Fitness center was not air conditioned . Breakfast was better than average. Room was clean and comfortable.

They have the BEST bfast hands down, the pool area was clean with a fun tiki type theme & the fees for laundry service's were much more affordable than anywhere else in town.

Everyone is friendly at this place.It's very clean and we love the swimming pool in the atrium

Extremely good value. Very clean and comfortable. Great location. The only negative is the water in the pool was COLD, but it is indoors and it is open.

Good hotel for passing through town. Ceiling is thin so kids were playing until after midnight but management was able to take care of it right away. Bed was ok, liked the pillows. Room had mini fridge. Treadmill out of service. Room had sauna type bathtub, jets were stationary kind. Standard free breakfast, starnge curdle looking eggs, biscuits etc. Very nice large TV. Good for passing through town to your destination.

Room felt damp and unclean.

Our room was infested with fleas that immediately attacked my spouse and I upon stepping in. We checked out within a few minutes of checking in and are thankful we didn’t bring any of our luggage up before this discovery. I had good hopes for this place based on other recent reviews.

Bed bugs. Dirt. Smoke smell throughout.

Bathroom looked dingy. Cracked tiles and dirty caulk.

Found 2 bugs in my room killed one. Left it on a wash cloth in the room. I had on white socks. Walked to the bathroom my socks were black. I took a towel and scrubbed bathroom floor.

Room was spotless. The whole facility was spotless. Great inviting amenities. Friendly staff. Breakfast was very good and plenty of it.

Breakfast attendant was active keeping food supplied and cleaning up. Very nice breakfast. Room was clean and good size. Everything was stress free and I would stay again without hesitation

Not very clean! The carpet made your socks dirty. The pool is literally an above ground with a deck around it. Could not get 1 extra pillow from front desk, and I had to buy a toothbrush for my son who forgot his (normally a hotel would just give you one) Also, they pump some kind of air freshener through the air and it was too strong, almost giving me a migraine.

I've stayed here quite a few times. I have to say this time was not clean. There were hairs all over the bed. And in the bathroom, there was dirt and hairs.

Room was great and enjoyed the Jaquci.

The room was comfortable, the beds were good, but it smelled not very well. The hotel is old and the breakfast was regular.

The AC unit had loud knocking sound and it was hard to sleep. Asked for different room and the person said no room to move me to. Woke up in the morning and there was less than 6 cars in the parking lot. Want stay there again.

Older hotel, reasonable price. Beds were very comfortable and I liked the jacuzzi tub.

This hotel was reasonable and a good value. However. Wifi only worked in the lobby which is a major strike. In addition, most of the electrical outlets in our room were not functional.

The suite was great. Big with plenty of room, two bathrooms, two refrigerators, two microwaves, and two tv's. Can't beat it for the price.

Only short coming of the spacious and recently updated room was the lack of an easy chair. Only chair was a desk chair.

The Shower was atrocious. There was no water pressure whatsoever. It dripped and only came out of half of the shower head. Also, the shower handles were not clearly labeled.

Should have instructions for the smart tv in the room. Also had trouble with the guest wifi and after 10 minutes gave up and use my own portable.

The hotel was very loud all night. People yelling in the hallways. While it was super comfortable, sleep was interrupted at least once an hour. Room was well maintained.

During check in we were told to go to our rooms , drop off ourbelonings, then come back down and finish checking in. Once and done would have been nice. At the end of our long day we wanted to relax and watcg a little tv. When turning it on, no channels came up. We called the front desk and were told it would be about 15 minutes and someone would be up to fix it. After an hour, we called back due to the fact that no one showed up. This time it took about another half hour. Soooo. Almost too tired to watch tv by the time it was working. Also, we were never given the wifi password. Good times.

I had an issue with my shower not getting hot water thru the shower head and I called the front desk they moved me immediately and upgraded me to a jacuzzi room because of the hassle. I stayed there 3 times in a week to get some space and quiet and will come back any time I need to do that again!

It has easy access from the highway, easy to find. Check in was very efficient, keys were ready and the attendant was thorough and helpful.

I had to book last minute and this property came up. Not only were they gracious to let me check in early, but the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. I left too early for breakfast but the service by the front desk was top notch. Will definitely recommend.

The young lady at check in was very rude.

Staff double booked our room, resulting in the other guests trying to enter our room in the middle of the night. Everything else was okay.

The front desk employee was very friendly and helpful. He was working alone and the lobby was packed. Not only did he assist us in getting a room at the last minute, he also gave us an upgrade. The room was great!

The check in staff was wonderful!!. The young lady for check out needed to know how to deal with older guests. She treated our 83 year old mother poorly. Patience is an important quality in the area of hospitality. Otherwise our stay was very nice!

Upon check-in, our refrigerator was not working. Once I notified the front desk, it was immediately replaced. The next day the staff ensured that it worked for us. All staff we encountered were friendly and cheerful. We will definitely be staying there again.

Absolutely wonderful hotel with great staffing.

Refreshed older property, small pool, but well setup. Gave us a second floor room by the steps which proved a little noisy in the morning. Overall a decent hotel for a fair price so we were satisfied. Good location for easy access to I-65 and downtown Elizabethtown.

We stayed for one night, it was all we needed, as we were traveling. Close to restaurants, easy on and off the highway. We will be staying there again.

Great location!

Easy access off interstate south of Louisville KY. Older holiday Inn floor plan, run immaculately by current proprietor as an independent hotel. Well priced and well run. Service level is similar to Hampton Inn around the corner at a better price with easy and free parking. Yes, I would stay here again!

It was a good location, clean & close to restaurants

The place has a great location around many restaurants and gas stations. It's easy to get in and out of. The room was nice and it was clean. The breakfast wasn't bad either. I would stay here again. Our second night, a bunch of kids (and adults acting like kids) were screaming and running back and forth down the hall, but our room was pretty quiet. We could hear them but the sounds were minimal.

For a last minute booking,it exceeded our expectations.Clean with a working hot tub.The front desk person was very friendly.The breakfast did not have all that was listed.We got there at 8:30am and pretty much most of the stuff was gone.

Place is in good shape, staff are efficient and friendly, comfortable bed. Don’t like that at breakfast there are signs everywhere saying you can’t take food out. I like to take food back to the room to eat.

You will not find anyone better at running the complimentary breakfast than Nichole. She kept the food well stocked (the selections, both hot and cold, were numerous and plentiful) and the breakfast room clean. (She was constantly wiping down the tables and serving areas.) And you will not find a friendlier and more conscientious housekeeper than Jasmene (sp?) As I watched her clean the rooms the morning after, I understood why my room the night before was spotless. The next time I stay at the Greenfield, I am going to be sure to ask to stay in one of her rooms!

If I could rate this hotel and my stay 0 stars, I would. Luckily we were traveling through and only had to stay one night. The outside of the hotel looked promising and modern. Once you go inside, things are very different. I checked in at the front desk and the clerk gave horrible directions at locating our room and the elevators. My husband and I wandered around as the clerk was busy talking to their coworker. We had passed by the front desk twice. Finally, I stopped their conversation and asked which way to the elevator. Once we found our room, we opened the door and immediately this awful smell hits you. It smelled like musty, stale cigarettes. It's the only way I can describe it. We turned the AC off and went out to our car and got our box fan. The room wasn't the cleanest either, especially the shower. There was a baseball team of kids that were staying the night as well. ALL NIGHT these boys were running up and down the halls. Our room was next to the ice machine and I could hear them play with the ice machine. The door to our room did not shut tightly, so the noise and light from the hallway carried into our room. The description of the hotel said there was a casino in it. Comically, the "casino" consisted of two games. We went down to the free continental breakfast at 9:00 and it was closed. We learned that the hours were from 7-9. So we missed the breakfast. Odd hours for a breakfast in my opinion. All in all, it was a horrible stay and we will not be back.

Great breakfast variety. Clean rooms. Comfy bed. Pool looked nice (we didn’t use it). Great value.
