My stay at Best Western was great. Very comfy, well appointed bed. Great pillows. Very clean. Breakfast is free and tasty. Many items to choose from. There were go boxes as well. Nice pool, tables and large umbrellas. PET friendly. Wonderful staff. I would definitely stay again. Aarp and senior discount.

Hotel is located near all the other chain hotels at Interstate 49 and Hwy 6. Hard to get into parking lot and spaces are way too tight. Had some moron running back and forth on second floor one night. Breakfast is really good with lots of things to eat but we had to eat in our room the second morning as no seating available. There is a pool which looked clean and maintained. French Market next door with EXCELLENT Cajun specialties like meat pies, gator sausage, and gumbo!

Hotel and room were clean, great breakfast as usual for BW. My only 2 complaints were: The beds were so hard and uncomfortable. The pool was closed. I booked this hotel because it had a pool, my whole family was looking forward to spending time hanging out by the pool all weekend. We check in, change into our bathing suits, only for it to be closed the whole time we’re there. I contacted Expedia, who was extremely helpful trying to cancel my stay, but BW would only cancel my Saturday reservation, not Friday. I’ll definitely think twice before staying with any BW again.

The pet friendly atmosphere was perfect!! Staff was exceptional. The only thing that could have made it a small amount better was if the elevator was working but other than that it was perfect!! Thank y’all!!!

Great nights stay to see the Festival of Lights and a High School football game in Natchitoches. Hotel is conveniently located right off of I-49. Facility was clean. Staff was courteous. Breakfast had more to offer than a typical continental breakfast. Our room was well maintained. Honestly it was a lot better than expected. Would stay again. The main negative was a very narrow parking lot out front. There might be more parking in the back.

It was a tad difficult to locate as there's not entrance sign/directions from Hwy. but once there it was a nice stay to recharge my batteries. The bed was amazing!!

The only bad thing I can say is the pool was hot. Not cold. And they put a pad lock on it.so if u want to swim u have to go back and forth to get them to.open it. But other then that rooms were clean and ac worked good.

You can tell it’s been renovated, the bathroom was clean but needs to be throughly cleaned. There was mold in our air conditioner on the vents. The ice machine didn’t work on the 2 floor. The bed is a medium hard, it’s comfy but lil hard. Overall rating probably a 5/10.

It was convenient and near restaurants but is packed in around several hotels and businesses. Our room appeared clean at first glance but the room needed vacuuming and the bathroom shower had hair in it. The beds have sagging fabric from box springs… just didn’t feel clean and well taken care of.

The staff did not clean my room during my stay. I was there for a funeral and after a long day of grieving and morning, I returned to find my hotel was dirty. I went to the front desk. They handed me 10 sheets, blankets, and washcloths and told me to have a nice night.

Clean, comfortable room. Updated furniture and very large tv. Stayed with my husband and pet. Checkin was quick with very friendly service. If you are a light sleeper, do not stay on the first floor near the lobby or you might hear breakfast being prepared.

Older motel in fair shape. Beds are worn and a bit lumpy. It is quiet and as clean as possible with carpet. Night clerk was fighting a cold but day clerk and breakfast attendant were cheerful and friendly.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The bed was clean, warm, and super comfortable, which made for a great night’s rest. The bathroom was spotless, though the door was a bit oversized for the space—nothing major, but you had to close it to comfortably use the sink. Breakfast was a highlight! The lady managing the area was fantastic—very attentive and quick to refill items, so nothing ever ran out. The food was fresh and delicious, which was a great way to start the day. The only hiccup we had wasn’t entirely the hotel’s fault. The TV randomly switched to AirPlay mode in the middle of the night, and the remote provided couldn’t fix it. I tried resetting the TV, but since the remote didn’t match the model, it wasn’t much help. I could’ve gone to the front desk, but at 2 a.m., sleep was a bigger priority. All in all, a good stay, and I’d return!

Solid choice. The front desk staff was very helpful on all shifts. I reported an inop ironing board and surprisingly she didn't waste time resolving the issue and brought me a brand new one from the back. The morning host was very helpful and telling me about the attraction throughout the city. The hospitable breakfast host was on her A game and made sure everything was available and area was tidy.

I paid pet fee at desk $60 cash for my sister’s dog. A week later they charged my bank $60 twice. I never gave them my card. I had stayed there last year and they just decided to help themselves to my bank account. I paid Serisa when I checked in. She apparently stole my cash so they charged my card I used last year twice. Shelia the manager refused to help at all and had all day to look at camera footage in lobby. She also refused to give me her bosses name or any contact info. Not even an email. I never even used my card at the motel. I booked at hotels.com

The property itself was not easy to get to due to the reconstruction on the roads. It is in a convenient location near other hotels and close enough to Historical Natchitoches within 15 minutes. Breakfast was the usual hot break everyone else serves and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

I had trouble finding the hotel due the heavy road construction. After driving through gas stations parking lots, fast food parking lots, and a hotel parking lot, i was able to finally reach my destination. The staff was very friendly and welcoming upon my arrival. The front desk clerk also made sure everything was okay with my room after i checked in.

Very nice Best Western—clean, comfortable and quiet. Check in was smooth and efficient with cookies awaiting guests. The breakfast service was excellent offering many different food options. The area was impeccably clean and server was friendly and accommodating. Would stay again:)
