Front desk was rude,second day into our 4 day stay they shut the swimming pool down and would'nt reimburse me. So we sat in our room on memorial day and my birthday doiing absolutely nothing because it was miserable Hot and no way to cool off.

Definitely get more for your money than expected!!! Very convenient location for us while my dad had heart surgery and recovery at Terrbonne General. The staff went above beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Would give it 10 stars if I could! You won’t regret your stay here! Pool and barbecue area are amazing. Add in the restaurant and attentiveness of the staff, it feels like a mini resort.

The property was clean with tables to sit and relax. Pool was clean and nice sitting area around the pool. Check in was quick and easy. The room was very clean. Bright white sheets, pillows, and comforter. No carpet!! Nice shower with unlimited hot water. I was traveling with my 7yr old for a funeral. There were others there obviously for work. We felt completely safe. Cable went out for a bit but that was the only issue we had the whole time. The food at the restaurant is AMAZING!!

As the condition with 2 Stars and build it in 1976. It is still on good condition (Floor, mattress, Refrigerator, clean, house keeping, Swimming pool and courtyard). Very convenience area to restaurant, Golf course and supermarket, Auto car store. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful. Hopefully, they will have buyer soon and rebuild it. (New bedding sheets, Furniture, Bathroom, toilet, AC system, re model swimming pool, room door. Re organizing the kitchen staff, specially the chef. ) Terrible Biscuits(Rock), low quality hash browns without crispy texture. Whaffe house better.

Could hear the person sneeze just in the next room. The guest in the next room were smoking and we could smell it in our room. Dope peddling right outside. I definitely screwed up when picking this inn. The best part was the restaurant next door for breakfast. Lobby was nice and staff were nice. Will not stay again. Stains and splashes throughout room…. Ewww. Housekeeping did a great job freshening the room every day. It’s just an old musty hotel.

Parking area had little liquor bottles all over. The room was ice cold, but the AC showed 74°. Woke up to condensation on the mirror, bathroom counter, random surfaces. Guessing sweeping is not a regular thing, because there were dead bugs in several spots in the room. Staff was great, but the place wasn't geat!

Very dated. The seal around the door was gone. Bugs or anything really. Could come into the room. Second night our air conditioner (very important in Houma) flooded our room. Maintenance was a no show to fix it. We had to move to another room in the middle of the night. Very loud guests.

Everything in the room was really rusty, like rust on the lamps, in the microwave. There was construction or something going on as well, so there was lots of noise and banging starting early in the morning. More of a place to sleep for the night, but I wouldn’t recommend for a lengthy stay.

The smoking and nonsmoking rooms at this motel are adjacent to each other. Therefore, smoke leaked into our room, everytime the person in the room next to us smoked. The staff indicated there was no option for changing rooms because the smoking would still be a problem. The outside areas were poorly maintained. The bed mattresses were old and the springs noisy. It was impossible to not make a lot of noise by just turning. Don't stay at this place!

Check in was great. Friendly people. The room.. wasn't awful. Issues were the smell, and noise. Whole room smelled like stale cigarettes which I can only assume was due to the neighbors on each side smoking literally right outside the door. Each of them had their TVs absurdly loud which bled through the walls quite easily. Just was not a pleasant experience.

I usually have a great time here hut this weekend was horrible. The housekeepers kept trying to come in the rooms even when we told them no thank you when they banged on the door then when it was almost check out time they came bang at the door trying to get us out. The house keeper in the morning was smoking weed while cleaning a room next to us

It was not the worst stay I have ever had. But there were people all around the parking lot. I got asked twice to join a buddy and his friend. A ton of homeless (maybe?) people walking around asking for money.

This hotel is an older but recently renovated place. The restaurant food is fantastic! I was alone and would be heading to my 45th HS Reunion. I was put in a room towards the back of the hotel. Next door was a group of men partying already at 4:00pm. I didn’t feel safe & called to be moved to a room that I would feel safe returning to after midnight. Once in that room, I felt safe right away & it was much quieter.

Was there for work. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable but if you are going to watch TV just know there aren’t a lot of choices of channels to watch. Hotel was safe and the staff was accommodating. Food in the restaurant was fairly good.
