Hampton Inn by Hilton Shreveport/Bossier City

Youth baseball tournament was this weekend and many participants stayed here. Parking lot full of their vehicles and the pool. Noise Issues: Some fathers grouped and chatted outside window of my room until after midnight. Then we heard music until at least 1am when my body was finally tired enough to block it out. Room issues: The entire room and bathroom it appears suffered some type of extensive water damage. The tub looks very worn. Rust visible in various areas of bathroom. The towels were worn past their recommended use. Threads were unraveling everywhere and 2 towels had permanent brown spots. The room didn’t have any smells. The a/c wasn’t loud and room was very comfortable. The mini fridge kept our items cool. Didn’t see anything gross on bed but we brought our own disposable sheets and towel. All staff encounters were excellent as well as morning breakfast. Conclusion is that hotel is old and could use a renovation or rebuild. Nothing housekeeping can do about water damage we seen or bathroom issues other than spiderwebs in corners. All towels should be replaced likely hotelwide.

We stayed here for one night as a half way point in our road trip home. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They are a dog friendly hotel, which we needed, and even gave us a little pup gift bag at check in. Our room was clean, COLD, and comfortable. The bed was a bit firm for my liking but my husband loved it. The included breakfast tasted homemade - omelets, potatoes, and delicious muffins. It's also situated right next to Texas Roadhouse (YUM!). We would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioner in our room leaked the whole time. It smelled musty. Room 117 needs to be closed permanently until the air compressor is fixed. I am sure there is black mold in the carpet by air conditioner. We will always, from now on, go check the room, air conditioner unit, carpet, bathrooms and beds before we officially check in. Not good.

Bathroom had black mold and rust in tub

This hotel is dated, smelt of cigarettes and musk, and just muggy. Wood on my door was split missing paint, bathtub was stained and had rust. Bed sheets were super thin and bedding just felt unclean. There was a lacrosse team staying on my floor running up and down the hall banging on mine and others doors. I called the front desk and they did take care of it. Overall for the price I paid I was unsatisfied. More like a $70 a night motel.

Bathroom was filthy- still hair and dirt all in bathroom. AC was set on 59 when got in room so caused it to freeze up which caused wet carpet in room.

The stay was not worth the money spent. Carpet is in desperate need of cleaning throughout the hotel. Customer service was probably the best thing at the hotel. Will NEVER stay at this location again.

We went to Bossier City, LA. for our Grandson Birthday party. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The clerk ar the front desk was very friendly. Overall the stay was very nice.

Well, the front desk staff were great. The gentleman thanked me for being an honors member and was very nice. The coffee- in the morning I had to go down to the lobby to get coffee because the coffee maker was missing the part where you put the ground bag. So I went down and I chose the dark roast. It was like water. So I brought it up to my room and added a bag to it. The room itself was not very good. The walls had warping trim and over all the room just looked old and not well taken care of. The shower curtain was dingy. The towels and rags were nice white and soft. The bed was pretty good. The plug next to the bed was super loose and worn out. I’m not upset about the stay, I just wouldn’t stay there again unless I was guaranteed a nicer room.

Overall okay, very poor lighting in rooms - hard to put on makeup, etc. Thermostat doesn’t change if you turn it up/down.

Great Stay With Excellent Staff

The front desk was exceptionally helpful. Her name is Kendra. Started our stay laughing. The lady cleaning the restaurant area was also friendly. In fact all the staff was friendly and helpful.

The lobby was busy when we arrived. There were 2 ladies at the front desk. One was Kendra, she was nice, courteous, and friendly. I don’t remember the other lady’s name. She was white with reddish brown hair. She was not as friendly. When I got to the room is smelled fresh and clean. Usually I bring my own cleaning products and do a self clean as well but under the circumstances of them telling me I had to come right away (even though I’d literally just booked) or they would cancel my reservation I didn’t bring them. There was hair and dirt in the tub. When I called the front desk, the not so friendly lady answered. I said I’m sorry ma’am I know I’m just getting here but there’s hair and dirt in the tub. She says if you don’t like your room you can come get a refund and cancel the reservation. I said no I just need for someone to clean it. She repeats her statement. I ask do you not have housekeeping? She said we do but they are busy. She tells me a third time about a refund. I said ma’am I’m not demanding that someone come right now it just needs to be done. She said she’d come do it herself when she had time. I left and went picked up some cleaning supplies. It was clean when I got back but I did my own anyway. Someone had their dog with them so it barked, whined, and whimpered through the night. The beds were real hard. I didn’t get to take any photos.

The front staff were professional and personable. Check-in was fast and efficient. My room was clean, comfortable and cozy.

We had to come stay here due to the city wide power outage and was worried we wouldn’t be able to get a room. I was able to book the room and Ms. Kendra took care of me! With all the chaos going on in the lobby Ms. Kendra was so sweet! Thank you again Ms. Kendra!!

Excellent hotels clean the employees were nice and the breakfast is good. And the lady who cooked the grits great job best grits ive never eaten.

Great breakfast and friendly cook, accommodating clerk at front desk... Mattress was too firm on beds for us. One was worn down and you could tell where most people sleep. The snacks were ridiculously priced.

Overall good. I felt it was a little pricey for a regular room but overall not too bad. The hot breakfast was good.
