Parking was not all that great.

the exercise room was smelly i think they should remove the carpet it holds the stinky smell could not use equipment odor made me sick!!!!!!

The hotel is nice but there is construction in the area and it’s difficult to get into the hotel parking

Love the hotel itself. Very comfortable beds but parking is terrible. Not enough spots for the amount of people who book here. I come weekly and this is always the case.

Meh. For the price, it was good. It looks good on the surface, but doesn't feel high quality. It was very difficult to figure out how to get to the hotel to start with, though we could see it, because there's no clear entrance. We had to go through some other parking lots for neighboring businesses to find an entry to their parking lot. Then, the first room we were given had bugs all over 1 bed. Looked like maybe wingless termites (definitely not bed bugs or anything like that). They gave us another room after that which didn't have the bugs. Both rooms smelled musty, though they were clean (other than the bug swarm). The bathroom was nice and had plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable. The front desk clerk was very casual and in a t-shirt like he just rolled out of bed, and didn't look like he was an employee. Overall it was satisfactory, and probably worth the price since it was lower than the neighboring Holiday Inn Express which is a nicer hotel.

We stayed 9/29 -10/1 Friday as soon as we got in the room we noticed that they where ROACHES (I took pictures of the roaches ) on the walls and the room was dusty. Saturday night I went to the reception and dropped off the dirty towels we used on Friday and requested more clean towels (I was only given 2 bath towels and 2 wash towels no hand towels provided). Sunday morning at 7 am on my check out date I requested more clean towels I was help by the same lady (named WENDY) who was rude and questioned me about how many I needed. I told her it was 4 of us and we where going to shower before checking out(she only gave me 3 bath towels and 3 wash towels. No hand towels) and the service is the WORST I HAVE EVER HAD IN A HOTEL. Be careful when you are booking. I booked in here because Expedia said on the link that it a good place to stay. It is not. I have never seen roaches in a hotel until I stayed in here. I was overcharged 50 dls for no reason. On the day I checked in and when I checked out, they couldn’t print out my receipt and I was told they where going to email it to me. So far I haven’t received it. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE (also the pool is disgusting). My 6 year old wanted to swim but it looked bad. Next time we will definitely rent an Airbnb.

Be nice to have garbage cans outside the premises

Very nice room and staff, clean as well. There is road construction around the property, that makes is a bit challenging to find the entrance, but I would recommend this hotel anyway. ( VERY comfortable bed.)

Food onsite & surrounded by food options, specifically the French Market Express Cafe which is absolutely delicious. Loved the breakfast @ hotel. Staff were prompt. Did not like that side doors did not require key card to gain access inside.

The staff at check in acted like I wasn't there, only talking when she had a question, she was very slow and I was trying to figure out if she was even trying to check me in when she handed me a piece of paper and said to read it and initial all the highlighted spots. After receiving my room key i went into the room and found the bathroom covered in crickets, both dead and alive. I returned to the counter and told her what I found and she said that they had an infestation in the building, but Orkin was working on it. I told her I wanted another room and she walked into the back room, came out a few minutes later and said they would try to find me a room without crickets in at at this time, but I would probably have them in the morning, then went doing other things acting like I wasn't standing there. Another woman came from the back while I was waiting and told me the same thing. After about fifteen minutes she gave me another room, which had been checked, but said that I would find them in my room in the morning. Never a word of warning when checking in or an apology for the problem.

The room was extremely clean, the bathrooms were white, even the grout in the floors were clean! Staff was friendly and breakfast was amazing!

Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Will stay again.

The room had a really bad musty smell

Room was clean, AC was great, bed was comfortable. My main complaint was the shower. When I got into the room the tub had no shower curtain, which a quick call to the front desk resolved this. They promptly came in and resolved that issue. The water pressure was .. okay, however the water itself was dirty almost? Yellow hue to the water that was definitely visible when sitting at the bottom of the tub.

The room was spacious and spotless. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The 1st room smelled horrible and the air didn’t seem to be cooling; requested for another room …:the smell was better and the air cooler but the tub would was not draining properly-had to twist the cap several times for it to work and it slowly drained

The shower didn’t drain at all. Allergies for my entire family were terrible. Not sure if it was the a/c or previous pets but the room had incredible musty smell.

Room and bathroom was very big.

Though we’ve stayed here before and will probably stay here again, this stay wasn’t the best. The worst thing was we couldn’t get into our room with our key card EVERY TIME we left. Had to go back down and have it reprogrammed each time which was a huge hassle! We had an ADA accessible room which served its purpose, but would have been much easier for my husband if there was some type of nonslip strips or mat in the tub and a handheld shower head. Other than those few things, or stay was great!

The room door locks had issues. I would check the charge and battery capacity on them

Here for a car show. Comfort Inn check-in very nice. Price had escalated greatly since last year’s stay. Found two bugs and what appeared to be a dehydrated tadpole on our bed. Wifi was not available in our 3rd floor room. Desk clerk acknowledged awareness of the problem in the 3rd floor. Breakfast was sub-par - dry, cold biscuits and tasteless gravy. Overall, a less than desirable stay.

We enjoyed staying here, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I would say was the the AC was very loud. It sounded like a hurricane was blowing outside. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good also.

The key didn't work and the manager told us the room should have never been rented out because they knew about it being messed up and remote batteries were dead.

Room was great. Just what we needed. Beds were awesome. Hotel was very quiet.

Room is very nice. King room with a couch, large tv, very clean.

I rated it a 2 being nice because they have wooden floors on the second floor and whoever was above us paced the floor all night making it very difficult to sleep. If you choose to book with them I’d request the 3rd floor then you’d have no one above you.

Friendly receptionist, and when we had an issue with the TV, the supervisor came to the room to fix it as soon as we got back upstairs. This hotel will definitely be on our list of preferred places to stay.

Our stay was short and sweet. Staff was amazing and super nice. I think his name was Jeff, he asked which direction we were traveling and checked the forecast being that bad weather was in the area. The room was spacious, cleaned and smelled great.

Lady at front desk at approximately 6 pm 5/22/25 stayed on her cell phone at all times. Had to come back down to desk after checking in due to cards not working. She was still on phone. Called 5 times, letting it ring a half dozen times, with no answer. Went down and told her my tv would blank the screen every few minutes. She told me all of them were doing that and it was due to the company that now owned them. NO solution, so no TV. Called again 5 or 6 times about 9 pm to request a wake up call and got no response. Bed was also too hard. woke up with back ache and crick in my neck. Horrible night. Check out early and moved to Fairfield. MUCH better on all accounts including breakfast.

The hotel cancelled our stay saying they were overbooked. I had just spoken to the clerk 10 minutes prior who said he was looking at my key and reservation. We had pay at the property, but they ran the card anyway. We were less than 10 miles away when I spoke to him. When we got there, he was away from the desk. We unloaded everything in the rain. Clerk stated that the internet cancelled. He called a supervisor. We continued to wait. Supervisor would correct the problem. Nope. Overbooked. We have nothing for you. I told him that hotels.com showed another room, a suite, that was even cheaper than what we reserved originally. I showed him where I was charged. He would not listen. He called another hotel to see if they had room. They did. Much cheaper. I am now having to fight the charge as the room was "cancelled" after 3 pm and charged as a cancellable fee. The experience was unprofessional and should not have happened. This experience has soured my Comfort Inn and chains permanently.

Really friendly staff very accommodating, they let me check in over the phone so I wouldn’t lose my parking spot in town. Robert was really nice when we checked in. The bed was really comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay again

We chose to stay here because the reviews were one of the highest in that area. After traveling 14 hours for a funeral we checked in the hotel and took a shower to prepare for a viewing. When coming back from the viewing we needed to shower again before bed. We needed extra towels as we had all 4 showered before. We went to the front office to ask for extra towels and were refused. We also asked for extra blankets and were refused. The staff working at the hotel were entirely rude. The only one who was of any help and the only one who remotely made this stay okay for us was a new hire, jarrod. He was super friendly and really was great with check in and check out. The night time staff sucked and had the worst attitudes. Would not recommend to stay here if you at all need anything during your stay or you expect the to accommodate anything for you.

The place was nice. I did not like the fact that when I was ready to check out, no one was at the front desk.

Still awaiting for an approval of my refund of the 6th day of my booking which was cancelled due to my car being tampered with while on premise. Never signed a document of liability of damages to personal property but they surely forged the initial agreement which I have a picture of. So their fault. The hotel is playing games, saying they need a manager present to approve of the refund but say there won’t be one present for a while. Been waiting since September 5th, it is now September 16th. Expedia is doing what they can, I understand. But I just can’t understand the hotel. I may have reserved my room with Expedia but I certainly paid for it at the hotel property. So they surely can issue a refund, they just refuse to. Seems they need the money more. Good. They can use it towards their renovation of the hotel. Especially considering I found numerous bugs in all three of my hotel rooms after being moved twice. The first one’s door handle was loose along with the screws. The second one recked of fresh paint. And the third one, was dirty. I spent time cleaning the first and third rooms with lysol wipes since housekeeping didn’t do such a good job. Not sure to blame it on them or management but I am aware that they are rushed to clean.

Room was clean and check in was easy and front desk was very kind and professional.

In spite of several high schoolers present the hotel was extremely quiet. The breakfast hours were convenient with a good variety of menu choices. Take and go breakfast was also available.

Good hot breakfast-comfortable room-helpful staff

Clean and fresh with no odor of carpet smells of years of neglect. Didn't like the fact that I killed a roach and the tub drain was slow, slow, slow. Egg's we're not good.

Rooms were huge and clean. Breakfast was really good. We enjoyed our stay.

Easy check-in . Room was clean well stocked with towels and the breakfast was filling and was great variety. Would definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel staff was kind, funny, and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. When Dad went to breakfast, there wasn't much left (I guess the first wave was hungry), but by the time I arrived everything was full and very good. The potatoes with peppers were a nice surprise. Thank you for everything.

Place is nice newly renovated two summers ago but 12 years old. The showers are the only thing that's sucked. But rooms nice it does have a a smell it's not unpleasant but it's kind of purfumy. Now the thing that makes this hotel is the breakfast it's da bomb .com!!! Potatoes biscuits cereals meat eggs all the carbs as well awesome!!

Just an overnight stay to help pack our son & his wife to relocate since he finished college. Beds clean & comfy. Powdered eggs for breakfast were subpar & I sure missed having Community coffee. But facility was clean & employees were courteous

Breakfast was good. Staff nice. Air conditioning good. We had to wait until 3 pm to check in.
