Econo Lodge Paducah West I-24

Property was conveniently located close to I-24. Lots of stores and dining options nearby. Pet walking atea available.

woke up to crickets in bed and room. Pool was shown but they no longer open pool. Parking lot needs repair. Staff very unfriendly. would never go back there and you should reconsider offering it.

I only expect the basics from Econo Lodge but was disappointed that this location didn't meet that standard. The card key to my room didn't work. After checking with the front desk, I learned the lock on my room needed to be re-programmed. It took nearly 7 hours! Every time I left my room, I had to have a staff member let me in. The guy who kept promising to fix it didn't show up until almost 10:30 that evening. My friends and I cancelled our evening plans because we were afraid no staff member would be around when we returned. (It was eclipse weekend, so everything around us was booked.) None of the vending machines worked. Each one had a sign saying items could only be purchased from the front desk. The sign in front of the hotel was never turned on, which made it easy to miss the turn because one would expect to see the hotel sign at night. Lastly, one of the guests had the door to his room wrapped in a confederate flag! I'm glad we were only there for one night. It didn't feel like a safe place to stay!

This is a basic good overnight stay, clean, comfortable. No breakfast, no coffee pot in the room. micro and fridge. Ice (2 huge machines) laundry very clean and neat. Exactly what I needed, no frills.

disappointed! air conditioning did not work & appears to not have worked in a while! rooms were hot. wall moldings in room were not bonded to wall completely. sink fixtures were old & appear to be from late 1970's or early 80's! rooms were very nice size wise! but is apparent property's ownership is skimping on up keep of facilities! could be a nice looking place with little effort!

They have nice rooms, but the a/c units look tobe 50 years old. They did give me fresh towels every day but did not clean the room.

Lobby smelled. Room was dirty. Floor not swept. Big gap under the door. Tub was stained/dirty. And towels were dingy. Paid $93 but looked at price after booking and it was $54. Not happy at all!!

I ended up staying two nights here. First room I was put in I pulled back the covers are there were several bed bugs under the covers. I told the front desk and he put me in another room. That room was directly beside of the room that had the bed bugs. He was a nice guy but there were plenty of other rooms. The floors were sticky I walked around the room with my shoes on the whole time. There was dirt in every corner of the room, a bunch of stuff under the air conditioning half butt cleaning. There was a musty smell I couldn’t get to go away. If I wasn’t so far out of town working and having the company put me in places I would’ve moved to a different hotel. The people are very nice just not a hotel I would recommend.

My room had roaches and I reported it and asked for another room they told me that they were booked. They lied because my sister & niece had problems with their rooms and they got new rooms. I will never ever booked there or recommend it....

The room had an overwhelming urine smell, like I was at the zoo in an animal house, The bathroom fan was barely attached to the ceiling and tripped the outlet. Tub leaked and the water came up through the floor and left a puddle out the door. No continental breakfast, only coffee.

Beds are comfortable TV great. 2 huge beds and enough space to put everything. Cleanliness also.

Pillows were not beachball round and I was able to sleep well.

Room was just “OK”. Older but clean. Surprised by no coffee maker?. Bed was comfortable. No breakfast served, but not advertised. For a similar nightly cost other motels in the area would be a better choice. Next time

Bed was so uncomfortable couldnt get any sleep the shower was either ice cold or scalding hot there was no coffee pot in the room

This place was nasty door was hard to open and close and lock no safety latch front desk guy did not want to resolve issue with remote to tv cause it would not work but finally gave me different one walls and ceiling were burnt with cigarette burns tub was nasty toilet ran constantly you could hear other water running in other rooms I will never stay here again

Location was key and price was a deciding factor. Property itself was fine for my purpose.
