Terrible room condition. Filthy carpet. Plumbing needs replacement.pass key didn’t work outside door. Desk operator was rude. Ceiling was patched and not painted. Just a horrible experience. Never again.

This "hotel" was very run-down, with external and room doors with broken locks, water leaks through the ceilings, and cockroaches in the bathrooms. There were no functioning ice or vending machines, and the "breakfast" was minimal. I would not stay here again, even if it does remain open.

I reserved a room at a well know large chain that was suppose to have wifi and a pool and lights that didnt flicker the whole time they were on in the bathroom or exterior doors that had you getting a new key to get into the hotel once or twice a day. So when i would get to the hotel at 2 or 4am i would have to fumble through multipe cards to finally admit defeat and as i was roomed as far from the desk as possible id have to walk all the way there and then ask for a new card... wait for the clerk to do it then walk back and finally get in. Each time it took at least 30 minutes out of my already small window for sleep each night. I missed a deadline I should have had all night to work on after checking in but couldnt as the wifi was down. I made sure the hotel i picked had an outside larger pool which this one advertised and in August it was tarped and inaccessible. Im not sure if it even had water in it. The single disk coffee maker would spew hot cofee everwhere as well. The only good thing i have to say is that on my check out day i over slept and when they called at 1115am waking me up they didnt fuss that i had to get my stuff out. Which i did in less than 30 min so not really like they had to wait long.

The room was clean, but the fan systems were tied to the heat lamps in bathrooms. The pool was out of service and supposedly, the plan is to fill it in rather than repair it. The fire alarm went off during the ealrly evening, so we walked across the street to supper. We came back and I asked of it was all clear from the fire department. They didn't even respond because the system goes off frequently.

Room had strong musty smell, appeared clean though. No closet or accommodation for hanging garments, tub had curved bottom making it unsafe to do stand up shower. Had to hold on to safety bars while showering! Continental breakfast had coffee that was room temperature, bisquit & gravy offering was even colder, apparently kept in refrigerator overnight and served cold. Most of parking was at rear of property, rear entrance door to building had keycard magnetic locks that didn't always engage.

The room was clean, but the overall property was highly disappointing. One of the exterior doors didn't have a working card scanner, so you couldn't use it to access the building. The exterior door closest to my room didn't shut properly, so anyone could enter the building. The cable TV didn't work at all. I was at the end of the hall, so the wi-fi was spotty, at best. The AC unit was decent, but rattled all night long. Considering the price of the room, i would not choose to stay here again.

The place needs a major update. The room itself was not bad but the bathroom was disgusting. Hair all over the tub in shower and on the bathroom floor from previous guest. The caulk was all moldy around the tub. The tub itself was icky and oily feeling from what I probably don't want to know. Would not stay here again.

The hotel sits 40 ft behind a BP station. Parking is hard. The outside of the hotel is weedy. When we checked into our room is smelled so musty and moldy that we decided to go somewhere else to stay.

Everything was damp in our room, it smelled like cigarettes and mold. The clothing cabinet was moldy and even our beds were damp. The ladies upfront were very rude and unprofessional at check in. We couldn’t get fresh towels after we asked 3 different times. Do not recommend.

You get what you pay for. $78 for a king room not bad. "Mattress" was thin and firm. The sink was clogged with a plunger sitting next to it (known problem). Over all not bad for a one night stay.

The room was very clean, The people that work there were very friendly, Very accommodating, The bed was very, very comfortable.. The only thing about the place I didn't like was the shower. It's an adjustable shower head, but it only adjust 2. Waze a steady sor a light spray. So it takes a very long time to get all the shampoo conditioner and soap off of your body.

We arrived in the evening after a six hour drive from Ohio. The room was fine but our experience was not. The couple in the adjoining room had very loud intercourse starting at 3:30a. It was so loud it woke myself, my husband, my 15 year old son, and his friend. It was uncomfortable for all. After an hour I went to the front desk and ask that she make a call for a noise complaint. She called the wrong room! My husband said she called our room by the time we got back. Then my dog was awake because of the commotion so I walked him to the front to take him outside and asked again for the woman at the front desk to call the adjoining room. Never once did she offer to move us rooms or offer a discount or even knock on the door. This had been going on for two hours (ridiculously) at this point. We couldn’t get back to sleep so we packed everything up. Breakfast wasn’t ready yet, as it was 6:30 in the morning, so we left very tired and hungry. Not a good way to start our spring break.

I want to thank the lady at the desk so much. Our phones were not working properly and maps was having issues. My husband asked her about getting to the Smokey Mts. and she printed the directions out. It was a life saver! Thanks

Booked a handicap room. Arrived and it was unavailable, because they gave it to a non-handicapped customer before I arrived at 5PM. Could not shower for 2 days. 2nd night. Loud party in courtyard at 11:30 at night. Called front desk, took an hour for them to disperse.

Terrible customer service by management, double charged me and got no response from a manager, was told their system has been double charging people, nobody seemed to care about it. Still waiting for the second charge to be credited back to me, they tried to charge a different amount to a different credit card i used a year ago before i even checked in. Avoid this hotel and any other ones owned by this owner.

The room was clean and well-maintained. However, even though I made the payment through Hotels.com, this hotel charged me three additional times. I am having a headache trying to resolve this issue. Once again, I realized that I should never book through Hotels.com. A similar incident happened two years ago, and I suffered a loss back then — and it has happened again.

Good value for the cost. I needed to stay somewhere affordable that wasn’t totally rundown, and it fit that bill! The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I felt a little uneasy outside because I arrived at night in the dark and was by myself and the lighting wasn’t great. Besides that, it’s what I expected for my stay. The breakfast was nice as well!

This is a much older hotel. The first thing that concerned me was the amount of random men just hanging out in the hallways and around the sidewalk area. All day and all night. I had my children with me and made me feel uneasy. The shower in our room was tiny and the shower head was at my chest and I'm 5'7. They charged both me and my spouse an individual $75 on our cards for incidentals for both of the rooms for reserved. When we called they said it would take a few days to return to our cards.

Very disappointed in the continental breakfast. No bagels, bread, or muffins. Only hot items were biscuits/gravy and make your own waffles. Only fruit was apples, also no oatmeal. Hot water (for tea) was cold. :( It’s not hard to put out some pop tarts and granola bars! Drove straight to the drive thru to get an actual breakfast! :(

Food was absolutely basic from cereal, plain yogurt, waffle maker and biscuits and gravy were good. The room on the other 315 or 318 that wing was aweful and should not even be open for public use until renovated and moisture issues are corrected. Mildew of course was a big deal specially in the bathroom. If we didnt check in at 11pm with 2 young boys id would have left and slept in the car because there is nothing better in that town. Beautiful service with the employees and lobby/ breakfast area seemed clean and tended for. But id question health and public saftey on the wing we were in. You can tell its years of negligence.
