Keys didn’t work twice, light out at entrance, dirty sofa, cigarette burn holes in bed cover.

It's very old. It needs a lot of maintenance. I did like how the room was set up. I thought it had a unique layout. It just needs a lot of TLC and a little (lot) updating. Everything worked, but looked run down and it looked like someone may have even been doing repairs on the room we stayed in and just didnt finish the work. Also, there was blue painters tape in quite a few places, but looked to be holding things together not like they were about to start painting.

My stay here was ok. It wasn't a four star hotel or even a three star hotel but overall it was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Also the new owners are remodeling the whole property so once that is done this place should get better reviews. The hotel is also located within walking distance to a Texas Roadhouse .restaurant. Very convenient. And I would advise making reservations as this place does stay full .

Place is terrible needs to be torn down and rebuilt Smells on the inside. Will not recommend

The worst experience I’ve had and I have been booking my Orbitz for years, until now. I will never use Orbitz again. The place was dirty, the door looked like it was kicked in and patched up. Glass on the carpet and it smelled like smoke. It was so bad that me and family left. It was not safe at all. When I called Orbitz to let them know about it, all they did was offering me a coupon for $50. Just WOW!!

The water was cold and the bathroom looked a mess

We canceled our stay upon opening the door to room. Just seeing outer we knew was going to be bad! But it was disgusting and horrible! I didn’t enter past door due to smell and obvious water damage inside and outside room. The parking lot had huge holes in it. The bedding was from the 70’s and dirty and carpet was so dirty! The furniture I could see I wouldn’t let my dog sleep on if I had one. They painted the front building but around side and back it was damaged and falling apart. The pics online r not what was on site. Pool was shut I hope cause didn’t look safe. The “breakfast” area was old an outdated but found out they don’t serve anyway. My husband who is a marine was uncomfortable enough while I was talking to front desk he put his gun on his hip. There is no way that there wasn’t bugs and possibly drug paraphernalia in that room. But as I stated I didn’t walk past opening door the smell and look was to horrific! Owner acted up set at first that I wasn’t staying and wanted a detailed description of what was wrong with room. Easier list is to say what was right…..nothing! Did get a refund threw expedia! Don’t stay here it needs a complete remodel from the ground up!

The whole place could use a good power washing and the room needs a fresh coat of paint. The beds were very comfortable. Shower was nice and a decent size. Whoever cleaned the room didn't do a good job of cleaning the kitchen but we didn't use it. I used to stay here quite a bit and it was a lot nicer

2 sets of stairs to walk up in the dark trash outside the next room was still there when l checked out the tub/shower faucet wasn’t attached to the wall hole in The wall next to the tub All drawers too dirty to use . I had to buy bug spray and spray the room before we moved anything in Loose rail at full sized window. Leaking downspout at the door staff is polite The unit across from 523 looked to be better at least from the outside.

We pulled into the parking lot and someone in a vehicle near the entrance said: "Don\'t stay here, there are cockroaches." We should have listened but didn\'t. We checked in and took our stuff up to our rooms. One room was disgustingly dirty. The other was OK. After 10 minutes, we saw a cockroach. We immediately went to the check-in desk and asked for our money back. That request was refused. The response of the desk agent was: "We have a policy that if you have been here longer than 10 minutes, there are no refunds." We had Expedia call and try to get the charges reversed. The hotel also refused Expedia\'s request. This has got to be the worst motel I have encountered in the US. Do NOT book here.

The floor was so dirty my bath mat got black marks sitting on it. The curtains were held in place with packing tape. The stove handle was duct taped on. The bathroom sink drain was broken and it wouldn't drain. I wasn't the only one. The maintenance man knocked on my door at 9pm. He was at the wrong room. This was one of the worst places I've ever stayed. I think it rather sleep in my car at a rest stop.

1.) Says non smoking but the place smelled like an ash tray. 2. Opened fridge to find a gallon of milk that expired in January. Its March. 3.) Bathroom was just nasty. 4. ROACHES EVERYWHERE. Thats when we left. No they did not refund me forcing us to finish our 11 hour trip with 4 small children.

My room had a lot of gnats in it at check in. The fridge was dirty (inside and out). I woke up to an ant crawling on me (I’m a pest professional and luckily did not see bedbugs). Crickets in the bathroom. Just not very clean.

furnisher was a little old but bed was very comfortable. the bathroom need to be updated.

I never got a receipt for my room and was not given a WiFi code. Called the front desk and got no answer. The room was nice but the door wouldn’t close right and we could see outside from inside which made me feel a bit unsafe

This property was amazing for the price we got it at! It felt literally like a small house! Had upstairs and downstairs 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms a living room and kitchen! It was very nice , I had seen bad reviews on cleanliness and bugs but we didn’t see any bugs while there. The room was cleaned but not deep cleaned for example There was a lot of dust on the ceiling fan and rust on the outside of the fridge but overall Was clean and great! We will definitely book again. They were super accepting and the woman was friendly! It felt like a very safe neighborhood ! As an LGBT couple with small kids 10/10 would recommend

Very unprofessional staff, tv was broken, took them 2 hours to decide to put me in another room, I declined because I was tired and sleepy by then. Hair was on the toilet as well as the vanity.Will never look that way again

The room set up was nice, but the bathroom could use an update. The bath tub water wouldn't stop dripping.

This property was amazing for the price we got it at! It felt literally like a small house! Had upstairs and downstairs 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms a living room and kitchen! It was very nice , I had seen bad reviews on cleanliness and bugs but we didn’t see any bugs while there. The room was cleaned but not deep cleaned for example There was a lot of dust on the ceiling fan and rust on the outside of the fridge but overall Was clean and great! We will definitely book again. They were super accepting and the woman was friendly! It felt like a very safe neighborhood ! As an LGBT couple with small kids 10/10 would recommend
