Property under major renovation. Didnt know this info until after arriving. It appears you could cancel w/o penalty up to 15 minutes after check if you weren't happy. Even so it was pretty disappointing.

We booked before change in ownership. Great job adjusting. Room door was opened before attempting to use card key. Windows were not locked. Pool water was green not clear. Missing wash cloths. Breakfast was not was expected. Waffle maker not there.

Surprisingly quiet, clean. Pool is closed for remodeling, which is fine but their website should state that. There’s a ton of kids in this area and I know parents choose hotels based on swimming.

The motel was being remodeled- didn’t know til 2 days before we went there. They said it as on their web site, but Expedia didn’t tell me. The room was clean but new furniture was as not in yet, so it was sort of bare bones. The staff was not very professional; no darkening curtains so big security lit up our room all night.

The room was almost moist as the air was so muggy. Air was turned on to 69 and freezing. There was mold around the bathtub faucet with white caulk over it. The grounds outside were bad too, dog poop on the sidewalk that’s been there forever, trash on the ground all over. Overall felt dirty just being there. The people working were kind, and breakfast was okay. I wouldn’t go back.

So clean everywhere! Room was very nice, spotless, well stocked and very spacious. I use a wheelchair and I was able to easily move around the property. So pleased that we’re already planning our next trip!

Stains on the room carpet and bed sides, the shower had trim moulding above the shower that was upside down, crooked, and because they didnt have a piece long enough, they used two pieces that didn't match up, etc.

The overall property is very nice thanks to a recent remodel. The staff was all WONDERFUL. The rooms could use some things. One trash can is not sufficient. There needs to be one in the room and one in the bathroom. The lights are too dim. Even with all the lights on, it was not enough. There are ice machines, but there are no ice buckets in the room to get and hold ice in the room. There were no glasses or even plastic cups. That makes rinsing after brushing your teeth difficult.

The hotel is under renovations. Our room had been partially renovated. The furniture was not new yet and a couple of the pieces were broken. The room was on the third floor facing the front parking lot, which had very bright light lights for the parking area. Unfortunately the lights Were directly into our room, and the room did not have a dark shade. Therefore, our room was quite bright the entire night which prevented us from having good sleeping conditions. When we ask about a refund, she said that since we booked it through Expedia, that was not possible.

I want to absolutely shout out the young man that was working behind the counter. He went above and beyond to help everyone he was an absolute awesome employee. He was an awesome person. He went above and beyond to help me out and help me understand everything that I needed to understand he had everything that I needed whenever I asked he had awesome vibes. He made the entire stay great. He was completely patient with my kids and I.

My stay was good. The people were nice. The room was clean. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was when I got there. I had three rooms that were booked, but they only had one room available for me. I was overcharged for my stay and they only refunded me for one of the rooms and they refused to refund me for the other room and I had to fight for a refund And I still did not get my other refund and I am very disappointed at this hotel. I was not supposed to be charged until I arrived, but they charged my card before I got there and they charged my card twice so I am very unhappy with this hotel due to the over charge of my rooms and not having all of my rooms available. So due to this situation I will not be going back to this hotel again.

Average hotel. We had an issue with our car and we had to stay overnight while arranging a rental car and flights out of Nashville the following day. They wouldn’t allow us a late check out even though the hotel was pretty much empty. A little disappointed, given the circumstances. We paid for a whole extra night just to stay for a few hours.

Beds were pretty good. Rooms were clean. Receptionist was rude when we attempted to check in after spending 2.5 hrs in stopped traffic for a car crash and a snow storm. We have a 21 hr drive and arrived 4.5 hrs later than anticipated. Didn't appreciate the receptionists rudeness and unwillingness to check us in for a half hour after we walked in the building at 1:45 am. Said "if you would have called, I wouldn't have started the computer audit, so now you will have to wait 30 min". Half of our group was there 4.5 hrs prior and told the front desk that we would be there about 1:30 am.

My stay was amazing. I will be staying there again very soon. Breakfast was also good with a good variety of options. We enjoyed the pool. Got to see what it’s like to stay in an active construction zone. Looking at just the Expedia listing, it wasn’t apparent the hotel was under construction. There was supposedly a reduced rate due to this, but since we made the reservation through the Expedia app, I don’t think we got this reduced rate. So I would suggest looking at their website before making your reservation. The hotel served its purpose of being a bed to sleep on for the night for our 12+ hour trip. The lowest we could turn the AC down to was 71 and as a hot sleeper, that was frustrating. The breakfast is also nothing to write home about. Very subpar. Staff were friendly and dog was very cute!

The breakfast was and is always hot and fresh. It's clean. That girl Tabitha that works there always speaks to us now that we have stayed there a few times and she's always friendly but while she's stocking everything up not just standing around talking to us but she stays busy the whole time we're there. The outside is always clean.

In our way home from a 2 week vacation and found ourselves in Paducah. So glad this hotel was available as it was perfect. Roomy, comfortable beds and clean. Highly recommend a stay here. A free hot breakfast with very good coffee was the cherry on top!

This place is old and in need of. Make over. I won’t stay here again. Pull out sofa mattress is terrible / not comfortable, stained - it’s gross. Milk at breakfast was spoiled
