I was disappointed in the elevator breaking down during our stay. Also, I called and asked for the 9 rooms to be put together for the kids we took to NSU for a theatre showcase and was disappointed to get 4 rooms on the second floor and 5 on the 3rd floor. The water pressure was bad in the evening and some kids didn't have hot water for their showers.

The staff was excellent! The hotel and room were clean, but there were some facility issues. We had very little water pressure in the shower. And the electric outlets were so worn out that the hair dryer would not stay plugged in. Would stay again.

Checkin was awful. They could not check me in easily even though I had already paid through hotels. Then, they double charged my incidentals and didn't refund one of them right away. The flooring in the room was filthy. Maybe stained, but shoe marks everywhere. Even though the staff was apologetic, I will not be staying there again.

This wasn’t a holiday type stay at all. The floors seem super thin. You can hear people walking above and creaking. And you feel the same as you walk. The bathroom while wiped down, still had hair in areas that certainly weren’t mine. The shower curtain isn’t properly installed for length so you’re likely to get water on the floor. Towels were stained, as well as the floor near the couch. I was beyond glad it was only one night. I’d be willing to stay an hour away if it offers a better accommodation.

All of the staff were amazing. It’s hard to find staff with great personalities. They were courteous, hard lots of knowledge of their job and always asked was there something that they could do to assist you. Ms. Mary kept everything running smoothly during breakfast time. Ms. Sally was very pleasant during my checkout. I told Ms. Sally that I have stayed in high end places and I have never been treated so well. The overall quality was amazing. Everything was clean and organized. I’m a business owner and we have to let our employees know that they are loved and how well they do their job. No one had attitudes. All the staff greats everyone with a friendly smile and warm welcome. I will always stay at this property when I’m in Natchitoches, LA. Words really can’t express how I was so amazed at everything. I will refer all my family and friends to stay at this property. Ladies, continue to keep up the amazing job that you are doing. Owners, please give them their flowers for doing an amazing job. Again thanks for being so kind to us.

When we got to the room, there was a terrible moldy smell and a strong chemial smell that was worse in the bathroom. I called to see if we could switch rooms. Was told that wasnt possible but that housekeeping would come clean the bathroom again while we were out. That didn't happen. The smell got better if we closed the bathroom door so we decided to stay. I told the front desk again the next morning. The lady didn't really seem to care. I was so grossed out my the bathroom that I was in a rush to leave, so i didnt press the issue. I will not be back.

Room 232 is a handicap room. Needs trim work in bathroom to cover sheetrock plumbing rough in holes. Nice cumfy bed and desk area. AC worked great and water was hot.

Lawrence at the front desk was very efficient and kind. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom clean too. We stayed one night and the bed was super comfortable. We would recommend staying here, and will come back if given the chance.

Room was clean & staff was friendly but needs updating! You could see light under the door as well as on the side. We put a towel on the floor to block the 1” gap at the bottom but could do nothing for the side gap. The bed was nice & soft.

This has been the beat stay we have had. The service was so helping and wendt above and beyond. Front the front deck to the housekeeping. It was very clean and i look for to going back.

Some of the employers didn't no how to work the computer on the check in and out cause they were double charging customers .Dont no if they were having trouble with the system or they might need a little more training but other than that it was a nice stay

This place was super expensive for what it offers. I guess it is because of the Christmas lights. We made a one night stop over to see the NSU campus before we moved on to New Orleans. This is a decent hotel, but nothing special to make it $300. Clean, Nice staff and good breakfast.

We will continue staying here during our annual trip to Natchitoches. The rooms are big and accommodating for our family with two little kids and the included breakfast is great. The staff are really sweet and really care about the customers. We love staying here.

Room AC was loud and not working. Notified staff and said nothing they can do until the morning. Breakfast was terrible. No fruit, no milk, not enough variety. Eggs were raw 🙃. I hate that I wasted my point on this trashy location :/ disappointed- Holiday inns were the place to stay but never again!!!!

Told me bcz i book Expedia I wouldn't be getting any points. I didn't ask! Pancake machine was broken with no out of order sign. Booked 3 rooms bcz of children, rooms were on different floors. No cinnamon rolls
