This was a great stopping point heading home from Orange Beach. Friendly staff, clean , breakfast, ample parking. Plenty of restaurants close by (walking distance)

Property was dated, the elevator was a bit questionable, and the pool handle is coming out but the room was clean and comfortable the breakfast was good, and the staff was very kind and helpful. All in all we enjoyed it!

Staff is very friendly and the hotel is clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the amount of parking spaces in front of the hotel- I had to park in back of hotel a few times. Overall it was a nice place to stay!

Property was convenient and staff was helpful when issues arose. The first room we were placed in had a terrible smell and the bathroom was dirty. We were moved to another room that did not have those issues. Overall, the property was extremely warm on the second and third floors and the pool was bombarded with chlorine.

Check-in was good, the room was dirty and our bath tube was filled with water when we arrived, the bed was hard, the bed shirt had stains, we were exhausted and just needed sleep. Also, the elevator is not safe, the inspection was expired, was very scary, we took the stairs. Won’t be staying here again.

When I checked in they require a $75 deposit. I saw nothing on the website that stated that. He couldn’t find where it said it and he refused to check me in! The pool was not working. They had us go across the street to a different hotel to swim. The guy at the front desk was very rude!! I will never ever stay here again!!

This hotel was convenient for our needs at a good price. The beds were comfortable. But you get what you pay for. The first room we got had mold all over the bathroom ceiling, with the ceiling cracked and peeling off. I complained and the desk staff was helpful and switched me to a bigger room across the hall. This one was better but did have kind of a weird smell in the bathroom. The bathrooms were recently updated and only have showers, which was fine for us, but some people may need a tub. Overall, a lot of the hotel seemed tired. Stairwell exit to parking lot didn’t latch, which is a safety concern. Treadmill wouldn’t work because safety key was nowhere in sight. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Microwave and phone did not work. Large roach in bathroom. Reported to front desk. Allowed us to use microwave in lounge.

Room was absolutely gross. Shower was nasty . Old carpets, just bad.

There was Ramen Noodles on the floor in the corner. It could have been a little cleaner.

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of our room. There was what appeared to be blood on the curtain. The rest of the room didn’t seem to be clean. One of the night stands had large pieces of the laminant chipped off, and the bottom of the tub was very seriously scraped. The stairway also smelled musty.

The bathroom smelled like raw sewage. It was horrible. The air conditioner didnt work properly. The breakfast was great. The room was overall ok besides the smell.

The staff only cleaned towels and trash every day and did not organize the blankets. They said they would replace the bedding every three days, but they didn't do that either. The bathtub was dirty and the air conditioner filter was covered with dust.

So grossed out! We stopped for a quick stay but were so grossed out by the uncleanliness of the place. Humid sticky feeling after walking in & the front counter was sticky & dirty. The room keys we got were put into a sleeve & all had been previously used. Like food, etc stuck to the cards & sleeves. The dresser in our room looks like it had been chewed by something. Would not ever recommend

The bed was very comfortable...slept well. Easy parking and many restaurants within an easy walk. Breakfast was pretty good. Friendly front desk staff.

AC sounded like a lawnmower running in the room--and it only worked intermittently on a hot night. Staff allowed other guests to yell in the hallways throughout the night. There was also a door-slamming convention at 3 a.m. I used to think Ramada was more upscale, but it's obviously not.

Only issue was bed was too tall or I’m too short. We’ll definitely stay here again in the fall.

The decor was pleasing, the temperature of the room was comfortable although the AC unit was a little loud. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The breakfast was great. The negatives were the condition of the bathroom—the tub was stained and worn, and the drains did not work well. One of the towels actually tore apart when my husband was using it. Not a big deal, but you asked. Overall it was fine for an overnight stay and the price was very reasonable.

I checked in online, received confirmation and drove to the hotel. I was on a 14 hour trip and when walking in tbe front desk lady was rude and completely incinsiderate and after booking online having had my confirmation number and everything she proceeded to tell le they didnt have any rooms available to put me in. After telling her i already paid for the room she rudely stated that she couldnt do anything for me and i needed to figure it out myself. I was deeply disappointed in the entire expierence had to leave and find a new hotel.

I never give a five star review anymore. If I stay more than one night in a hotel, I expect my bed to be made and my towels to be changed out. None of them do this anymore. We live an age of please tip me for doing nothing. But I digress. I truly wanted to give the Ramada four stars, but I cannot. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. It was the first hotel I’d been in for a while that actually kept the room at the desired temp. We both slept well. However, our outside door was hard to open and our bathroom door would not close. There had been obvious upgrades that were nice, but they used more space than they had leaving no room for the door to open all the way or for a place to sit anything in the shower or to put a bar to hang towels. Since there was no place to hang our towels, I wanted to requests a clean set for day two. I didn’t mind going down to make the exchange. When we returned for the evening, I planned to ask if I could come back and exchange my towels. There was no one at the desk, and there was no bell to ring or any other way to contact someone. When we got to the room, I tried to call the desk. No answer. I waited a few minutes, and called again. Still no answer. We used cold damp towels on our final day. Check in and check out we’re good. Very nice people attending the desk. But with zero service in between I had to deduct a star.

Staff was great, got locked oht by accident and they were fast and helpful. Will definately be back on my next trip

Breakfast was nothing great. Very small area for the size of the Hotel. Unfortunately no place to get together with other parents that were there for the tournament, and the rules.

Didn't really care for this property. It's an older hotel that needs updating. The staff were not friendly. The breakfast was so, so and actually cold on at least two occasions. I would not stay here again.

Spent two nights here recently to go to my uncles funeral in Vine Grove. The continental breakfast was one of the better ones I’ve seen they also had scrambled eggs, ham, cereal, toast, bagels, waffles, coffee, orange juice, apple juice, very nice clean you couldn’t beat the price. The only one issue we had was our tub would not drain properly which I did let the front desk staff know when I checked out, other than that everything was great I would definitely recommend staying here

The room was dirty with stains all over the carpet. There was no shelving in the shower to hold shampoo or anything. The pool area was absolutely disgusting and no clean towels. We had breakfast in the morning. Everything was cold (eggs, biscuits and gravy) except the milk for cereal which was hot from sitting out on the counter. My family will definitely not be staying here again!

Excellent matrass and love the cotton sheets. Cannot stand the microfiber sheets some hotels use. The towels were thick & fluffy. Also appreciate the toilet being a bit higher, and the large step in shower. Breakfast was good. We had not stayed in a Ramada in many yrs, but will definitely do so again. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Nothing Special .... clean well kept property with friendly staff. Breakfast was a little sparse ... no eggs, no meat .... just a continental fare
