beds were comfy.. a/c worked great.. carpet was nice and clean.. towels were thick and fluffy.. liked the fridge & microwave.. also the window seat was bonus.. staff was friendly.. my downsides were i never stayed in a microtel before so was surprised there were no closets.. my room was missing the desk chair.. and the handle for the shower would come off easily.. if you use the do not disturb sign and even though you take it off by 7am housekeeping will not clean your room.. and when i did not use the sign the next night housekeeping still did not clean the room.. was inconvenient to have to get fresh towels & washcloths every night as well as not having trash taken out & having to stack it on the floor around the can.. oh and if you swim and use the hotel towels you have to leave them by the pool and get new ones at the front desk.. i understand this is because of people stealing the towels but still inconvenient.. overall my stay was fine..

The hotel was ok. It was somewhat run down and the pool was green and the grill was used for an ashtray. According to hotel website everything was so nice. I reached out to Hotel.com customer service with no response.

First stay at a Microtel, I now know the meaning. Limited space & amenities. It was nice & comfortable, pool was full & pretty but the pump didn't work so we couldn't swim. Only warm part of breakfast was waffles, but it was decent.

The hotel was clean, and we saw several people cleaning. However, when we went to take a shower there was no hot water. We notified the lady at the front desk. She laughed and said I thought that may happen because we are completely booked. There were only 5 other cars in the parking lot at that time. We saw 1 other person on the property. And even if you were fully booked you should have the availability of hot water for all the guest. The pool was also closed which no one stated. Customer service was terrible at this hotel.

The front desk staff were excellent! The room was small, but we were not in the room a lot, so it was ok. The internet was great. Everything was clean and neat. I would have used the exercise room had it been available.

There is NO POOL. Pool has not reopened and there’s no hope for it anytime soon. Took us 45 minutes to check in (system was down) which was fine but the front desk man was super rude to us and the same thing again the next morning. He has small man syndrome. Beds were comfy, room was clean, breakfast was fine, and had good cable options!

No House keeping. Had to bring dirty towels to front desk to replace with clean daily. The water was off in rooms almost half a day. Have stayed here in the previous years and was good. Something changed and not for the betterment of customers.

My room was clean and comfortable. The only problem I had was with the shower. 2 of the 3 nights I stayed, there was no hot water. Having to take showers in late November is not a good thing.😖

Stay was good. The hotel is well kept and clean. There were a lot of people staying when we did. This is a no frills hotel, but it certainly gets the job done. Walls are a bit thin, we could hear the kid screaming 3 doors down. New linen, new carpets, fresh paint, it is a well taken care of building. I feel comfortable recommending it to friends and we would stay there again.

Although this property was nice, it wasn’t for any convenience. I like my amenities in the room. We had to go borrow an iron and ironing board, there were no closets, no hangers. I enjoy unpacking, but I could not. There was no coffee pot in the room and the breakfast was not allowed in your room.

Room was clean, staff was super nice. However don’t leave anything behind. We realized as soon as we got to the airport my daughter left something behind on the bed. I immediately called and spoke to a lady and she said she would go look. I was told to call the manager back later in the morning which I did once we got to our layover. Still wasn’t there and was told to call back again later. I called manager 5 times in a span of 2 weeks and left name and number for him to call me back. It’s now been almost 2 months and he still hasn’t called me back.

First off the lady who checked us in was very rude about the group who checked in before us saying “ I hate peiple like that they never speak English.” You work in hospitality that is not okay. That’s not how you talk about guests. If you don’t like serving people who don’t speak English or not well English I would find another job. Also the sheets were dirty when we came In. The breakfast also was not good the food was dried out and the waffles were not good and had a bad after taste as if the batter was not stored properly

The front desk lady was amazing! She provided us with board games and cards that night to play with our family in the room. She was a great personality and had us laughing from moment we arrived to check in. The breakfast was nice! Would recommend! Great place

Excellent room rate. For what I paid I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel was centrally located, staff was polite and friendly, room was small (as expected) but, VERY clean. Complimentary breakfast was provided (I slept through this), there was a lot of parking which; was well lite and easily accessible, lastly check in and check out was smooth and easy. I will absolutely stay here again and would completely recommend this hotel.

Very nice place to stay. Very convenient and easy in and out. Breakfast is good but could be better. Only has waffles and some cereals and fruit, and yogurts but is okay to start work. Plenty of places to eat near by.
