Room great. Staff great. Pool great. We all had a wonderful time

Me and my sister stayed here for our annual sister trip. We had a blast! The hotel was clean and the room was large and comfy. We lived the continental breakfast buffet. And we spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. We will be back!

This was our first time in this area, and were impressed how clean the city and hotel area were leading up to the lot. We've stayed at the Drury Inn in San Antonio and hoped this would be just as nice. Yes, it certainly is.... The room, staff, and yes, the breakfast and afternoon kickback is great !! Thanks

They were under renovation so only one elevator was operational but otherwise everything was excellent.

We love Drury hotels. Great rooms, happy hour, pool and jacuzzi and a wonderful breakfast.

Had a problem with the elevator and the staff tried quickly to fix it.

Everything is very clean & comfortable. Breakfast & the evening reception have great food, & the 3 per person dollar bar drinks option is great. There are free fountain soft drinks & coffee bar available all day, & they have fresh free popcorn from 4-8pm daily. The rooms are fully soundproof. Beds are very comfortable. The staff is welcoming & do everything in their power to make your stay pleasant. We stayed during the Labor Day weekend when the hotel was fully booked, but nothing felt crowded or short-changed. The only thing that prevented me from giving a complete 5 star rating was that the elevators did not working properly during our stay. 7 of us were stuck for over 20 minutes in the elevator located in the middle of the hotel. Maintenance had to force the doors open with a 3 foot drop to get down to the 4th floor. As I have bad ankles & a bad back, I had to wait until almost last to be helped to sit at the edge of the elevator floor, then lifted down to the 4th floor-scary! The next morning when we left our room to check out, both elevators were out of service. We have to drag our luggage & other belongings from the 6th floor to the lobby. Fortunately, 1 of the staff came to the 4th floor to carry part of my luggage down to the main floor. The lady at reception already had my info from the previous day’s issue. She apologized profusely & said she would have corporate send me 2 free nights compensation. I booked thru a 3rd party so she had no way to do a direct refund.

Location is close to the interstate/Hyway but didn't hear any noise from room. Plenty of parking for cars and spots for trailers/larger vehicles. Very clean! Staff very friendly

Staff was great. Room was good, beds were comfortable. I do wish that there was a tub as we have toddlers and that there were better TV channels. Amenities were amazing. Breakfast was good, bar was good. Pool was not heated, that was disappointing. Overall, we will definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel. Breakfast was great. Only issue was the elevator was slow and there was only one working.

The Suites were spacious and clean. However both rooms had an army of ants on the night stands. Staff quickly disinfected both rooms but still noticed a couple the next morning.

This was literally the perfect hotel. Everything was so clean. The food was amazing. We had a wonderful night’s sleep both nights. Perfection!

Although the room appeared to be clean, it was clear the next morning that it was not. The bath/shower walls had A LOT of long strands of hair, some in clumps. Our wonderful stay at the Drury Inn in Gainesville was what prompted us to stay at this location in Paducah. Too bad. The eating/food area was dirty. The place was severely understaffed.

The room is Pretty Dirty here in the bathtub gum on the floor stains on the sheets and pillows it was quite disgusting, compared to otherdrury that we have stayed in

This is the best property I have stayed in my entire 2 week trip. Absolutely what I’d say a paid for hotel stay should be like. I hate dirty floors and carpets, everything here is spotless and worth the price. Good job Drury.

Wasn’t clean, bugs in the fridge, room dusty

Amazing service, kind staff, great food (supper and breakfast!), clean room with ample charging ports, nice hot shower, soft fresh towels, and comfortable beds. Quiet room even though very busy with a lot of guests. 5 star plus!! I can’t give an exceptional enough review.

The room was not clean when we arrived. The suite had a kitchenette and the trash under the sink was overflowing and stunk. The front desk staff came and emptied it, but we later found ants in the room. I also found crumbs in the living room area on the tv stand and noticed the floor had a lot of pet hair as though it hadn't been vacuumed. The front desk offered to change rooms for us when taking the trash out, but I'd already unpacked my cooler into the refrigerator and didn't realize that wasn't the only issue. We wound up checking out a day early.

Excellent property! Rooms were large and exceptionally clean! Staff were very friendly and helpdul!

I was worried about staying here because I had previously read that there were smoking odors in rooms. I did not experience that at all. Instead I had an exceptionally clean room awaiting my arrival. The breakfast area was clean and even assistant managers wiped down tables after other guests left. Everything was clean. The cooks and helpers kept all the food hot and fresh and were very helpful when the waffle batter did not flow. All the staff members that I had contact with were exceptionally gracious to me and my travel companions. I had a very nice time staying at this location and plan to return next time I am in the area.

Clean and spacious room.

The room was great! The only problem was the leather or leather couch was peeling & looked horrible. Everything else was fantastic!!!

Room smelled of smoke and the AC didn’t cool the bedroom area. It ran all night and only brought the temp down from 75 to 73

The bed was very comfortable after suite was huge!!

Was just off the highway and was easy to continue on our way the next morning. Huge suite with 2 rooms and a little kitchenette.

The breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of choices. The room was spacious (a real suite), and the bed slept quite comfortably This was my first stay at a Drury Inn & Suites and I will definitely use them in the future.

Easy to get to. Friendly staff. Clean. Comfortable. Fyi- The bathroom plumbing bubbled in the morning. The hvac made a weird noise at night.

We could not get our thermostat to register above 66. We asked at the front desk that evening and was told to turn off the thermostat for a few minutes and reset to no avail. A cold expericence to say the least.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Romm was very clean and spacious. Bed was extremely comfortable.

The food is always good. Keeps you from going out for food at times. Room was comfortable. Wish the bathrooms were a little larger.

The staff at this hotel is nothing short of amazing! They are happy and helpful and sincerely want you to enjoy your stay! I can’t recommend enough!

Great friendly service from staff.

We were so impressed with all the attention to the detail in everything by everyone, cleanliness of hotel, the kind and helpful staff...for instance, Hannah,we were somehow loss and called for some directions and Hannah's patient help over the phone brought us directly to the Hotels door on/near our arrival. Chase was remarkable from helping get food placed, serving drinks, answering questions behind the desk and those in need of help with the cart all with care and a smile. Because of the weather to travel West and great service we decided to stay an extra day if possible if our room may be available, it was and I got the best help with my various discounts from another great desk clerk whose name i forgot but she was as kind,helpful and caring as everyone else, as well as helping in the dining room too. Everyone was amazing. We try to always choose Drury Hotels because your the greatest highlight in our travel destinations across the USA . You have great caring, kind staff, delicious hot meals, very clean rooms, and helpful caring staff, even the folks responsible to cleaning our rooms and making sure we are comfortable. Thank you Drury, your da best.

Appeared to be recently renovated. Room was spacious, well set up and very clean. Hannah at the front desk was especially nice, helpful, and quickly resolved an issue we had with our booking

Our check-in process was so easy! Chase was so accommodating. Our room was lovely. Evening reception was very nice with attentive staff. Breakfast very good.

My daughter and I were traveling alone to meet my husband and son for a baseball trip. She and I arrived early and were allowed to check in. The front desk manager was super nice and even upgraded us to a king suite. Our room was impeccable and comfortable. We were offered free dinner that night (taco bar). We swam in the pool and the hot tub. We slept well and were on our way the next morning after a nice hot breakfast. I would definitely recommend to any family traveling!

We booked this stay through Expedia and when we arrived at 10:30 pm there was no availability. This occurred after traveling for over 12 hours. The front desk was kind enough to refer us to Comfort Suites,a short distance across the Interstate. We had a wonderful stay and we believe we have found our new favorite place to stay when we travel. This is a shame since we have previously preferred Drury Inn over other options. Very disappointed.

Staff were very helpful and fast with check in. Looking forward to staying at Drury Inns when we travel.

Great stay and friendly staff

Because our meetings always start a little earlier than check-in, staff was great to allow us an early check-in. We really appreciate their consideration and helpfulness.

Our experience at Drury was excellent. A very comfortable bed and good size room. The reception had tasty food and breakfast was good as well. The best part was being able to walk in the shopping areas around the hotel.

Facility was clean, quiet, and convenient.

The entrance to the hotel was confusing. It was a single door with the concierge carts lined up against the wall. Could not see anyone or the check in location until we got passed the carts and the corridor.

Nice, clean place. Close to 3 restaurants. Good coffee. Didn’t try free dinner or breakfast but smelled really good.

The traffic noise was a bit loud.

The renovations in Paducah James Sanders were wonderful. Unfortunately the BBQ dinner with Mac and cheese etc is almost inedible. My husband and I stayed in Drury Inns in FL and GA this winter and found this same menu also horrible! Your Dinner selections have gone downhill last 5 years. Breakfast is great!

Very nice hotel with great free dinner and breakfast.

Breakfast and 5:30 kickback dinner were good and super convenient. Beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub were indoor and nice. We will stay again.

Everyone so heloful and friendly. Only problem is not much for type 1 diabetic to eat at supper or breakfast.love your employees!!!

Clean and comfortable suite room that was very quiet. Breakfast was good variety and numerous take and go items. We were pleasantly surprised they had 2 free cocktails plus a simple dinner buffet as well as soft drinks and popcorn. First time at a Drury Inn but certainly not last.

We loved this hotel The staff all were very friendly and even smiled when they saw us in the hallway or other plaes in the hotel! The entire place was extremely clean. The queen bed was very comfortable. Very nice, separate sitting area in our suite with a sliding door between it and the bedroom. Lots of soft, white towels and washcloths. Lots of counter space to set things. Free and delicious supper and breakfast! I hope you love this place as much as we did!

The food is better than some like Days Inn, BUT the third night we had to go out. Pulled pork wasn’t great Breakfast are decent, although one morning, the scrambled eggs weren’t done they were kind of runny. I’d go back though. :-)

Immediate checkin, exactly as expected. Fast friendly service.Plenty of hot breakfast food, coffee and juice. Popcorn snack at checkin too!
