit. I understand it is an older building, but needs a little updating. My husband has balane issues and there was no grab bar in the shower.

The facility is beautiful. The room was comfortable, very spacious, and looked to be newly renovated. I didn’t make it to breakfast.

Loved the king suite, with it’s separate bedroom.

The check-in and staff were top-notch. The bathrooms and entry into the rooms have been remodeled. They removed all of the tubs and installed very large showers. Unfortunately, I prefer tubs, but it seems a higher percentage of travelers prefer shows, and they will benefit.

It's a nice place to stay with kids. The breakfast was okay, and the room was comfortable. I will say that they need to fix the doors slamming, but otherwise, it was great.

One complaint I guess, was there two lamps that didn't work (one by ea bed). We didn't complain-there was plenty of light without them. The bathroom was very spacious, clean and nice. Hot & Cold Breakfasts were great with a wide variety of foods to eat. Staff was very friendly and nice. We would book here again. Easy access, right off expressway.

The clerk who checked us in was very nice, knowledgeable, and friendly. This was a plus. Our room, on the other hand was flawed as follows: Key cards did not work from one day/evening to the next requiring visits to front desk for new cards. The TV was "stuck" on one channel and could not be changed with the remote; staff did not know how to correct. The handle on the bathtub/shower came off. Very low water pressure in the sink faucet. We were asked and agreed to "go green" and use the same towels for three days; however there were no towel bars to spread them out on to dry (It\'s impossible to enjoy drying on towels that are still wet or piled up.). The bathroom appeared to have been a converted from an ADA room. All in all, especially with the high price we paid for this room, we were not pleased with our stay and probably will not stay at another Wyndom property, at least any time soon.

I expected a better experience for the price. The place is run down. Stiff, frayed towels, scratchy blanket, unreliable internet, sad breakfast buffet. The staff were great, though, and the shower had great water pressure.

The hotel seems fairly old, and I don't get the impression they try to maintain everything in top condition. The elevator was out of service, I think for a while now. The A/C heater unit in my room squealed when running, and the thermostat was nowhere near accurate. The window was old and not tightly sealed, and nearby highway traffic road noise could be clearly heard through it. The light bulbs in the bathroom were mismatched. The breakfast toaster was missing a handle. It just seemed like not a lot of attention to detail or excellence. That said, my room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the hotel was very quiet and peaceful (aside from traffic sounds, which I quickly got used to), and I slept great! The bathroom was renovated with a big walk-in shower, which was great. I enjoyed the breakfast in the mornings, which had eggs, ham, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and other food. The staff was friendly. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here!

The people next door were extremely loud and slamming and knocking on their door all night. I called the front desk at 1 am and asked them to help. They came up and just told them.. the room next to you called. And then they left. So the slamming and knocking continues. Around 2am I asked for help again and was told maybe WE should move rooms… not the disrespectful people

We stayed with a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 young kids. We were not safe. The front office gave a key to an unknown person, the key worked to OUR room, luckily we had the swing bar door lock. This person would have walked into our room at 11:00 pm. When talking to the front office, they were challenging to even locate and offered virtually no support. We ended up leaving early due to not being able to sleep in fear of what could occur again. I would never recommend this location. We will never ever stay here. I pray no other family has to experience such an unsafe and unprofessional situation.

Attendee checking us in was very friendly & helpful, hotel entry was clean along with the hall ways & room. Everything was in working order and clean. Breakfast area was all neat, clean and food was warm & good. Would recommend.

Check in we terrible hidden $75 deposit. 1st clerk was unwilling to work around an issue we had. Night clerk was amazing he did everything he could to facilitate our check in.

The gentleman that checked us in was very informative and accommodating. He gave us an upgrade that was very nice. We will stay at property next year for sure I think the clerks name is Gerald. He is very nice !!

Very welcoming and comfortable. Gary, at the front desk, was awesome, friendly, and even went the extra mile to ensure our rooms were next to each other. The rooms were clean and very comfy. Breakfast was delicious.

The staff was not very helpful. I wanted to extend my room at 6:30am and the person at the desk could not help me. They told me I had to talk to the manager @ 7:30. When I told them I had meetings. I was told to figure it out or I might not have a room

Booked the hotel last minute. Price was great. Staff was friendly and ut was convenient to restaurants. It's right off the freeway, so there was some traffic noise, but for the price, a good choice.

Everything was fine except free breakfast. Hot food was always cold and the same items for our 3 days stay. The breakfast staff was not refilling items. We had to constantly ask for more.

Great place to stay and sleep. Was disappointed with breakfast. Attendant was not pleasant or friendly. Was on a family road trip and hoping to save a little money and eat breakfast before leaving. The only thing “hot” was the biscuits and gravy but it was barely warm. I should have just got up earlier and grabbed something on the road and beat the traffic south.
