The plug ins need to be replaced in every room that I stayed in. The ceiling tiles need to be repaired. Some of the rooms have a bad smell. The mattresses need to be turned and or replaced. Some of the bed frames need to be repaired. The chairs need to be cleaned. You can smell cigarette smoke coming through the wall on some of the rooms. The doors need the strip at the bottom replaced. The air conditioner vents are mostly all broken off.

It was nats flying around.. The floor had never been vacuumed.. Bed shams cover metal slacks which I cut my leg on.. Ceiling towels look like people. Have been hiding things in them.. They are dirty with spider webs over the bed

The room was clean. But the TV and lights jeot cutting off as if there was a shortage. Another lasy cane in to comolain abt the same thing in her room. The linen carried an old smell, i carry lysol everywhere so i took care of that. I had an ironing board but no iron. The door had a big whole at the bottom so i oht towels on the floor to majd sure nothing came in.

My stay here was horrible! There were roaches all on the wall, as well as dead roaches in every room. The Wi-Fi did not work, the bed sinked in when you sit down or lay down. The sink was a little messed up, the shower curtain was dirty , the bedsheets had holes in them as well as weird stains !

Shower head at about 5 ft., low water pressure,faucet in sink about to fall off, vent in bathroom disgusting,wall outlets did'nt work,light at bed was dim, no cover on remote so batteries kept falling out, carpets need a good cleaning. No breakfast anymore "because of covid".

There were two towels a rug a hand towel and two washcloths. After I used most of that I specifically asked for the same thing. I got a towel a rug a hand towel and a washcloth. The bathtub had a chip in it. The ceiling tiles were coming loose and the door had a two and a half inches where the door seal was broken and cold air came in. Some of the plug -ins did not work and the coffee maker spilled water everywhere. It only made a half a pot of coffee. The tv went off every three or four hours on its own. There was no blanket or quilt on the bed and only two pillows. It had what looked like a table cloth or something similar on it. The microwave locked itself every time it was used.

I liked my stay . I was supposed to get queen room and got double bed. The heat and or unit didn’t work real well. Beds were clean but there still a little trash on floor when I checked in. I didn’t like the bed spreads. The staff was very friendly.

Had to ask for towels,toilet tissue. Trash was not emptied by staff. We emptied trash ourselves. They only had one small trash can in the room. No breakfast. Shower head was lower than most people. Room was very small. Tried to call desk from the room and it was always busy
